Disappointing experience — both the hotel and Booking.com Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. I checked in early in the morning and that afternoon found a mouse in my room. I immediately reported it and was moved to another room. I did not stay overnight in the room where I found the mouse. The next day, I developed a large rash on my chest. I cannot say what caused it, but the timing was concerning. I stayed in the second room for two nights, and then on my last night I was asked to move again because the room had been rented to someone else. I did not pay for a hotel expecting to move rooms multiple times. The hotel is in a very busy and somewhat strange neighborhood and has a loud, unusual atmosphere. It appears to be family-run, with many family members around, and sometimes it was difficult to tell who was staff and who was a guest. If you're on the first floor, be aware that cigarette smoke comes into the rooms at night from people smoking outside. I was actually woken up by the smell. Breakfast was poor and repetitive, and the staff's limited English made communication difficult. I also contacted Booking.com immediately after the mouse incident to ask for help finding another hotel. I was told they would get back to me within 24 hours. When you have a serious problem with your accommodation, waiting 24 hours is not an acceptable solution. They never provided me with another hotel or a meaningful solution. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the property and Booking.com's lack of support. I will not stay at this hotel again, and after this experience, I will not book hotels through Booking.com again.

Zona a fost prea aglomerata, dar asta nu tine de hotel. Iar check in a fost putin delayed din cauza ca nu era gata camera.

Ajungi ușor în centrul vechi

Dimineața se simte un puternic mirosul de mâncare de la micul dejun. Probabil bucătăria de la -2 era pe partea camerei nostre de la etajul 3

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία στο κεντρο του Ακσαραι αλλά σε ήσυχο δρόμο. Πολύ κοντά σε τραμ και μετρό. Πολύ καθαρό. Πολύ εξυπηρετικό το προσωπικό, μας βοήθησαν σε ότι και να χρειαζόμασταν. Πολύ καλό το πρωινό και το σέρβις. Θα το επιλέξω ξανά για την επόμενη επίσκεψη μου στην Πόλη. Το προτεινω ανεπιφύλακτα .Το συν είναι ότι έχει και πάρκινγκ δωρεάν.

Δεν έχω να πω κάτι αρνητικό.

Am avut o experiență excelentă la Hotel Espoir din Istanbul. Camera a fost foarte curată, confortabilă și bine întreținută, iar personalul a fost extrem de amabil, politicos și mereu dispus să ajute. Micul dejun a fost foarte bun, variat și proaspăt. Un mare avantaj este și parcarea, care este foarte utilă pentru cei care călătoresc cu mașina. Locația este foarte bună, aproape de principalele obiective turistice și de mijloacele de transport, ceea ce a făcut vizitarea orașului foarte ușoară. Raportul calitate-preț este foarte bun și cu siguranță aș alege din nou acest hotel dacă voi reveni în Istanbul. Îl recomand cu încredere tuturor celor care caută un loc curat, liniștit și primitor pentru sejurul lor.

Персонал большие молодцы. Номер чистый светлий, но находится в шумном месте. С открытыми окнами спать невозможно, но окна хорошо держат звук и это спасло. Кровать удобная, сам отель достаточно новый. В номере всё очень опрятно, с этим проблем не было. Перепадов воды не было, напор в душе отличный. Неплохие завтраки, нам хватало.

В нашем номере очень сильно воняло, сначала будто химией какой-то, было похоже на краску или побелку. Но запах шёл с канализации и нам потом сказали что скорее всего это с моря. Запах был очень ядучим и сильно портил пребывание в отеле.

Am revenit dupa un an (aprilie 2025) tot la acest hotel pentru ca am fost foarte multumiti, in ordine; de personalul hotelului, de calitatea camerei, de gradul de curatenie (prosoape schimbate zilnic), de micul dejun.

Hotelul fiind situat intr-o zona centrala si extrem de aglomerata, avand in vecinatate si alte hoteluri, zgomotul strazii nu poate fi izolat de tamplarie, oricat de performanta ar fi. Dar stiam acest lucru, ni l-am asumat si nu invinovatim proprietarii Espoir Hotel pentru ceea ce se intampla in exteriorul hotelului.

Проживали в этом отеле неделю. Хотелось бы разложить по полочкам все моменты, чтобы новые гости учитывали это. Начнем с плюсов:
+ Отель достаточно свежий + Стоимость + Расположение Отель находится в «торговом районе», поэтому здесь достаточно выгодный курс обмена валют. Рядом много кафе (советую посетить узбекское кафе Laleli), фруктовых лавок, супермаркет буквально в соседней двери. До центра добираться удобно - ходит трамвай Т1, рядом также есть метро.

