me gusto todo. esta cerca de una estacion de metro a pie(4 a 6 minutos) y la estacion de tren que tiene parada para sintra a tres. lo que mas me gusto fue la comodidad y el servicio fue excepcional ayudandonos en todo momento cediendonos sus instalaciones para hacer las gestiones por la cancelacion de nuestro vuelo despues del check in. muchisimas gracias por todo y por la amabilidad demostrada en todo momento.

In a word: everything is perfect.

公寓的整體空間寬敞明亮，布置高雅簡約。周邊環境很安靜也安全。 走路到最近的地鐵僅需十分鐘的時間，附近有大超市方便採買，隔壁的咖啡店是我在里斯本最喜歡的一家。

廚房的膠囊咖啡不會一次給足住宿所需的天數，得請前台安排打掃，才會補上咖啡。

It was a good stay in Oscar concert, I normally don't leave review , no time . But this time I have to because the guy at the reception Roberto was amazing in putting the car in and out of the parking. Their parking is very difficult, but Roberto was a gentleman! Actually when I had to take the car out he was off, and he came on porpuose, just to help me. Amazing!

The property is in a great spot. Quiet neighbourhood with close access to bus stops and the metro stations. As a first time visitor of Lisbon, the property really set a standard. The amenities were great too. You could do your laundry, workout and have a work space.

Le confort de la literie

Le manque d’équipement, notamment pour la cuisine : pas de grandes tasses, pas de bols, pas de grille-pain. Manque de propreté : des cheveux longs partout, la table avait des miettes quand nous sommes arrivés. Et le pire : pas de réponses aux demandes faites ! Au prix que coûtent les nuitées, c’est inadmissible :(

Appartamento nuovo, tutto pulito. Noi non abbiamo mai sentito il rumore degli aerei. Tutto perfetto e il ragazzo alla reception gentilissimo :)

Slightly more communication before arrival would be helpful. From when I arrived, they immediately sent me lots of messages reminding me to check out before 11 (seems a bit much on first day of two night stay)

El apartamento es incluso más espacioso que en las fotos, estaba súper limpio y la cocina tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días. Además, el edificio cuenta con zonas comunes con sofás, mesas para comer y mesas de trabajo, así como lavandería y un pequeño gimnasio. El personal es muy agradable, en especial Dimitri, el recepcionista, un chico super amable y muy atento. La ubicación está bien, no está muy céntrico pero tiene buenas conexiones por bus y metro con el casco histórico. Es una calle tranquila y sin ruidos y, aunque el aeropuerto está cerca, no se escucha el ruido de los aviones.

Il concetto della camera d'albergo ma con cucina. Ogni 2 giorni pulizia della camera, in cucina c'era tutto il necessario. Letto comodo, bagno grande, le finestre possono aprirsi. Siete molto vicini all'aeroporto quindi vedrete aerei e li sentirete, ma per me non era un problema. Parcheggio comodo, fate solo attenzione perché è abbastanza stretto (noi avevamo noleggiato una Citroën c3)

Nulla in particolare, solo 2 minuscole note: - non c'era uno stendino - non c'era una scopa con paletta in caso servisse

Nuestra experiencia en Oscar Concept Apartments ha sido muy buena en general. El estudio es moderno, cómodo, limpio y está muy bien equipado. La zona está bien ubicada para moverse por Lisboa y nosotros estuvimos en la sexta planta, en un estudio con una terraza/balcón grande y agradable, que fue uno de los puntos que más nos gustó. Las instalaciones comunes también están muy bien. Dispone de gimnasio, zona de coworking y lavandería, y en general el edificio y los servicios nos parecieron muy cuidados. Wifi muy bien para trabajar.

