Ubicación y limpieza

Por las noches se junta un grupo de gente local debajo de las ventanas del Riad creando molestias y solo tienen dos plazas de parking en la calle y que tienes que reservar y no está avisado en booking por lo que yo que viajo con mi coche privado tuve que buscar un parking un poco retirado del Riad cuando había elegido este porque ponía que tenía parking.

People were kind and made us feel welcome. Breakfast was good. And the rooms were comfortable. Everything was exactly what we hoped and made our marrakech experience even more enjoyable. Thank you!

Le riad est difficile à trouver

We had a wonderful stay at this riad. Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The breakfast was good every morning.

Igual un poco lejos de la plaza central donde se hace vida está a unos 20 min andando

Lovely staff, super kind and helpful! The room was clean and the whole riad was well kept! Breakfast include lot's of sweet bread and omelet if asked.

The room was too hot during the stay, unfortunately the AC couldn't handle the hottest time of the year as the temperature outside didn't go below 26'c even at night.

Il Riad è di gestione familiare molto tranquillo e molto carino. È perfetto se si vuole entrare nella cultura locale. Ottima posizione a 20 min dalla piazza principale, bella camminata durante la quale si respirano atmosfere di vita vera. Zona tranquilla e sicura.

Già dal momento dell'accoglienza abbiamo capito che ci trovavamo davanti ad una persona splendida oltre che ad una bellissima struttura: ci è stato offerto il loro tipico the alla menta e dei buonissimi dolcetti. Abbiamo chiesto la possibilità di fare la colazione prima dell'orario previsto e con molta gentilezza la nostra richiesta è stata accolta, cosi come la possibilità di poter fare prima il check out (ci ha anche gentilmente dato una bottiglia d'acqua fresca prima della partenza :) ). La struttura è molto vicina al centro, circa 20 minuti a piedi e si trova in una zona ricca di market. La pulizia è impeccabile, veniva fatta ogni giorno. La camera molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, anche del WiFi. Voto 10/10✨️

Soggiornare in questo Riad è stata un’esperienza semplicemente fantastica. Struttura incantevole, arredata con un gusto pazzesco e curata nei minimi dettagli. Appena varchi la porta, il caos della Medina scompare e ti ritrovi in un’oasi di totale relax e silenzio. La camera era impeccabile: pulitissima, letto comodissimo e dotata di ogni comfort. La colazione servita e’ abbondante, fresca e ricca di specialità locali deliziose. Ma il vero valore aggiunto è lo staff: accoglienti, sempre sorridenti e pronti ad aiutarti per qualsiasi necessità, dai consigli sui ristoranti all'organizzazione dei trasporti. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati dal primo all'ultimo minuto. Un saluto e applauso va a Farid, sempre esaustivo e a disposizione nelle richieste che abbiamo fatto.

It was located in a nice area, we were well taken care of, and the staff was super nice, friendly, and helpful.

La habitación estaba muy bien con aire acondicionado, la cama era muy cómoda. Por el precio esta muy bien, lo recomiendo. Nos atendieron muy amablemente.

Esta un poco lejos andando de la plaza principal, unos 20 minutos caminando por el zoco y luego caminando por un barrio no muy turístico.

Staff were very kind and helpful, I really like that ! Location was fine, roughly 10-15 minutes walk from the center.

No windows in the room and the door of my room was directly connected to the main hall which didn't feel a lot of privacy.

Gute Lage, Parkplatz vor dem Haus. Der junge Mann war sehr freundlich, die Chefin eher unfreundlich. Unterkunft war sauber.

Obwohl ich angegeben habe, dass ich einen Parkplatz benötige, schien dies vorerst ein Problem zu sein. Check-in unfreundlich. Check-out freundlich um eine gute Bewertung zu erhalten. Am 1. Tag gab es kein Baguette zum Frühstück und der Cafe ist ungenießbar. Es ist mit dem Auto schwierig zu finden

Una estancia agradable, es un Riad muy familiar y el trato es de 10, se preocupan por ti y te orientan en todo lo que necesites.

Séjour d'une semaine au riad Ouhmidi avec ma fille. Petit Riad familial très agréable, proche de la fameuse place Jemaa el fna. Vous pouvez faire presque tout a pieds, nous avons prit le taxi seulement pour le jardin majorelle. (Mais c'est possible d'y aller a pieds ) Aziza & Ismael sont exceptionnels, merci pour votre gentillesse ils font tout pour que vous passiez un bon sejour. Discrétion, écoute, conseils, sourires. Les petits déjeuners sont copieux . Ismael nous a préparé le petit déjeuner à emporter pour notre retour (vol tôt). D'ailleurs chaque jour une bonne odeur de fleur d'oranger embaume le Riad. Aziza s'est occupée de nos transferts en taxi pour l'aller et le retour. Nous nous sentons vite très bien dans cet endroit, comme a la maison ! Notre chambre était très propre, chaque jour quand nous revenions de balade nous retrouvions une chambre avec le ménage fait. I La clim est bien agréable. Nous allons conseiller ce Riad et nous espérons y retourner

Il quartiere è un po’ caotico. 20 minuti circa dalla piazza principale. Una camera aveva solo una piccola finestra che dava all’esterno senza scuri, quindi ci siamo svegliati presto.

