Ngoc Anh and her family were so amazing! Such kind people and an amazing farm. My fiancee and I stayed here for 2 nights and loved it.

This is more than a property. Ngoc Anh and her family are very welcoming and took me on an adventure. I would not expected to have met family in Vietnam but they certainly have made me feel like I’m with family while staying with them.

Anh and her family were incredibly welcoming and kind. Anh speaks really good English and she helped me communicate with the family and feel comfortable. The room was spotless and spacious, the breakfasts were delicious Vietnamese dishes cooked by her mum, and I was invited to celebrate Lunar New Year with them and share a meal together. It was a cultural experience and a glimpse into countryside life, even though it's only 1.5 hours from HCMC

This is a simple, authentic homestay, not a luxury place. For me it was totally worth it for the experience, but it's good to know if you are looking for hotel level comfort

Platsen var fantastisk, liksom anläggningen och dess värdar. Omgivningarna var trivsamma, lugna och vackra, rummet bekvämt, välutrustat och välstädat. Alla måltider var välsmakande och serverades efter våra önskemål. Mest enastående var värdfolket som genast accepterade oss som en av sina egna och bemötte oss med otrolig värme och engagemang.

Det enda negativa var att behöva åka ifrån denna underbara plats. Det var smärtsamt att behöva ta farväl av lugnet och skönheten på denna plats, och inte minst värdfamiljen, som på så kort tid hunnit bli våra goda vänner.

Der Aufenthalt bei Anh und ihrer Familie war wirklich einzigartig. Das Homestay und die Umgebung ist so wunderschön und idyllisch und die ganzen Tiere machen den Aufenthalt noch lebhafter. Auch die spannenden Gespräche und Einblicke in das Leben von der Familie waren für uns sehr bereichernd. Wir konnten viel erleben und gleichzeitig uns zurückziehen und die Ruhe genießen. Das frisch gekochte Essen war ebenso sehr sehr lecker und traditionell vietnamesisch. Wir empfehlen das Homestay jedem der in Vietnam ist und mal aus den trubeligen Städten rausmöchte. Vielen Dank für Alles!

Some of the best hospitality I have received during my year long travels through Asia. Absolutely lovely family that would give you the shirt off their own back. Cooked wonderful homemade food & we arrived fairly late at night due to our drive taking longer than expected, the. Was cook a warm home cooked meal. The room/bed/shower/toilet are all up to scratch & very clean. Fish & fruit are all organically farmed on site & was given an abundance. I would 100% recommend this home stay even if you have the opportunity for 1 night. Also lovely views of the local farming area. I look forward to returning on my trip back down Vietnam. Real local Vietnamese family/farm experience! 10/10

The Family is just awesome, super lovely, interested and open hearted! They welcomed me and my Child of 5y in their tranquil home and cared for us like a family member. The Mama serves the most authentic and awesome tasting vietnamese food for breakfast, lunch and Dinner, always different delicious dishes! Truely Vietnamese cuisine. Furthermore drinking water, fruits and tea always available. The room is simple but light with sweet painting, comfortable and clean. It has a Fan and ac with a nice view over the greenery and pond. Next to the rooms is the shared bathroom. The nights here are just quiet and a wonderful relaxing. We planted two trees, picked and roasted fresh cashews (never seen before how they grow) and I had great talks with the Daugther. Her son and my son were playing and laughing all days together and enjoyed each others company so much! Further, They brought me to the atm, dropped us at the bus station to go to hcm, truely helpful hearts. We absolutely enjoyed our time with the family and can just recommend anyone single, couples and families to go there to experience a true authentic and most important kindest and loveliest Vietnamese family and life. We will come back, latest when the trees got some fruits ;)

I randomly found this homestay on Booking.com, and after seeing the pictures, I knew I had to book it. From the moment I arrived, Anh greeted me like family, welcoming me with plenty of food and tea. I had such a wonderful time here—exploring the surroundings, playing with her animals, chatting with other guests, and learning so much about Vietnamese culture from Anh. If you're reading this, don’t hesitate to book this homestay. You will absolutely love it. This place has a special energy that makes it truly unforgettable.

Nothing. You need to be aware the actual property is a farm and doesn’t have a road address as such, despite one being given. It is very important when you do your location search to put in the name of the Homestay (Tay Homestay) and NOT the road address otherwise you will be taken to the wrong location.

The location is great, feels like middle of nowhere but it’s not , run by a beautiful family, the daughter takes care of everyone with great passion, she makes it a special stay, in combat with the beautiful surrounding

The family made everything excellent. I felt immediately welcomed and immersed myself in the families activities from feeding animals to planting trees, painting art on the walls to learning to cook delicious local dishes. There was never a dull moment at Homstay Tay. The facilities are agreeable and the rooms had a beautiful view. The surrounding landscape is also breathtaking and well kept daily. You will be enchanted by this family and be sad to say goodbye as I was. I extended my stay and will try and revisit Homestay Tay one day soon. Thank you so much 🤗✨️

We had a lovely time with Tay, she takes very good care of her guests and is very welcoming! The place is very calm and relaxing. We enjoyed a lot fishing and also to spend time and eat with the family. The price is flexible as it depends on what options you want to add (with or without AC, dinner/lunch, etc.), but not expensive in regards of the quality of the stay and the kindness of the host. Cannot recommend enough this place to anyone looking for peace and quiet, not far from Sai Gon!

