Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Sehr gute Lage, charmante kleine Sonnenterrasse, sehr gute Ausstattung inkl. freie Nutzung von Kaffeekapseln und Spültabs (finde ich insbesondere bei Kurztrips wichtig, da sonst immer erst nervig zum Supermarkt ...), super freundliche Gastgeber.
Die Treppe ist naturgemäß bei den historischen Häusern sehr steil. Mir macht das nichts, aber man sollte schon fit sein.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The location is perfect—close to the train station and right in the city centre. The hosts are exceptionally friendly, thoughtful and attentive to detail. On the morning of our arrival, they sent us a warm welcome message via WhatsApp, together with all the practical information we needed, presented in a very clear and straightforward manner. We especially appreciated that they welcomed us personally upon arrival, showed us around the apartment and explained everything in detail. The apartment was exceptionally clean—not a speck of dust could be found anywhere. The hosts also provided high-quality toiletries, along with a lovely selection of coffee, tea and chocolates. The apartment is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated. It feels both homely and like a stylish boutique apartment. It was also very convenient that the hosts lived next door. They kindly looked after our luggage after we checked out, allowing us to enjoy our final sightseeing plans before returning later in the afternoon. Overall, the hosts truly went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We would highly recommend this apartment!
There was nothing we disliked about this place. However, as mentioned in other reviews, the stairs are quite steep and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. We had no difficulty climbing them, and the hosts kindly helped us carry our luggage upstairs upon arrival, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Heel sfeervol en erg compleet appartement midden in het centrum van Middelburg. Heerlijke bedden, fijne douche, compleet ingerichte keuken. Aan alles is gedacht, van koffiecups tot Rituals producten, keukendoeken en vaatwastabletten. Er is ook niet bezuinigd op mooie accessoires en planten. Wij waren, vermoedelijk, een van de eerste gasten. Ik hoop voor de superaardige hosts dat alles zo mooi blijft. Ligging is ook perfect, in ca 25 stappen sta je midden in de winkelstraat. Heel handig om tussendoor even je aankopen binnen te leggen.
Eigenlijk niets, maar als ik iets moet noemen, is het de steile trap en de heel erg krappe parkeerplaats, waar je ook flink voor moet betalen.

La salle de bain est moderne et bien pensée et l'appartement très charmant et soigneusement décoré. Il est en plein centre du centre et le parking est très pratique. Les propriétaires sont tout simplement adorables. Nous aimerions revenir c'était MERVEILLEUX..
Le lit était très confortable mais peut être qu'un drap en coton aurait était plus agréable pour dormir avec la chaleur plutôt que la couverture.

We waren bij de mosselfeesten ter ere van de 80e verjaardag van mijn schoonmoeder en ze had wat lekkers neergezet en versiering opgehangen, zo lief! Perfect schoon en netjes. En alles op loopafstand. En de hosts zijn heel vriendelijk en hulpvaardig.
Er zijn 2 trappen die je op moet, handig om rekening mee te houden. We wisten dit van te voren en ze hielp de koffers mee naar boven tillen.

Reviewed Jul 19, 2026Eine mit viel Geschmack und Stil eingerichtete luxuriöse Wohnung, die extrem gut ausgestattet ist. Es sind diese liebevollen Gesten und Kleinigkeiten, die den Unterschied machen! Line ist eine sehr emphatische Gastgeberin, die ihre Gäste persönlich empfängt - fast wie alte Freunde, die man schon lange nicht mehr gesehen hat. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Eigentlich kann man den zahlreichen Bewertungen unserer Vorgänger nichts mehr hinzufügen - wir können Line & Robs Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen! Eine glatte 10 von 10 Punkten 🥳 ‼️

The bed is just perfect, I will order the pillows, the bathroom is like a Spa and the coofee from the cooffee machine is very tasty. It is located in the center and still ver quiet.. I would recommend taking the parking lot, which Line offers. By the way, she is the kindest hostess, you can hope for.. A 10 out of 10, We will be back soon🙏🏼

Everything was exactly as promised here on Booking. We really enjoyed our time in Middelburg.

