I wouldn’t say this is the best place to stay. In my opinion, it’s better to pay a few extra euros and choose somewhere more comfortable, because even for this low price, there are quite a few issues. The entrance door lock is broken, so it can take a while to get inside. The shower only has a very cheap all-in-one gel. You can hear the neighbours through the walls — snoring, talking and singing. There is a window, but it looks out onto what feels like a dump, where a homeless person stays, so you probably won’t want to open it. It’s also difficult to contact the host, as she rarely responds. There is a washing machine, but guests are not allowed to use it. The shower water also doesn’t drain properly and stays on the floor, which is not cleaned regularly. Overall, I think it’s worth spending a few extra euros for a better place. I wouldn’t recommend this hostel if you want a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Huele tubería, incluso mierda. No limpian la habitación ni cambian las toallas. Se escucha todas las habitaciones de alrededor. Hay cucarachas. Espero nunca repetir ##ACTUALIZACION: me cobraron 50 euros como depósito de seguridad que, dos meses después de mi estancia y pese a haberlo reclamado varias veces, todavía no me han devuelto. No causé ningún daño durante mi estancia y no me han dado ninguna justificación para retener ese dinero. Una experiencia pésima##

La camera che è stata assegnata a noi era praticamente un locale in vetrina, non si riusciva a dormire si sentiva tutto dalle persone parlare alle auto che sfrecciavano e i vetri che vibravano. Non c’è una buona pulizia abbiamo dovuto passare la scopa noi in camera e in una settimana non è stato lavato il pavimento. Il cambio del telo doccia e lenzuola inesistente, lo spazio comune aveva spesso capelli sul pavimento. i bagni in comune non venivano curati a dovere. Per il prezzo pagato non vale molto la pena

Funcional, en buena ubicación, cómodo. Tenía aire acondicionado en cada habitación así que te podías regular la temperatura como quisieras, eso sí, las zonas comunes eran un poco horno. Aún así se podía estar y muy bien.

Para ventilar sólo se podía abrir una ventanita muy pequeña.

Dobra lokalizacja. Klimatyzacja. Czystość i ciepła wodą. Ekspres do kawy, kapsułki do ekspresu do kawy. Płatki śniadaniowe, herbata, pianki słodkie. Mikrofalówka, lodówka. Suszarka do włosów, żelazko i deska do prasowania. Budżetowy pobyt.

Zacinający się zamek w drzwiach wejściowych. Brak stolika w pokoju i szafki. Pokój składał się tylko z łóżka. Brak możliwości otwarcia okna. Brak miejsca do wysuszenia ubrań i ręcznika.

It was good, a little dusty in some places, and in the room 1 the lamp is above the bed and too low so watch out for your head, but anything else was great

Тонкие стены, 7 комнат и 2 туалета(совместных с душем)- тотальный кошмар, это очень мало. Нет возможности постирать полотенца, нет никаких сушилок, 1 холодильник на 7 комнат, нет телевизора, ключ от двери в подъезде не подходит к замку, каждый раз приходилось звонить чтобы открыли, лифт зачастую не работал( благо 2 этаж), очень мало полотенец- 1 полотенце на неделю, на человека!

La limpieza, instalaciones son pésimas. Al entrar olía a basura ya que no va nadie a limpiar si no hay una salida y a la vez entrar para limpiar. La comunicación con el personal es lamentable ya que solo puedes contactar con ellos por whassap y yo en 2 ó 3 ocasiones les hice una petición ya que no me di cuenta que la habitación no tenía baño y no tuve respuesta por parte de ellos. La habitación para 2 personas es diminuta,agobiante

Świetna lokalizacja, fajnie wyposażona kuchnia, części wspólne sprzątane dwa razy dziennie. Bardzo dobry internet. Najlepsza horchata tuż za rogiem :)

Za mała lodówka i bałagan w niej. Byliśmy 7 dni. Ludzie z innych pokoi całkowicie się zmieniali przez ten czas a jedzenie to samo ciągle tam leżało. Czyli ktoś zostawił jedzenie i wyjechał. Przez to brakuje miejsca w lodówce. Z doświadczenia w innych hostelach polecam zastosować system koszyków w lodówce z numerami pokoi i sprzątać lodówkę na bieżąco po wyjeździe gości. Cała reszta super, na pewno wrócę :)

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral, sodass man die Altstadt, Restaurants, den Hafen und Strände bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Für einen Städtetrip ist die Lage wirklich sehr gut.