I visited Homestay Tây on my first night out of Saigon. I initially planned on only spending one night, but the family was so amazing I decided to stay two. I would have stayed longer if I had time. Ngọc Anh and her family made me feel welcome the moment I arrived. The room is basic but was clean and had good a/c, if you choose to use it. They fed me well both nights and each day, the second night making Báhn xèo, one of my favorite Viet dishes. The second day, Ngọc Anh showed me a local waterfall, then we stopped for me to buy a tree which I planted in their garden. They have two adorable kitties and three dogs, plus goats, chickens, and even a monkey! Nature is abundant and it is quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Do yourself a favor and stay a night (or two!) You will not regret it.

My family and I (2 parents and two kids) had the loveliest time with Ngoc Anh and her family! It was a definite highlight of our 5 weeks in Vietnam. The rooms are bright, private and comfortable with good AC. Anh’s mother is an exceptional chef and she was on a mission to help us discover Vietnam’s most popular dishes. I’ve eaten many banana flower salads and a few Vietnamese pancakes since, in various restaurants, and none came even close to hers! There are cats, dogs and more to play with, and Anh’s super sweet 5 yo kiddo as well. We felt at home here, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a slice of real life in Vietnam. We liked everything here! Just be aware that if you don’t come with your own bike/vehicle, it’s not walking distance to any shops, ATMs or restaurants. So bring what you need.

It‘s a great stop if you‘re going by bike/scooter. A quiet place in the nature. The place is very close to a nationalpark with a big lake. When you look outside of your window you can see the beautiful lake from the homestay. The family is very welcoming and I felt well behaved! We ate a lot of fruits from their garden together. They showed me how to cook typical vietnamese food. Na‘s mother always cooked very delicious vegetarian food for me. I really enjoyed to stay there and it was very hard to leave. Can really recommend to everyone to stay here.

This is so much more than just a homestay ❤️ Anh and her family are so lovely, make you feel at home, and include you in life on their farm. Staying here is an experience in itself and I recommend anyone to stop here for at least a couple of nights before continuing on your journey. One of the most authentic experiences on my trip.. picking veg from the farm, cooking different dishes together, eating fresh fruit everyday, trips into town to the local markets, and so many beautiful spots around their property to hang out and relax. So nice to be away from touristy areas in the beautiful countryside. The room is really spacious, and I loved waking up to the view of the lake just in front of the window. I ended up staying 5 nights here, and would even have stayed longer if I had the time. Next time I'm in the south of Vietnam I will definitely be back again. The family was very welcoming. I ended up staying an extra day just to talk and learn more about the family. It was one of the most interesting conversations I’ve had in my life. I felt very comfortable here and they cooked breakfast and dinner for me. It was delicious and I am very grateful to have met them my second day in Vietnam. I was sad to have to leave and I wish them the best and hope to visit again one day.

There was nothing I disliked. I just arrived at night on a bicycle so I had a bit of trouble finding the road without my gps.

This is a once and a lifetime home/farmstay! If you have a family, or are traveling alone or with a group, do not miss this most welcome family. We felt like we were with our own families and at home. We learned so much about the plants and animals and lifestyle here. We have made friends for life.

Everything on this property was 10/10! Ice cold air conditioning in the rooms. We participated in making our traditional dinner. Excellent english speaking hosts with help on every detail of our travels.

I arrived at Homestay Tây expecting to have a solo Christmas and ended up being invited into a beautiful family. I had a wonderful time here and the friendliness and hospitality was beautiful. If you are looking for an authentic rural vietnamese experience this is the place to go!

I came to this place by accident. I was returning alone to Ho Chi Minh City from the northeast direction, and figured out where it would be convenient for me to spend the night. I looked at the options on the map and noticed this homestay with a rating of 9.9. Quite interested, glimpsed the pictures, read the description, but did not read the reviews. Just booked and arrived after a while. And suddenly found myself on a farm! I won't go into all the details - much is mentioned in other reviews. I will only add that we talked a lot about various things, and in the morning we went to pick fruit at a neighboring abandoned plot, and also rode to the store to buy a few things. In the afternoon I sat at the table relaxing with tea, while people around me went about their business. And suddenly I had the unusual feeling that I had been living here for years and that the people around me were my family. In the end, I left reluctantly around 5pm, just because there were things to do in the city. But I wanted to stay longer. And one day I'll return here.

I didn't like leaving this place. 😉

Our host couldn't have been friendlier or more welcoming. She and her family are funny and made us feel at home. The facilities are amazing with beautiful decorative furnishings and landscapes. Loved how dog friendly it is for my furry friend too.

Very friendly and generous family that lives on the countryside. They have a beautiful home. You can relax in hammocks, go fishing in one of the ponds or play badminton. The room is spacious and both an AC and a fan. We arrived with our motorbike and could park it there, which was absolutely no problem. During the evening we had dinner together and talked a lot. Staying here is absolutely worth it and a great opportunity to learn about Vietnamese culture.