Минусы: - Уборка Для меня это самый основной минус этого отеля. Убираются, откровенно говоря, не очень. Если вы попросите убраться у вас чуть-чуть попозже - будьте готовы, что уборки в этот день не будет. Белье за неделю заменили один раз. Мокрые полотенца могут просто снять с крючка и сложить их аккуратно вместо замены на чистые. Зеркало, раковину протирают не всегда. Пол пылесосят/моют тоже не всегда. Воду, чай, кофе не пополняют. - Завтрак Будьте готовы, что завтрак не слишком разнообразный. Найти, что поесть можно, но могут возникнут сложности. Из основного, что было за неделю: чай/кофе/сок/вода, гренки, яйцо вареное, суп, несколько видов сыров, колбаса, хлеб, овощи, фрукты и пара вариантов кекса к чаю. По запросу могут приготовить для вас омлет. - Оснащение номера На двоих людей кладут обычно 2 больших полотенца и 1 среднее. Полотенчика для ног или коврика в ванной нет, а кафель скользкий. В ванной два маленьких шампуня и кусковое мыло, зубных наборов нет. Подушки на кровати уже уставшие, наполнитель скомкался. Шторы грязные. - Интернет В нашем номере вай-фай был слабым, скорость около 2 мб/с.

The Deluxe room was nice, but others were quite too small. The breakfast was okay, a fair amount of choices. Nothing to say on cleanliness, everything was great in that regard.

The location is not the absolute best but it’s doable.

Locatie buna, aproape de mijloacele de transport. Personal amabil si serviabil. Camerele foarte spatioase, mobilier nou si foarte curat in camere.

Totul a fost perfect, locație, personal, servicii.

Micul dejun bogat, destul de diversificat cum nu am întâlnit în Istanbul nici la hoteluri cu mai multe stele. Curat în camere, s a făcut curățenie și s-au schimbat prosoapele zilnic. Parcare în fața hotelului. Personalul foarte cald, prezent si dornic să te ajute în orice problemă.

Deoarece am fost extrem de mulțumit de tot în acest hotel, nu pot spune ca este ceva ce nu mi a plăcut. Curățenie, Wi-Fi, mic dejun, personal, apă caldă, mirosul din camere și din băi, totul este super.

O locatie frumoasa, eleganta, curata, amplasata f bine, se ajunge usor cu masina, parcare in fata hotelului, personalul extrem de amabil, micul dejun excelent.

Semnalul internet cam slab.

Locatia buna, aproape de centrul comercial, personalul foarte comunicativ si dispus sa te ajute cu orice problema, camere curate si mic dejun satisfacator.

The hotel was very close to a tube, the river and the start/end line of Istanbul Half Marathon. Easy to find.

Loads of very cheap shops nearby with designer clothes at 75% cheaper than UK. (Bring an empty/spare suitcase)…. Also a very large credit card - the spice market & jewellery stores are very close….

Good location, friendly staff, clean, tidy and spacious room, cleaning lady came every day. Even though we arrived very early we got breakfast and early check in which meant a lot to us because we were tired after a long car journey. For those coming by car there is parking right in front of the hotel, the street is not very busy so you can always find a place. Laleli and the tram station are close by. This is my fifth time in Istanbul, and this hotel is highly recommended.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko do metra, przystanku autobusowego i tramwajowego. Bardzo miła i kompetentna obsługa. Czyste, zadbane i duże pokoje. Smaczne śniadania.

Расположение отличное. Персонал хороший.

Есть мелкие недостатки. Ежедневную уборку(выбросить мусор и т.д.) нужно запрашивать. Воду дают только в первый день, в следующие дни не дают. Даже тапочки когда при уборке забирают грязные, новые не дают, нужно каждый раз запрашивать. Случилось такое, поздно вечером когда магазин рядом был закрыт, попросили воду, сказали не даем, нужно самим купить в магазине, а мы и так сами покупали, просто закончились и мы семья с тремя детьми, персонал отказал. Когда потом персонал узнали что мы бронировали с буккинга, обратно позвонил, зная что мы будем оценивать их. В общем, они стараються. Кроме этого, они на электронные письма с буккинга не отвечают. Нужно по whatsapp мессенджеру обращаться им.

Местоположението на хотела е прекрасно, лесно се открива, близо е до градски транспорт. Персоналът беше много дружелюбен. Закуската беше възхитителна, но би било хубаво да има разнообразие през различните дни. Стаята беше изключително чиста, беше тихо и спокойно.