Weniger gefallen hat mir, dass das Zimmer sehr wenig Stauraum bot es gab beispielsweise keinen Kleiderschrank. Außerdem sind die Wände sehr hellhörig, sodass man die Zimmernachbarn deutlich hören konnte. Leider gab es auch Probleme mit dem Haustürschlüssel. Mir wurde im Vorfeld nicht mitgeteilt, dass die angegebene Telefonnummer nicht funktioniert und stattdessen zum Öffnen der Haustür dient. Das führte zunächst zu Verwirrung. Während meines Aufenthalts kam es zudem zu einem Stromausfall. Bei Nachfragen wurde sich zwar letztendlich gekümmert, allerdings hatte ich den Eindruck, dass man zunächst diskutieren musste. Die Kommunikation hätte ich mir insgesamt freundlicher und serviceorientierter gewünscht.

Słychać wszystkie hałasy z ulicy - okna całkowite nieszczelne, tak samo jak i ściany - słychać dokładnie to co dzieje się w drugim pokoju. W kuchni i w łazience przez cały czas stoją wory ze szmatami i pościelą. W łazience znalazłam zdechłego karalucha. Okna w pokoju szare od brudu. Po przyjeździe smród w całym obiekcie, który okazał się zepsutym jabłkiem, znajdującym się w kuchni pod szafkami.

Mancano delle finestre, non possono non essere presenti in uno spazio comune, a causa di questa mancanza l' aria risulta poco respirabile e con cattivi odori. Sul sito c'è scritto che è presente tutta l'attrezzatura da cucina, ma una volta arrivati si ritrovano solo un microonde, un bollitore e un frigorifero decisamente troppo piccolo per sette stanze e pochi piatti e stoviglie che non bastano assulutamente per tutti gli ospiti dell'ostello. I bagni non venivano sempre puliti. La porta d'ingresso alla struttura non sempre si apre con le chiavi e risulta difettosa .

Nothing !! No reception couldn’t enter, didn’t even look like a hostel. False advertisement !!! I booked for 5 days, in which I didn’t stay one single night and was forced to look for a hotel elsewhere!!! And I was still charged and didn’t receive a refund !!!!

The fact that I feel robed, talented advantage of, This was my first time visiting Spain and started of with worst experience ever. The place looked so weird, creepy, unsafe and no reception no one to complain to or anything, so unprofessional !!!!

Unser Zimmer war zwar klein aber gemütlich, das Badezimmer und auch die gemeinsame Küche waren sauber. Toll war die Kaffeemaschine mit mehreren Kaffeesorten.

Die Wände zwischen den Zimmern waren ziemlich dünn, man konnte also sehr viel von anderen Gästen hören. Im Zimmer gab es ebenfalls keinen Kasten und es gab nicht so viel Platz, es war also ein kleines Problem, wohin wir unsere zwei Koffer hinstellen/hinlegen können. Das Zimmer hatte nur ein kleines Fenster, das Lüften war also etwas schwieriger.

Limpeza, o hotel cheira a mofo e esgoto. Apenas 1 banheiro funcionando, o outro estava entupido.

Great hostel! The facilities are good, clean and tidy. Coffee and cereal are a nice bonus. The team is very understanding and can help with any questions.

Good location very central easy acess to tram. Ideal for a couple of days . Very tidy and clean. Easy check in and very clear instructions. Overall is good for a short stay if you not spending much time indoors .

Unfortunately, we struggling to open the building door with the key every single time we were coming in. Very bad quality of mattress it looks like an arc from the end of the bed. The room didn't had a table to put our belongings .

Przede wszystkim źle działająca klimatyzacja, nigdy nie było widomo czy po wyłączeniu zacznie działać na nowo, trzeba było prosić o interwencję poprzez wiadomości WhatsApp i czekać na reakcję personelu (raz dłuższą raz krótszą)... np. w noc po zameldowaniu, mimo prośb o naprawę, zero reakcji, dopiero rano zaczęła działać..... Po drugie zepsuty klucz do drzwi wejściowych, który nie zawsze działał i trzeba było dzwonić z prośbą o otwarcie....Po trzecie hałas za oknem....

Świetna lokalizacja. Miły i pomocny personel. Cystość. Duża i przestronna kuchnia. Dogodnaa możliwość zameldowania i wymeldowania. Dostęp do kluczy.

W pokoju brakowało krzesełka lub stolika.

Self check in, communication and facilities were great! Food was available for breakfast so this was a nice surprise!

If you have a room facing the road, opening the windows lets in a lot of noise, but it's still completely bearable. The pillows aren't very comfortable, and there's no desk to use your computer in the room—or anything else to work on if you need to get some work done.

The location was awesome, with plenty of local restaurants options nearby as well a Mercadona right across the road. If you don't mind walking, the beach was not that far either. The bathrooms and kitchen were kept very clean, and the free cereal, tea and coffee were a nice bonus.

Wspaniałe panie sprzątające, chętne do pomocy. Cudowna lokalizacja i bardzo czysto. W kuchni potrzebne naczynia i lodówka. Wspaniale, że był ekspres do kawy i kapsułki do wyboru, dostępne również płatki śniadaniowe i ciasteczka. Działająca klimatyzacja 😍

W pokoju dało się wyczuć delikatny zapach wilgoci, który starano się maskować odświeżaczami powietrza i przyjemniejszymi zapachami.

