Beautiful yard in a lovely valley, very short walk to the beach. Hosts Gioula and her mother were so welcoming and we would return anytime if having a new vacation on Skopelos.

We enjoyed every bit of our stay. Perfect location - peaceful and quiet, but also very convenient. Our room was cozy, comfortable and equipped with everything you may need. The kindest hosts - they made sure we were well taken care of, from the complementary bikes we rode around the village to the freshly baked pastries on the first morning of our stay - we felt like visiting our favorite aunt. We’d come back in a heartbeat.

η τοποθεσία είναι πάρα πολύ καλή , ο χώρος εξωτερικά είναι μέσα στην φύση και στην ηρεμία πραγματικά χαλαρώνεις και στα 8 με 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από ένα όμορφο μονοπάτι είσαι στην παραλία. Η ιδιοκτήτρια κα. Γιούλα είναι πολύ φιλική και δοτική, κάθε απόγευμα που γυρνάγαμε από το μπάνιο μας είχε στο δωμάτιο πάντα κάτι να μας φέρει ( κεικ μαρμελάδα ντοματίνια κτλ)

η τιμή του δωματίου σε σχέση με την ποιότητα του , χρειάζεται ανακαίνιση τουλάχιστων ως προς τα κουφώματα (πόρτα εισόδου και μπαλκονόπορτα)

La struttura è all'interno rispetto alla strada, il che ci ha garantito quiete e fresco tutte le sere nonostante il caldo di agosto. La famiglia è deliziosa, sono gentilissimi e si vede l'impegno che ci mettono per gestire la casa. Panormos posizione perfetta per scoprire l'isola. Se tornassi tornerei da loro!

Fantastic hospitality from our hosts, a warm welcome and always ready to help us. Spiros Rooms had a real family feel from a lovely Greek family. The rooms were comfortable, had everything we needed including a kitchenette in our twin room, beautiful gardens to sit and relax in the shade and good aircon. The beach was an easy 10 minute walk along a quiet lane through olive trees and beautiful scenery. There were free bikes for a quicker journey. Panormos beach had aqua blue water, good snorkeling, a selection of restaurants and was on the bus route. I would definitely stay again! Thank you to our hosts Vaso, Yula, Maji!

Quiet location in a lovely resort. Friendly and attentive hosts who liked to feed us! Bikes very handy for breakfast shops and early morning dips.

Very clean. Every room is designed and decorated individually with a lot of understanding and taste. Very nice and welcoming hosts. Huge garden with lots of gazeboes to spend time out in the open. Beautiful sunset. The nearest beach is westwards oriented, so you have the bests sunsets as a bonus. Lots of people from around come especially to enjoy the sunset.

No "didn't like thing" at all. Something to keep in mind - the place is 5-10 minutes walk to the nearest beach. We, personally, considered an advantage, because we are intentionally looking for accommodation with a lot privacy. We travelled by our own bicycles, so the distance to the beaches around wasn't a matter.

An amazing authentic place a few hundred meters from the beach and village main road

We loved our stay in Panormos with Spiros Rooms. Hands down the best sunset location on the island! The rooms are beautiful - clean, spacious, wonderfully decorated, room service everyday, and all the little details are so considered and thoughtful! The hosts were so accomodating and helpful - even picking us up free of charge. The location is perfect, only a short walk to beach - and Panormos was our favourite beach of the whole Island. We even came back to the room to delicious fresh baked cake - we’ll be back and highly recommend! 5 Stars!

Der Hotel war in einer ruhigen Lage etwas außerhalb Panormos, man kann den Strand zu fuss erreichen. Die Zimmern sind genug gross und gut ausgestattet. Die Besitzerinnen sind extrem nett, lassen jeden tag in Zimmer kleine geschenke (Kuchen, Obst, Marmelade). Der Garten ist auch sehr schön, mit vielen Sitzplätzen

We liked the accommodation as it is in a very quiet garden, with lots of trees. We could feel the love and passion put by the hosts in making the hotel and garden always clean, interesting and equipped with literally everything you need in the rooms. The hosts even have bicycles ready for you if you don’t want to walk to the beach. This is the most equipped studio I’ve seen in 18 years of visiting Greece. You can really get a good rest at Spiros rooms and enjoy your vacation. Gioula is a super host, she is very kind and makes your day beautiful with her kindness. She even cooked for us pies and sweets and gave us some small presents when we left. Thank you for everything, Gioula! You made us feel like home!

