Almost a very good stay, Nice location in the middle of the busy road, you can see the mahawali river right next to most of the rooms. Rooms are spacious.

Reception could have improved as it's a small hotel when you can accommodate 12 people or more. I think it's nice to have air-conditioning in at least a few rooms.

The location, view of the room and how big my rooms is gorgeous. Especially the owner of hotel couple are quietly helpful and kind person.

A father and son rent out these rooms, although the rooms are accessed from a busy road you drop down two levels to where the rooms are quiet and look out on to the river and the Botanical gardens. Big rooms with table & chairs, comfortable bed. Great shower. The son splits his time between Kandy & Australia - he gave us a warm welcome & chatted with us. Just note, these rooms are accessed via two flights of stairs

Great location. Spacious room. Clean. Large bathroom. Comfortable bed. Pleasant staff.

It's better if we have tea and coffee making facilities inside the room . Then, there is nothing to worry about to bother to host. And a couple of water bottles, too, like most of the other hotels across the world.

Large, clean and comfortable room, with a nice view over the river to the botanical gardens. It was conveniently located for us, near to the train station, and out of the hustle of the city centre, but this was only a short tuk tuk ride away. The staff were great and extremely accommodating of our last minute changes of plans. There was also very good wifi, despite it not being advertised.

Staying at Skyraha Reach in Peradeniya was a fantastic experience! The guest house is super clean, conveniently located near all the tourist spots. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I felt really safe during my stay. Highly recommend it!

The Cleanliness and the comfort surpassed my expectations. From the guest house, the view of the Peradeniya Royal Botanical Garden over the Mahaweli River was simply breathtaking.