It is a nice neighbourhood, close to the centre. The riad itself is well taken care of. All the amenities work perfectly: wifi, shower, A/C, etc. The towels are changed and the room cleaned on a daily basis which made it feel so professional and comfortable. The staff are very nice, and it overall has a familiar feeling to it.

Perhaps a downside would be that this riad is mostly for just sleeping and have breakfast. It's not a "come here to relax" riad, however that is perfectly reasonable for the price it costs.

Riad molto tranquillo e pulito. Molto buona la disponibilità dello staff che ci ha preparato un buon tajine al nostro arrivo. Aria condizionata nelle stanze. Colazione buona fatta con the marocchino, caffè, latte, uova, pane e pancake però sempre uguale.

Un po’ fuori mano, non di certo a 10 min. Dai suk. La distanza esatta è a circa 20/25 min a piedi. Il quartiere dove è posizionato il Riad era molto sporco forse perché noi abbiamo beccato la festa del montone.

La estancia en el Riad Ouhmidi fue todo un acierto, nos recibieron con té típico marroquí, el cual estaba delicioso, se limpiaban las habitaciones cada día y la amabilidad de cada uno de ellos inmejorables. Ismail siempre atento y servicial. La ubicación perfecta, todo estaba cerca. Marruecos es hermoso y me llevo muy buen recuerdo tanto del personal del Riad como de todas las personas con las que traté en ese país. Sin duda volveré a donde tan bien me trataron. Gracias Riad Ouhmidi.

Ich kann das Riad uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Das Frühstück war im Verhältnis zu anderen Unterkünften sehr großzügig und lecker.

Ich bevorzuge eine Bettdecke mit einem Überzug.

We had a wonderful stay at this riad in Marrakech. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Aziza and Ismael were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always attentive to anything we needed. They made us feel at home from the first moment. Their hospitality and service really made the experience special. We would definitely recommend this riad and would love to come back again!

Un piccolo riad elegante, silenzioso e pulitissimo gestito da personale gentile, accogliente e sempre attento e disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza, in grado di fornire agli ospiti i migliori suggerimenti per viversi la città e i suoi dintorni. Ci siamo affidati a loro per un tour organizzato con tappa finale presso il villaggio berbero di Imlil nell’alto alAtlante: esperienza imperdibile, paesaggi mozzafiato e convivialitá autentica. Abbiamo anche cenato presso la struttura in modo eccellente assaporando veri piatti della tradizione marocchina. Colazioni abbondanti e gustose. Abbiamo trascorso tre notti in totale. Consigliatissimo.

Ma chambre était au rez de chaussée ds le hall donc trop bruyant pour moi surtout les touristes de la chambre au dessus très bruyant et jusqu’à 1h du matin …si je reviens je dors à l’étage 😉

jeden Tag gab es neue frische tücher und das Zimmer war aufgeräumt. Personal war 24/7 erreichbar am empfang.

Das Morgenessen war super einfach einwenig mehr auswahl zum auswählen was man essen kann.

Sebbene la stanza fosse sottodimensionata per 4 persone, devo ammettere che siamo stati bene. Accogliente, pulita e soprattutto il design in stile Riad.

It was comfortable and quite close to central points. The host was great & went out of his way to accomodate us.

It was bit noisy during the night & the double bed was a bit small for 2 persons but very comfortable.

Le Riad Ouhmidi était très bien pour mon premier séjour à Marrakech. Aziza et Salem ont été très accueillants et à l'écoute. Ils ont le soucis que le séjour se passe au mieux pour leurs clients. Le riad est situé dans un quartier résidentiel dans la médina et à 10 minutes à pieds de la Medersa Ben Yussef. La chambre était très confortable et le petit déjeuner copieux ! Je vous le recommande.

O pequeno almoço é bom e o espaço é agradável. Cama grande e confortável

Não gostei do quarto, muito pequeno e sem luz natural. A única janela dá para o corredor do espaço interior por isso não a podíamos abrir sem perder a privacidade. Mesmo com a janela aberta teríamos que estar de luz acesa. Luz branca, pouco acolhedora. Acredito que os outros quartos sejam mais acolhedores mas este foi uma desilusão

Die Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, und das Essen war super lecker. Wir konnten das Motorrad Ichs vor der Tür parken, da die Kinder darauf rumspielen. Der Ouhmidi ist mit mir zu einem Parkplatz gefahren und hat mich zu rück gefahren. Es war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Es sind viele Restuant in der Nähe, aber man kann sehr gut in dem Riad essen. Das Frühstück ist auch sehr gut und viel.