Няма нищо негативно, което да напиша.

отличный отель в хорошем районе! в 3 минутах остановка, в 6 минутах трамвайная линия Т1. все в шаговой доступности, рядом рынки, заведения. очень чистые, уютные номера, соответствуют картинкам. вежливый и отзывчивый персонал, разговаривают как на английском, так и на русском. все ожидания оправданы, спасибо большое!

A fost un concediu excepțional, gazdele au fost foarte amabile . Începând cu locul de parcare rezervat ,noi ajungând foarte de dimineață. Amabilitatea lor ,totul mă voi întoarce în același loc de fiecare dată când voi vizita Istanbul .

Nu exista ceva ce nu mi-a placut

Prijazno osebje,dober zajtrk, ustrezljivo osebje,še posebej Ibrahim in receptor ki je delal ponoči. Udobne postelje,čisto,hladilnik,redna menjava brisač, super lokacija v bližini metroja,tramvaja in avtobusa. Imeli smo povezano sobo z dvema ločenima kopalnicama. Priporočam.

Totul a fost ok

The location was near to multiple mentor stops. It is located near everything you need. Staff is helpful, clean rooms, also cleaned daily. Breakfast isn't a lot of variety but has what you need.

To be honest, I can't complain about anything. Everything went smoothly and had a very pleasant stay. I will be staying at this location again.

Резервирахме две двойни делукс стаи.При настаняването ни предложиха общ апартамент без врата между двете спални.Настаниха ни в други стаи ,след спор от наша страна и на втория ден ни преместиха.

Breakfasts were not very varied, but we were not left hungry. The kitchen staff were friendly and willing to help. Our room was generally quiet as it faced the inner courtyard. The room was on the 2nd floor and in the mornings (around 7:30–8:00) the vent brought the smell of fried eggs into the room when windows were closed. Neighbors were sometimes noisy from the side or above. The room looked fairly new and in good condition overall. The bed could have been larger but was acceptable. Cleaning was done almost every day — they made the bed, replenished toiletries as needed and emptied the trash, but they did not clean the floors in the bathroom or the room. The hotel has an elevator, which made moving luggage and going to breakfast (on the negative second floor) convenient. Pros (What we liked): - Friendly and helpful kitchen staff. - Breakfasts were filling (though not very varied). - Room was generally quiet (facing the inner courtyard). - Room appeared fairly new and well maintained. - Daily basic housekeeping (bed made, toiletries refilled, trash removed). - Elevator available for convenience. - Small Migros Jet supermarket — ~1 minute walk from the hotel.

Our check-in experience was terrible. We asked for a parking space in advance because we arrived by car, but upon arrival there was no free parking. The manager was slow to respond to messages via Booking and WhatsApp. After calling, we were told they would find a spot, but instead we were sent to drive around looking for parking farther away. Eventually we parked on a pedestrian zone and, after about 10 minutes, managed to get a space near the hotel. Access to the room was difficult: the key cards they provided were demagnetized and we only managed to enter on the third attempt with 3rd key card. We booked a Deluxe room (32 m²) with one double bed, but were given a room with an extra single bed, so there was almost no free space. The wall to the next room was essentially missing, although staff promised not to check anyone into the neighboring room during our stay (which helped). We were exhausted after a long drive and dealing with parking and the room, so we didn’t argue further. During 5 of 7 days of our stay I discovered that my car had been damaged — scratches on four different parts. It looks like vandalism (done by a person, not another car). The car was parked under the hotel cameras; when I reported it at reception they said they checked the footage and found nothing. We visited the police station but they required a translator; the translator demanded a very high fee. It was obvious nobody wanted to help. The neighborhood felt unpleasant; despite many visits to Istanbul, this was the worst area we’ve stayed in. We could not find a decent café or restaurant nearby and often had to walk 15–20 minutes to find somewhere acceptable. Overall, given the serious negatives (parking, check-in, car vandalism, neighborhood), it is difficult to highlight positives — they exist, but they were overshadowed by the problems.

Понравился обслуживающий персонал, очень отзывчивые ребята . Хорошая звукоизоляция у окон.

Ассортимент завтрака стоит расширить, и не понравилось как техничка выполняла уборку, не обновляла особо средства для гигиены , не пылесосила полы и не ставила воды в номер, обо всем нужно было просить подходить , чтоб сделали или принесли. Также не понравилось отсутствие шкафа для хранения вещей , немного приносило неудобства