I would remove the shower curtains, as I don’t find them hygienic. But it’s not a big issue, this is everywhere and Greece and probably most of the people don’t find them annoying:)

Ospitalità e gentilezza delle signore proprietarie. Ci hanno offerto frutta del loro giardino, marmellata, un buonissimo caffè greco (il migliore dell’isola!) e anche una ciambella fatta in casa. Alla partenza ci hanno anche offerto un passaggio fino al porto e ci hanno anche regalato un pensierino come ricordo del soggiorno. Struttura super consigliata!

This was our 2nd time coming here. The rooms are nice, everything is very clean, there are nice terraces in all of the rooms, and the frontyard/garden are so enjoyable and full of details. But the best part are the owners that made sure our stay was perfect, the entire family is wonderful. We loved it there, and we're sure you will too.

Posto super accogliente e familiare. Gestito da una signora e le sue due figlie, tutte persone deliziose e che tengono molto a far sentire gli ospiti a casa. Ci hanno accolto con caffè e chiacchiere e durante il soggiorno ci hanno regalato frutta e marmellata dei loro alberi. La stanza è provvista di mini cucina con tutto il necessario per cucinare e un frigorifero grande. Ogni stanza ha un bel terrazzino che affaccia sul loro stupendo giardino, perfetto per svagarsi o mangiare. Ci sono delle biciclette che si possono prendere e utilizzare liberamente entro l'area di Panormos, facilmente raggiungibile anche a piedi, con spiagge attrezzate, mini market e buoni ristoranti. Nella stanza c'erano delle piccole comodità che hanno fatto la differenza: ciabattine monouso, cotton fioc, bacinella per lavare i costumi o vestiti.

Unica cosa da segnalare, anche se non un difetto, che gli arredi sono tradizionali, vecchio stile (in condizioni ottime). Per noi è stato sintomo di maggiore autenticità e ci è piaciuto molto.

It was a private, quiet and comfortable stay. We also appreciated the free bicycles that were provided for riding into the main street of Panormos. The hosts were so welcoming and thoughtful. Everything exceeded our expectations and we plan to stay there again in the future.

It was a little further from the beach. Ten minutes walking unless you take the bicycles. But if you have a motorcycle or car, they have parking for that.

The property was so peaceful and beautiful! I was so comfortable in my room — it had everything a traveler could ask for: great AC, comfy linens, slippers, a mat/umbrella for the beach, a lovely balcony, and a little kitchenette which was perfect for making coffee and sandwiches each day! The room is cleaned so thoroughly every day which was so appreciated as well. Gioula left me the sweetest gifts throughout my stay — homemade cake, jam, and Skopelos plums from her garden! 🌸 She even picked me up at the bus stop when I arrived and took me there on my last day as well. Truly such a lovely and kind person. The beach is a 6 minute walk from the property (which I enjoyed every day!) and an even quicker bike ride (bikes available at the property!); Panormos is the most stunning beach and was perfect for lounging and swimming. I would come back here in a heartbeat — Skopelos is a very special island and this part of it is even more special! I’m so glad I picked Spiros Rooms, what an amazing place 🌞🌱🌟

Our experience here was simply amazing. The host, Gioula was incredibly kind - she even picked us up from the bus stop upon arrival, which was such a thoughtful gesture. We were welcomed with delicious homemade cake and jam, which made us feel instantly at home. The location is stunning - set in the most beautiful part of Skopelos. It’s just a charming 10-minute walk to the beach, and two of the island’s most beautiful beaches are also nearby. Everything about our stay was perfect. Peaceful, picturesque, and hosted by the loveliest people – we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Отель находится далеко от главной дороги и было очень страшно вечером возвращаться в номер. Дорога освещена, но очень безлюдно. Хотя я знаю, что остров очень безопасный. Еще очень жаль, что не поздравили с днем рождения, хотя я была там.