Pleasant stay alongside very hospitable and kind people. A big plus for cleanliness, as the staff made their presence felt every day in our room. I warmly recommend Riad Ouhmidi for its Moroccan simplicity expressed through aromas, authentic decor, and a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home. Every corner of the riad tells a story, and the tranquility of the المكان offers the perfect relaxation after a day full of exploration. The breakfast was delicious, with fresh products and traditional flavors. I would definitely return and wholeheartedly recommend this experience to anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful stay.

We booked this wonderful place to stay on the spur of the moment during our train journey to Fès. Jennifer answered all our questions quickly and thoroughly in advance. Upon arrival, we were met by Abdulah at the agreed meeting point and taken to the accommodation, which is just under 200 metres from a bustling square. You can easily get a taxi here at any time. The accommodation is situated in the old medina, and the walk there alone feels like stepping into another world. Upon entering the property, you are initially completely overwhelmed. A tall, beautiful atrium forms the central hub. Our very spacious and beautiful rooms were situated to the left and right. Here, you really feel as though you’re in a fairy tale. Jennifer and her warm-hearted team anticipated our every wish. We received lots of great tips and had interesting and entertaining conversations. All in all, we can wholeheartedly and unreservedly recommend this place to visitors to Fès who are looking for warm hospitality and a special place to stay.

La habitacion nos la han limpiado todos los dias cambiando las toallas. Las sabanas son muy agradables y tiene dos juegos de almohadas para todos los gustos. El desayuno era suficiente aunque poco variado, pero nos hacia una tortilla todos los dias muy rica.

Mi habiatacion era poco luminosa ya que creo que es la unica que tiene dos camas y es la de la planta baja donde no tiene ventana para luz natural mas que una pequeña compuerta cerca del techo.

Convenient room for the price

1-Location is not great, in the middle of no where, you can easily get lost and never find it. many other hotels are closer to city and touristic places. 2- very noisy, staff and cleaners were noisy, you hear motorcycles and people talking in the street, couldn’t sleep well. 3- so many insects, flies on the breakfast that they offer. 4- smelly mattress.

The owner was so kind and friendly! We only stayed for one night, but we felt very welcomed. It was clean and i slept so nicely!! I felt rested the next day, felt like at home!

Nous avons adoré le riad ,très typique ,on voulait de l authentique ,aziza et toutes sont équipes sont adorables ,très bonne cuisine ,un petit déjeuner plus qu au top ,le nettoyage des chambres tout les jours et une terrasse ou on a pu se reposer prendre le gouter marocain,avec le fabuleux thé â la menthe ,et ses crêpes bananes chocolat ,nous recommandons a 100%.Nous étions une famille de4 .

Dwie noce w Riad ouhmidi..😆 Mieliśmy mały ale bardzo przytulny pokoik na parterze " było czysto " obsługa była bardzo miła i pomocna " dziękujemy z pomoc przy zakupie kart sim .. 😀 do tego dobre śniadanie i pyszna kolacja którą można zamówić... dużym plusem jest też lokalizacja " wszędzie można dojść na piechotę.. Możemy śmiało polecić Riad ouhmidi .. 😉

Comunicarea cu gazda este foarte bună, locația, este cocheta , intimă, liniștită, gazdele extrem de calde și amabile, locația foarte bună!!! Recomand!

Mi-a plăcut totul, dar aș recomanda diversificarea micului dejun. Micul dejun este foarte gustos și frumos prezentat, dar ar trebui un pic diversificat.

Super miejsce, przemili i pomocni gospodarze. Bardzo czysto. Codzienne sprzątanie, ścielenie łóżek, wymiana ręczników Pokoje choć niewielkie ale miło urządzone. Śniadania od 8 do 10 ale jak trzeba to mogą być wcześniej. Na dachu taras gdzie można posiedzieć wieczorami. Położenie super, bo i blisko do wszystkich atrakcji starej medyny możliwość dojazdu z bagażami pod same drzwi.

Jak ktoś na dłużej mało urozmaicone śniadanka mogą się znudzić i tęskno za jakimś pomidorkiem że wędlince nie wspomnę.

Ein wundervolle Ort um die schönen, kleinen und verwinkelten Gassen der Medina in Marrakech zu besichtigen - während man in einer ruhigen Straße in seinem Riad zu Ruhe kommen kann und sich vom Trubel erholen kann. Das Personal war stets sehr hilfsbereit und fürsorglich, besonders im Bezug auf meine Freundin die leider krank im Bett lag. Ich würde definitiv wieder her kommen!

The interior was beautiful, my room was very clean and I liked the lights and decorations.

Das Personal war sehr nett und stets bemüht .Auch spät Abends gab's noch einen Tee wenn man fragte. Wir hatten auch ein schönes Zimmer . Das Frühstück ist marrokanisch, also viel Süßes. Für uns hat die dann aber noch Omelett gemacht.

Die Medina ist schon sehr anstrengend. Wir hätten uns gerne mal auf der Dachterasse ausgeruht. Es gibt aber nur Sitzplätze, keine Liegen oder ähnliches. Das fanden wir etwas schade, aber naja
