Siyath stond ons keurig op te wachten met 4 man personeel opdat wij zeker zelf de koffers niet mochten dragen! Daarna uitgebreide rondleiding door het appartement. Alles was op en top geregeld, ook de communicatie vooraf met de eigenaren verliep uiterst vriendelijk. Op het strand op nog geen 100 meter afstand voldoende gelegenheden om lekker te eten en te borrelen. Wij zouden deze accommodatie zeker opnieuw boeken

Beautiful apartment. Specius, well equipped, clean. The pool was vary nice and it is right at the beach.

Exactly as advertised. Looks just like the pictures. Immaculate. Very clean and safe beach for swimming. Very organized from check in to check out process. Clear communication from Rory and Elaine regarding all processes well in advance of arriving. Tip for travelers - read all the info you will be sent. Though staff are on hand you will probably not need to contact them during your stay as your questions will be answered in the info given

The only thing lacking in the fully equipped kitchen was proper red or white wine/ champagne glasses rather than a generic single type of wine glass.

The restaurant on site is not the best, but we had great meals next door at Divinguru

Prachtig ruim, mooi ingericht appartement met uitzicht op zwembad en strand. Heerlijke buitenruimte met veel zitgelegenheid. Lekkere bedden.

Er is 1 slaapkamer met ensuite badkamer, de andere 2 slaapkamers moeten een badkamer delen. De prijs was fors gezien het prijsniveau in Sri Lanka.

Appartement tres confortable, spacieux, moderne, tres bien equipé et decoré avec gout. Grande terrasse avec vue magnifique sur la plage et ses cocotiers. Un service irreprochable. Nous y serions bien restés plus longtemps.

Het appartement was zeer netjes en voorzien van alle faciliteiten. Het complex was verzorgd.

The pictures don’t do this justice. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and has every amenity you could wish for. From the start communication with Rory was excellent. The apartment was wonderful, the service staff were on hand to help with any question. The pool was warm, good size, clean. The apartment has direct access to a clean, calm beach- ideal for wading and easy swim. We tried the food from the apartment restaurant which was decent and Diving Guru next door- yum and atmospheric. All in all a wonderful stay and more comfortable than most upmarket hotels. Thank you Rory and Elaine- we can’t wait to come back

Nothing, all wonderful

We loved the large luxury bedrooms, large balcony with lots of furniture, and the views of the sea and the pool. The kitchen was equipped with all the neccessities. Also the staff were friendly and patient. Rory was always contactable for any further requests. Overall a lovely stay, definitely would recommend!

We’ve had a wonderful time in this condo. They have really thought of everything. Comfortable beds. A well stocked kitchen where everything worked, including a washing machine. We spent most of our time on the wonderful balcony! Staff was also very pleasant and helpful. Only downside was we didn’t want to leave!!!

This apartment is spectacular! It is very spacious for 6 people and beautifully decorated. The facilities include all that you need for a relaxing stay and the location overlooking the pool and the ocean is fabulous. The balcony is very large and has outdoor furniture of all types to eat or relax on. It was literally perfect for us and we didn’t want to leave!

Nothing that I can think of

This was our favorite place to stay in Sri Lanka. The property is well-furnished, clean, and spacious. The appliances, WiFi, and air conditioning work great. The beds and furniture are comfortable. Showers have good pressure, hot water, and plenty of space. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to cook gourmet meals. The balcony is enormous and overlooks the ocean. You can easily walk to the beach, which isn't very crowded (at least in March). A great scuba diving center is next door. You have access to a clean pool. The condos have a good onsite restaurant - not a long wait when we visited, and prices are average compared to the 8 places we stayed in Sri Lanka. Staff is very helpful and friendly with check-in and check-out.

Nothing to ruin the stay. Just some minor inconveniences that few people would complain about. The condos claim to have a fitness center, but it's just two treadmills (one of which is broken) and some light dumbbells. Only one electronic key is provided, and it's needed to keep electricity on. So bigger parties will need to coordinate.

The place was very clean and comfortable. Beautiful view too.

The Nescafe sachets were out of date, but not a big issue.

This place was really great. Very spacious and comfortable all around. The pool was the perfect temperature and the staff on the property itself were very nice. A lot of security around. There is a restaurant on the premises that was convenient and good. There isn't much around the resort that was open while we were there, but we visited in the off-season. The security guard called us a tuk-tuk whenever we needed one, and they arrived within a few minutes. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our every need. I would absolutely stay here again.

Just note that the cleaning staff will need to come and inspect the apartment, count the towels, etc. before you can check out, so make sure you allow for an extra ~15 minutes at checkout.

We stayed there at the end of our journey for one week. It was super clean, and the apartments have all you are asking for. The owner was very nice and caring (as our daughter became sick) he helped us to get to see a doctor... The beach in front if the apartment ist marvelous, the staff nice, also the little restaurant served nice food. To go shopping we took a Tuktuk to Trincomalee. We went snorkeling to Pigeon Island and saw turtles, sharks, plenty of colorful fish. We visited Memos next to the apartment for a snack or coffee and Vitamin Sea for food... We could have spent more time there and really felt like home.

There could have be more sunbeds. But thats really the only thing I can say…