un par de recomendaciones importantes para futuros huéspedes: Si venís en coche, el propio edificio ofrece la posibilidad de aparcamiento por 15 € al día, lo cual resulta muy cómodo. Sin embargo, es un coste adicional que hay que sumar al precio del alojamiento y, si preferís no pagar parking durante toda la estancia, hay que tener en cuenta que aparcar en los alrededores no es especialmente fácil. Lisboa tiene un sistema de estacionamiento regulado con diferentes zonas, tarifas, horarios y restricciones, incluyendo franjas reservadas para residentes. Esto hace que encontrar cerca del apartamento un lugar donde dejar el coche tranquilamente, sin tener que estar pendiente de horarios o pagos, pueda resultar complicado. Por eso, para quien viaje en coche, recomendaría contar con esos 15 € diarios de parking dentro del presupuesto o informarse muy bien previamente sobre las zonas de estacionamiento de los alrededores. Si tenéis el sueño ligero, también conviene saber que se escuchan los aviones. La proximidad al aeropuerto hace que puedan oírse tanto por la noche como desde primera hora de la mañana. Para alguien que duerma profundamente probablemente no será un problema, pero si os despertáis fácilmente con el ruido, recomiendo traer tapones para los oídos. Algo parecido ocurre con la luz. Aunque los estores reducen bastante la claridad, el estudio no queda completamente a oscuras por la mañana. Si necesitáis oscuridad total para dormir, recomiendo traer también un antifaz. Dicho esto, son principalmente aspectos que conviene conocer para venir preparado. El estudio en sí nos gustó mucho: cómodo, bien equipado, con una terraza estupenda y buenas instalaciones. Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable y volveríamos, especialmente sabiendo de antemano cómo gestionar el aparcamiento y, para quienes tenemos el sueño más ligero, llevando tapones y antifaz.

Espaçoso, bem equipado e moderno

The localisation of this apartment was perfect. I really like to stay in this area of Lisbon! Near to the Metro and to the train Station. Really everything was perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the apartement very clean. We were a little bit sad that we discovered the other equipement in the basement too late, because we would have enjoyed it more. Thank you for the good communication and reactivity on Whatsaap.

De appartementen zien er uit zoals op de foto. Fijne medewerkers. De appartementen zitten in een fijne buurt.

Het appartement was niet schoongemaakt. We vonden flesjes en tubes onder de bank en badkamermeubel.

I have stayed here several times and it’s getting a little worn down over the years. It can help with some deep cleaning.

Large apartment with almost everything you need. Elevators available but there are three stairs both at the entrance and in front of the elevators.

Electric kettle in my room was difficult to use. There are shared washing machines in the basement, but it's a long way to go, and there is only 1 dryer. Staff is helpful but speaks limited English.

公寓設備齊全，住起來很舒適。空間沒有照片上看起來這麼大，但也不小。每兩天會派人清掃一次，長住的話也算舒適。航空公司把我的行李弄丟了，年輕的小哥協助我並幫我打電話詢問，後來行李送到的時候也幫我拿到樓上我的公寓裡，非常謝謝他們的幫忙！！走路兩三分鐘就有一個大超市跟小購物中心。走到地鐵站也不算遠。是一個在里斯本可以住得很開心的地方～

Mooie stad. Heerlijk om te wandelen en veel te zien. Veel op loop afstand. En voor weinig kan je een kaartje kopen om onbeperkt per dag met bus of metro te reizen. Zeker een aanrader.

La limpieza no estaba cada dos días como describiendo, tenemos que preguntar a la recepción.

O espaço é muito agradável, um prédio de apartamentos por temporada, com recepcionista. Elogios à simpatia do Dimitri, que também me deu dicas sobre como me locomover, utilizando as duas linhas de metrô. Fica mais distante dos locais turísticos de Lisboa, já que é uma zona residencial, mas é fácil se locomover e há muitos bares e ótimos restaurantes, além de super mercado, muito próximo. Indico o Restaurante O Nobre, excelente.

