Everything about our stay at Somerset Maslak was perfect. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their attitude really made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The cleaning staff came every day, which was something I really appreciated. The building itself was also very convenient. There are three elevators, so we never had to wait long, even when the hotel was busy. One of the highlights was definitely the spectacular view from the property. The facilities were also well maintained and everything we needed was available. I also really appreciated that the property had security, as this is something that is very important to me and made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the stay. The location was another big plus. There are lots of cafés nearby, and the surrounding streets are clean and pleasant to walk around. Overall, Somerset Maslak exceeded my expectations. Great staff, excellent cleanliness, beautiful views, good facilities, and a convenient location. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

الغرف ليس عليها صيانه كلها تحتاج صيانه المطبخ قديم جدا البوتجاز كان كله خدوش الثلاجه مخلوعه المكيفات كلها تراب شكرا للاستقبال حاولوا مساعدتي ولكن للاسف الغرف مستهلكه وبدون صيانه

Generally it was great, location, room - everything was nice and convenient. Room was very well equipped, AC was good,

We arrived to a room without electricity and had to wait for 10min till specialist come and switch it on. We didn't have hot water and had to wait till stuff switch it on - 5 min. We asked for extra duvet covers - they were with holes, not big, but still Fixing everything didn't take much time, but after the long travel it was not the thing we wanted to resolve

السويت غير نظيف وفيه بقع على الطاولات والحمامات والارضيه بالصاله فيها بقع بشكل عام غير نظيف ومايسوى سعره انا لم اكمل اقامتي دفعة حق ليلتين ونمت ليله فقط

I stayed for 22 days .The stuff are very rood and the cleaning is very very bad when you call the reception they unswer but not do any thing about your request There was staff his name is is Mohammet in reception his attitude is very bad and not helpful at all we request baby bed when we rich the hotel the provided adult bed for baby 3 months old with out any border but when i talk to the manager next day she gave us The dust in room still there even after cleaning the plaits and spoon still in the sink The fridge is not working properly we call 2 times for maintenance we let the hotel with the same issue The cleaning staff they almost come to check the rooms only but not to clean I request tissue box from reception but not get any If they receive your orders they just keep down until the food becomes cold otherwise ways you have to go personally to get it I will never came back and i don’t advise about it unless you accept to receive poor service

Excellent stay at Somerset Maslak Istanbul. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very well managed. Special thanks to Yunus at the reception for his kindness, professionalism, and excellent service, and to Utku, the manager, for his great hospitality and attention. Highly recommended – 10/10. Бронировали апартаменты с двумя спальнями. Просто замечательно для семьи! Есть все необходимое и для проживания, и для приготовления еды.

Неожиданно холодная вода в бассейне, и неудачный интернет со слабой скоростью, и постоянно отключающийся.

Overall, when looking from outside - it has a positive vibe. There is a small gym and kids play area (both indoor) - both good to have. The breakfast is very minimalist - but quite fresh. I booked a standard one-bedroom residence - it is very practical and well designed. The housekeeping does the work daily. The location is good if you have some things to do in the Maslak/1453 area - otherwise see what I did not like.

The first impression was during the check in. I was assigned the type of the room that I had booked for and I stayed in the assigned room for the entire stay and I accepted that. However, during the check-in I was told, they would have upgraded me to another room if there was availability. I checked the availability - there were couple of rooms available. If you book this hotel because of the forest view - make sure you book the right room in order not to get the first disappointment when you room oversees beton walls. The swimming pool exists but is of no use. It is all shadow as of 11:40AM - and will be very cold. There is a mention of kids pool, but they placed a jacuzzi type of bath adjacent main pool and is filled with cold water. Breakfast is fresh - but there is no variety. The residence is located in Maslak 1453 site which is a very modern area and although it is 2.5kms away from the nearest metro station - it is almost impossible to walk due to the setup of the area (not buggy friendly, etc.). Consider $5 one way to the metro station by taxi. Last, make sure you book partially refundable or refundable. In the mid of my stay I requested to check out earlier and move to another hotel but due to the terms of my booking they did not agree to refund for the remaining days - therefore, I had to stay.

We had a short stay as a family, experience was above expectations. I would like to deliver my thanks especially to Arda who was working with grateful manner, Kerim and Ferhat excellent concierge service with real smiling faces, Kadir and Cemre exceptional welcoming attitude. Beyond those I appreciate whole staff made this stay worth.

Location is accessible to many restaurants nearby.

The AC is set to a minimum of 22 degree so it won’t be cold engouth

Fräscht boende i ett nybyggt område. Trevlig personal i receptionen och en fantastisk frukost ansvarig (Hür) person som alltid var lika trevlig och service minded.

Het was mooi studio. Het uitzicht vanuit de balkon was mooi. Personeel was ook heel vriendelijk. Er was elke dag housekeeping. Maar ik vond dat het niet nodig was. Om de 2 dagen was ook goed.

Ze vragen een waarborg van 200 euro terwijl op de site 100 staat.

