However, we had to wait 5 mins for the water dispenser to boil the water, which was located on the GF and we were staying on the 2nd floor.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Had a pleasant stay at Vilana Hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient, with restaurants, a Speedmart and a self-service laundry nearby, which made our stay much easier. Overall, we had a good experience and would definitely stay here again. 😊

Very low water pressure, almost none. The toilet door has no lock, so it had to be left open, with the bed directly facing the bathroom. This caused a lack of privacy and made the room uncomfortable.

Reviewed Dec 29, 2025Very good location for those who travel to deal with Unimap because it's quite close, and in a quiet area. Modern room, very nice and clean. Plenty of free parking right in front. Good working lift. Comfortable bed. Room size is decent for 2.
No kettle and mugs. Have to go to lobby to get hot water. Dispenser only provides hot water, no cold water, which is necessary to me because there's no fridge. Not enough place to hang clothes - just one simple 2-bar wooden rack and 2 hangers. Although there are a few restaurants around, they were open for dinner only. Was hoping to just walk to breakfast, but no.

Kalau boleh tambahkan setiap bilik tu satu perfume. Bau floral2 ke, tenang sikit bagi yang jauh2 drive 5-6 jam naik bilik yang selesa dan wangi. Bantal better bagi 2 setiap single bed. Overall okey.