The living and bedroom All in one room. Bed is queen size not king. Only one dyer so have to wait for it to be finished No supply of water or tea or milk

Very cultured accommodation, large, bright, clean, comfortable. There is everything you could need. the bathroom, kitchen are well equipped, you can also do laundry, there is an elevator, the key is card-operated. The reception is usually available, the host is extremely kind and helpful. We got the accommodation earlier and could stay later. In terms of transport it is very convenient, bus, metro, train nearby. There is a cafe in the immediate vicinity, and you can find several breakfast places nearby.I would be happy to go back anytime.

El apartamento es precioso, moderno, cuidado, espacioso y no le falta detalle. La insonorización de las ventanas es muy buena y tiene muchísima luz natural. La ubicación no es muy céntrica, aunque con el metro se llega muy rápido y muy comodamente a todas partes

Excelentes funcionários com quem lidámos, especialmente o Sr. Roberto que foi super prestável. Todos os equipamentos do apartamento estão em excelentes condições. Garagem disponível a preço justo.

Tilava, siisti ja toimiva huoneisto, vuode selkäystävällinen. Todella tilava kylpyhuone jonka yhteydessä tilaa vaatteiden säilytyksellekin. Isot peilit.. Henkilökunta oli tuonut matkalaukut valmiiksi huoneistoon kun odottelimme huoneiston valmistumista. Keittiössä kaikki tarvittava ruuankin valmistukseen! Sijainti kiva, keskellä paikallista kaupunkiasutusta..

Ikkunoista kuuluvat kaikki kadun äänet ja sattui vielä joku kaupunkifestivaali mutta korvatulpat ratkaisivat tämän ongelman. .. vuoteen alla pölyä..

Love the free laundry and drying facilities! Really helpful for travellers having a long trip. Staff is kind to look after our luggages on our last day prior to flight. Spacious and can cook in the room.

Propre, tel que sur les photos (ce qui est pas toujours le cas), beau petit appartement. Bien situé et avec un employé souriant et serviable. Petit ascenseur très utile. Ils m'ont même permis de laisser mes valises à la réception en attendant d'avoir la chambre, et à notre retour belle attention ils avaient même installer nos valises dans la chambre ! Merci !

Faudra vérifier l'ajustement de la porte de verre de la salle de bain, mais sinon rien à redire nous avons adoré !

The Apartment was great, very well set out room and kitchen, massive bed and great shower - very clean, air con was very good and plenty of storage space and safe. Front of house staff were very friendly and inobtrusive.

Just the location really; it is quite a way from the waterline - we walked over 14 miles in 2 days, a taxi from the River/Castle areas back home on an Evening was about £20 (Uber was a lot cheaper). Perhaps it was a lack of research on my part rather than a negative reflection on the Apartment

I very much liked the size, layout and style of apartment, standard of furnishing, bed and bathroom.

Noise. I had an apartment towards the street. The noise (planes, cars, motorcycles) that comes through the closed windows during day and night is terrifying to my system. Couldn’t sleep well. I know there are better, really sound isolating windows on the market. The ones used here do almost nothing in regard to noise. Tools in the kitchen were hold at a minimum. Totally sub standard. The apartment is obviously in Lisbon. Lisbon has terrible air (exhaust gases from very old diesel cars = health hazard). This will stay in my head about the city and the place.

Very clean and comfortable - great location close to the airport!

The bed was comfortable, nice pillows. Large bath towels were a plus. Great location near metro and bus. Private and clean. Great shower. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Staff were professional and friendly.

The orange chair was not suitable for sitting and caused many stubbed toes on the narrow legs. Only one card was issued for two people and we were told if it was lost there would be a €50 fee. Nowhere to hang coats. No instructions for stove/microwave but we figured it out.

Easy checkin experience. Front desk staff was great! Nice, big spacious accommodations. Grocery stores were just minutes away by a foot. Definitely a safe neighborhood. Good appliances.

The unit itself is showing its age… nothing egregious, just wear and tear. Not quite as sparkling new as the online photographs. Kitchen supplies were anemic with no cutting board, no toaster, only one wine glass, dull knives. It wouldn’t take much just $50 and somebody who actually cooks to resupply the kitchen. There is only one dryer for the entire building.