Депозит при въезде - это всегда неприятно, особенно, когда вносишь доллары, а обратно получаешь лиры. Далековато от города. В пешей доступности все необходимое - любые магазины и кафе, но чтоб гулять - ехать на автомобиле.

Very large and comfortable apartment, corresponding to the presented pictures. Nice and smile personnel, ready to help in all respects. Comfortable beds. Free parking. Carefully follow the guidlines to find the property.

Breakfast. It could be better. I am posting this here, not because it is not good, but just to draw the attention. Istanbul is huge city and you should choose carefuly where to stay, depends of your plans. If you need a stay at that part of the city I recommend this place. Otherwise the traffic is terrible and you should take it in consideration.

몇년 전에 비하면 터키 조식이 전반적으로 단촐해진것같아요

Ein sehr schönes Hotel in einem gepflegten und sauberen Ort mit wunderschöner Aussicht. Die Lage ist sehr praktisch – in der Nähe gibt es verschiedene Restaurants, Cafés und einen Kinderspielplatz. Das Zimmer war modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, immer sauber und sehr ruhig. Von draußen waren keine störenden Geräusche zu hören. Besonders gefallen haben uns der schöne Swimmingpool, in dem man sich wunderbar entspannen kann, sowie der Fitnessraum. Für Familien mit kleinen Kindern gibt es außerdem ein gut ausgestattetes Spielzimmer. Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen.

They told us we have free free transfer from Istanbul air port , but we were waiting for one hour but no one came and answered , they only sent us the taxi was arrived.

Nice qnd helpful staff at the reception. The kitchen is fully equipped you can prepare your meals . I like that you have washing machine and drying rack that dries your clothes very fast. The view is magnificient location is very good . The compound has alot of resturants and markets.

Add a liitle toys at the kids play room.

The entire experience was 10/10. Super clean, incredible views, spacious apartment, great value for money and amazing staff.

The pool does not get sun most of the day.

It’s a nice and very cozy apartment

I really liked the family-friendly apartment setting. The area around the hotel is full of cafes, restaurants, and shops. I also have to mention the helpful staff, especially Cadir, who was always happy to help, accommodate our special requests, and support us with different arrangements despite our chaotic schedule. Overall recommended!

For cooking at home, some basic kitchen amenities are available, but a few essentials such as a peeler are missing. The quality of the pots and pans could also be improved, as food tended to stick very easily.

Room was big enough and clean. Location was close the place that I had to visit, but not easy to find with car. Probably, having in mind the size of the city, of Istanbul, it is quite ok.

Air conditioner was blowing directly over my head while I was at the bed.

The location is nice for those who want to stay in a hassle-free area, but for sure you should have a car.

The temperature outside was 28°C, but the pool was not operating due to the season, although it was full and clean.and it did not mentioner in booking that the pool is not operating. The balcony was so dirthy even after we ask to open the balcony. It was a pet friendly place but they charge us for pet

الفندق يقع في منطقة راقية جداً والفندق نظيف وكل شي متوفر والإطلالة رائعه والصور مطابقه للواقع وقريب من المطاعم والكافيهات وبالقرب منه مطعم اسماك لذيذ جداً وأسعاره مناسبه

اللوكيشن في البوكينج غير صحيح لم نتمكن من الوصول للفندق إلا عن طريق قوقل ماب بعد كتابة الاسم ومدخل المواقف خلف الفندق بعيد جداً عن المدخل الرئيسي للفندق وبعد ذلك الصعود للفندق متعب جداً يحتاج إلى خريطه والإفطار محدود جداً جداً

Great apartment hotel in a great location. Five-star in every way. Special thanks also to the front desk staff member who made it easy for me to extend my stay by three nights. I always love coming back.

The stay was amazing, with great views and all the necessary amenities. The service was also excellent, and at the reception, an employee named Ahmet was very kind and provided us with all the support and help we needed. Highly recommended!

التعامل راقي من وصولنا الى مغادرتنا والشقة نظيفة ومكتملة واطلالتها جميلة على الغابة

ملاحظتين: 1. المطبخ صغير ولاتوجد فيه اغراض طبخ مكتملة 2. المكيفات حارة في الغرف والصالة ساحنة وحاولنا كثيرا برمجته لكن كل مرة يخرج الهواء ساخن.

Somerset Maslak Istanbul Hotel is an excellent choice for all types of travelers, especially families. My 20-year-old son also really enjoyed our stay. After my surgery, I needed a comfortable and accessible place, and this hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff are incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help. Moving around the hotel is easy and convenient. I was pleasantly upgraded to a premium room, which I truly appreciated. The room, view, and overall atmosphere were wonderful. The breakfast is great, and the location is very convenient, with many shops nearby. I would especially like to thank Ms. Sebnem Tanritani, Assistant Guest Relations Manager, for her kindness and care. Special thanks to Ayu, Widi, Surya, and Ms. Sebnem Tanritani for their kindness and care — their support made my stay truly comfortable. Thank you for the excellent service.