Кімната дуже маленька. Грязні стіни. Постіль і рушники чисті і акуратно по складені)

Skvělé ubytování v centru, čisté a bezpečné. K dispozici kávovar, lednice, mikrovlnka a ranní cereálie. Ani jsme nečekali tak vysokou úroveň. Doporučuji určitě všem, kteří preferují čistotu a nevadí jim sdílené koupelny (opět velmi čisté).

Proleželá matrace na dvoulůžku, jinak nic.

The cleanliness of toilette and shower, really good.

It should be a sign or something that says "Koala Hostel" at least outside, so guests can understand better where place is located when they check-in.

La ubicación y tiene todos los amenities que se necesita incluyendo café y galletitas que es súper bueno para poder salir en la mañana ya habiendo desayunado algo.

Lo único es que me quedé sin agua caliente en medio de una ducha pero pasó porque tres personas se habían bañado antes que yo, entonces creo que debí esperar un poco más para que se llenara el calentador de nuevo.

L’unica cosa positiva è che era in una posizione comoda, vicino al centro. Se lo richiedi c’è la possibilità che ti cambino gli asciugamani personali.

Abbiamo trovato la stanza che puzzava di fumo di sigaretta in modo nauseante, abbiamo preso noi i prodotti per la pulizia dell’odore. Inoltre l’igiene in generale non era il massimo, abbiamo trovato una carcassa di una blatta nel bagno e gli asciugamani che vengono utilizzati in comune da tutti i clienti non vengono cambiati regolarmente (in sei giorni che siamo stati, neanche una volta).

The hostel requested a €50 deposit for any possible damages, i was in shock the room was tiny , double bed which you could touch all four walls with ur foot , 2 x hangers for storage , a tiny tail .The walls were covered in scuff marks and the walls were paper thin i could hear someone snoring four rooms away!

La ubicación es muy buena para descubrir la ciudad, y la parada del bus para el aeropuerto está cerca. Se aprecia que explican la parada en el email. El hostal estaba muy limpio. Se agradece mucho que hay café, té y jabón de ducha además de toallas.

Se escucha todo de las otras habitaciones. Hace falta más utensilios, tazas, y platos en la cocina y tal vez un sofá más en la sala.

Hostel jest w dobrej lokalizacji, na zewnątrz nie ma nazwy Koala. Bardzo czysty, bardzo wygodne łóżko z grubym materacem i dużą kołdrą. Są ręczniki i środki czystości. Dla gości kawa, herbaty, cukier, ciasteczka, chrupki do mleka. Jesteśmy mile zaskoczeni. Duża przestrzeń wspólna, dwie łazienki na 7 pokoi było wystarczające, nie było kolejek.

Mała uwaga, dzwoniąc nie mogliśmy otworzyć drzwi, ale pisząc otwarte natychmiast. W pokojach od ulicy słychać samochody, w pokojach od podwórka nie ma widoków, ale jest cisza. Co kto lubi. Nam brakowało drugiego wieszaka, drugiego krzesła i choćby małego stolika w pokoju, ale to detale.Rozumiemy, że mało miejsca. Jestesmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu.

I do not recommend this place. I feel cheated. There were no real windows. In my room, the “window” faced another building, so I had no natural light at all. I had to use artificial lighting in the room, which was very harsh. There was no real bed. The “bed” was just two mattresses. It was very uncomfortable to sleep on, and even uncomfortable to lie or sit on. There was no bedside table. The only things provided were a chair and three hangers. I had nowhere to put my belongings. There was no proper shower and no shower cabin. There was only a curtain, which was too short, so water spilled onto the floor. There wasn’t even a holder to hang the shower head, so I couldn’t shower comfortably. Poor cleanliness – the bathroom was not cleaned properly, and the shower curtain was dirty. And finally, the cherry on top: a €50 deposit that was never mentioned on Booking.com. I had to pay it in order to check in. I still haven’t received a refund, even though the hotel claims they returned it. Now I have to sort it out with my bank, wasting my time and energy. Also there's no reception, not at all. The entire check-in process is online, which wasn't mentioned either. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone without internet or phone skills. For this price, you can find much better places in a similar location, especially in winter.

Przyjemny nocleg w bardzo dobrej lokalizacji.

Koala Hostel to świetne miejsce w Alicante, świetny punkt w samym centrum tuż obok hali targowej oraz blisko do Zamku św. Barbary. Czysto, bardzo ładna cżęść wspólna z aneksem kuchennym. Świetna cena jak na wyjazd podczas ferii.

Jedynie brak dodatkowego krzesła w pokoju, musieliśmy pożyczać hoker z aneksu.

Terrible noise from the street. It would be so much better if the room had a plastic window instead of a glass window. Everything was shaking in the room when some car passed.