Moc milé a přátelské majitelky. Přišly nás uvítat, seznámit se s námi. Občas nám přinesly bábovku, nebo ovoce ze zahrádky. Při odjezdu jsme dostali každý malý dáreček, který nás moc potěšil. Zařízení apartmánu není nejnovější, ale vše bylo perfektně čisté. Úklid každý den. Lednice na pokoji. Umístění v zahradě s olivovými stromy. Příjemná místa k posezení a snídani. Klidná cesta na pláž mimo silnici 10 min chůze. Možnost zapůjčení kola na cestu na pláž.

Některá kola by potřebovala větší údržbu 🙂

We had a really amazing stay at Spiros this summer. It is a little slice of paradise, set back from the most gorgeous beach. The rooms and garden are decorated so beautifully, it feels like such a creative space and environment- and Gioula and her family could not have been more perfect hosts! Rooms were cleaned spotlessly every day and we had little treats like cake, jam and plums left in our room a couple of times. The walk to the beach is also so nice (I am 7 months pregnant and found it easy!) and even though panormos was super busy being the height of summer, the atmosphere was always calm and relaxed. The water is just incredible too. We were sad to leave and will definitely be back! Such a special find.

The place is wonderful. Very artistically arranged. The hosts were very friendly. The rooms are clean and stylish, we've had everything we needed in the kitchen. The balkony was very cosy and comfortable for the morning coffee looking at the nature. To rate it with 10 is not enough to express the ghood timne we've had there. To all that will go there - If you are person that appreciates the details then you will be on the correct place.

There wasn't such a thing. Everything was built and organized perfectly. At least that's how I felt there.

Breakfast was not include, so no comment. The location was super! Just a 5 min walk from the sea, along a flat dirt path under the trees. Perfectly quite, in a lovely garden with trees and flowers. No passing-by traffic, no noise at night, pleasantly cool, we did not even use the aircondition available. The Panormos beach is quite advantageous, you can swim in crystal-clear waters even when north winds blow, as it is protected by the hills around it. Plenty of excellent choices for food and drinks there, too, you don't really have to drive in order to get to a nice restaurant. All-in-all, Skopelos-Panormos-Spiros Rooms is a perfect coice for vacation. We stayed for 2 full weeks and regretted having to go ...

Our stay was very pleasant, and the 3 ladies-owners always available and willing to help. However, we have to say that the room was somewhat smaller than expected. Fully equiped, certainly, and all equipment functional, but it would really benefit from some more space. What we really missed was a tap and sink in the room, which is instrumental if you prepare your own breakfast. In that aspect, maybe the price was a liitle high. But services were quite satisfactory in all other aspects, so we only wish to say 'thank you' to the 3 ladies!!!

Posizione in luogo molto silenzioso, letti e cuscini comodi, proprietaria gentile e molto disponibile, ci ha accompagnato sia all'andata che al ritorno alla fermata dell'autobus con la sua auto.

L'accueil est exceptionnel. les propriétaires redoublent d'attentions. Merci encore pour le marbré au chocolat. Les chambres sont d'une propreté irréprochable. Le lieu quand on est motorisé respire la quiétude on aimerait presque faire table d'hôtes dans ce joli jardin.

Un tout petit peu bruyant le matin quand on est dans les chambres du rez de chaussée.

A comfortable, impeccably clean and cozy place in an astounding setting of the Skopelos lush woods, yet only a few minutes walk to the beach. The owners have definitely put their soul to into it, the aura of the place is pure magic, with local elements nicely introduced into the design making it special.

Our stay in Skopelos was absolutely wonderful. The property is nestled in nature, offering total relaxation and peace, with large outdoor spaces perfect for unwinding—even in the evening after a day at the beach. The hosts were truly fantastic—always available and full of great suggestions on where to go and where to enjoy delicious local food. They were also incredibly kind to share homemade jams and fresh products from their garden with us, a heartfelt touch that made the experience even more special. The cleanliness of the place was impeccable. They even helped us by speaking directly with a local taxi to organize our early morning transfer to the Glossa port. They were truly amazing hosts, and we felt genuinely cared for.

Staying at Spiros Rooms truly felt like being at home. Gioula, the host, is incredibly kind and thoughtful. On our first day, she welcomed us with freshly baked cake, and the next day she left us some delicious plums from the garden. The room was well-equipped with everything we needed. There was no electric kettle, but I’m sure she would have provided one if we had asked — she brought us an iron immediately when we needed it. The garden was beautiful and peaceful. We didn’t get to spend much time there since we were busy exploring the island, but if we had stayed longer, we would’ve definitely loved to relax more in that lovely outdoor space. The location is excellent — just a short walk to Panormos Beach, which we think is one of the best beaches on Skopelos Island. The water is crystal clear and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing. We used the sunbeds at Espresso Bar right on the beach, and as long as we ordered food or drinks, there was no extra charge for the loungers. We highly recommend Spiros Rooms for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and relaxing stay in Skopelos!

Siamo stati solo una notte di passaggio, ma siamo stati accolti con grande gentilezza e ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura dispone di un comodo parcheggio e l’esterno è molto curato, con un bel giardino ricco di piante e spazi comuni che testimoniano l’attenzione e la cura dei proprietari. La stanza in cui abbiamo soggiornato ha un arredamento dallo stile rétro-moderno: non è in stile contemporaneo, ma è funzionale e dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Un dettaglio molto apprezzato è la possibilità di prendere in prestito gratuitamente due biciclette messe a disposizione degli ospiti. La posizione è ottima: si può raggiungere a piedi una bella spiaggia e ci sono diversi ristoranti nelle vicinanze. La sera si gode di un’aria fresca e piacevole, tanto da non rendere necessario l’uso dell’aria condizionata. Un soggiorno breve ma decisamente positivo!

Immersa nella campagna ma vicino al mare che si raggiunge con un sentiero nella natura. La notte tranquillamente dormito con le finestre aperte. Gli ospiti molto accoglienti, fanno una ciambella buonissima. Location molto allegra e adatta anche ai bambini

What a tranquil slice of heaven! The accommodation is set back a 10 min walk (max) from the gorgeous Panormos beach. It's surrounded by lush green trees, with nothing but the sound of cicadas. Our room was very comfortable and was cleaned every day. We didn't get a room with a kitchenette, but we still had everything we needed to make a light breakfast and snacky lunches at the accommodation (there is a small hot plate, a coffee maker, a toastie maker, a fridge, and cutlery / plates etc). We also used the little kitchenette in the garden where there was a sink and a kettle to make breakfast every morning, which we enjoyed outside in the beautiful communal areas. There are some simple bikes for guests to use to cycle to Panormos - very handy for trips to the beach / bakery / supermarket which are all a few minutes cycle down a path past olive , lemon and plum trees. Vasso and her daughter Giuola are warm and hospitable and it was lovely to have them around, there to help with anything you might need. We often arrived back to our room to find little treats like plums, homemade marmalade or homemade cake. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect stay - thank you!

Perfect location, just 10 min walk to the local beach, restaurants, supermarket and bus stop. Easy to reach many fantastic beaches with the local bus. Comfortable and clean rooms with everything we needed for our stay. Relaxing and peaceful garden. Very nice and helpful owners, we hope to come back!

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen, haben viele gute Tipps bekommen. Als wir abends zurück ins Zimmer kamen, waren oft selbstgemachte Kleinigkeiten da (Kuchen, cheese Pie). Spiros Rooms liegt mitten in der Natur und zum wunderbaren Panormos Beach mit tollen Restaurants sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft 😍

Yula and her mother were perfect hosts. It is a 10 minute walk to the beach but well worth it to stay in such a pretty and tranquil place.

The rooms were perfect. The location is very tranquil, a short walk to the beach but far enough away to be quiet and secluded. The hosts were extremely attentive, friendly and provided us with everything we needed. The rooms were kept very clean and we had everything we needed.

清潔でした。家族で経営してるそうなのですがとても仲が良くて暖かい家庭に仲間入りさせてもらったような気分でずっと幸せな気持ちのまま滞在できました。優しい人達に清潔な部屋、おしゃれな庭で最高でした。

The apartments are approximately an 800m pleasant walk to the sea front. Free bikes are available which was nice. The grounds and views of the countryside are lovely. Our room was well equipped, very clean and comfortable. The Wifi was fast and the best we had on our trip. The beach is long and we loved swimming in the clear blue water. Our hosts were very friendly and very accommodating. We had a lovely 3 day stay and would definitely stay again if we come back to Skopelos.

We would have liked it if the room had been lighter but it was nice that is stayed cool as a result of being dark. A little over priced.