Reviewed Jun 12, 2026Deze B&B is echt een aanrader voor een ieder. Wij waren er van 25 t/m 27 maart j.l. en zijn zeer hartelijk ontvangen door de gastvrouw Line. Zij heeft ons het prachtige en goed ingerichte appartement laten zien en goede tips gegeven voor eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Het appartement is leuk en netjes ingericht met een aparte woonkamer/keuken, slaapkamer en een mooie badkamer. Een aanrader voor een ieder die Zeeland wil ontdekken. Parkeren van de auto is mogelijk (tegen betaling) de gastheer/vrouw hebben een eigen parkeerplaats gekocht om te verhuren. Super. Line en Rob bedankt dat wij te gast bij jullie mochten zijn. Sehr nette Gastgeber, die viele Tipps gegeben haben (Kommunikation in englisch). Wir hatten bewusst Middelburg als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in Zeeland gewählt.

Es gibt Rituals Produkte, Dolce Gusto Kapseln reichlich, Öle Gewürze.........🤩die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön und man hat einen fantastischen Blick über dir Dächer von Middelburg! Reviewed Apr 12, 2026Heel mooi appartement midden in het centrum van Middelburg. Ligt echter heel rustig. Verschillende kussens ter beschikking en overcomplete inrichting. We hebben echt niks gemist en een topweekend gehad. Shampoo ed was allemaal aanwezig.
Je moet 2 steile trappen op (historisch pand) dus niet geschikt voor minder valide mensen maar bij ons niet van toepassing.

Reviewed Apr 3, 2026Das Herenhuis mit seinen überaus gastfreundlichen, herzlichen Vermietern und geschmackvollem Nederlandflair in Toplage von Middelburg können wir uneingeschränkt allen empfehlen, die keinen Riesen-SUV fahren ( privater Parkraum ist beschränkt). Line hat uns persönlich in Empfang genommen und mit Extratipps und zusätzlichem Equipment verwöhnt. Nahe an der Perfektion!

Dieses Appartement von Line und Rob ist weit mehr als nur eine Unterkunft – es ist ein Ort, der einen sofort umfängt und in seine einzigartige Stimmung zieht. Die herzliche Gastfreundschaft von Line und Rob war schlichtweg herausragend. Jedes Detail war perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Die komfortablen und stilvollen Zimmer luden zum Verweilen ein. Man spürt die Leidenschaft und Hingabe, mit der sie dieses Kleinod führen. Die Lage ist ideal, um Middelburg und die Umgebung zu erkunden, und nach unseren Ausflügen freuten wir uns jedes Mal darauf, in diese besondere Atmosphäre zurückzukehren. Wir können Line und Robs Haus allen wärmstens empfehlen, die eine unvergessliche und bereichernde Erfahrung suchen. Wir werden die Zeit hier in bester Erinnerung behalten und hoffen, bald wiederkommen zu können.

Reviewed Jan 7, 2026Wir haben wunderbare Tage im Herenhuis verbracht, von der Begrüßung bis zur Verabschiedung war alles perfekt. Die Wohnung bietet jeden Komfort, den man sich wünscht. Die fürsorglichen Gastgeber standen mit Rat und Tat jederzeit zur Seite. Obwohl sehr zentral gelegen ist die Wohnung sehr ruhig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Der Zugang zur Wohnung über eine schmale steile Treppe mag für manche Besucher mit Gepäck beschwerlich sein.

Reviewed Jan 2, 2026I rate our stay a 9,5. Beautiful apartment, very stylish and with good amenities, comfortable bed and great location. Very friendly host. Good to have the option of a parking space (even though it is a bit of a challenge to get in and out).
Since it is an old building, the stairs are very steep. That is a bit uneasy if you have to carry your lugage up to the room. Otherwise just a wonderful place to stay. We will definately stay here again.

Reviewed Nov 28, 2025Prachtige verdieping in de binnenstad van Middelburg. Het appartement is heel smaakvol ingericht. Omdat het in een zijstraatje is, heb je geen laat van lawaai. Voor een verblijf van een paar dagen is het compleet en luxe ingericht.
De trap naar het apartment is véél te STEIL en lang. Het is GEVAARLIJK om de trap te belopen omdat niet alle tredes even hoog zijn; PAS OP!

Reviewed Nov 24, 202510/10, ontzettend gezellig weekend gehad in een prachtig verblijf. De host (Line) kwam de sleutel overhandigen, ontzettend aardige host. Ze heeft ons tips gegeven voor Middelburg. Uiteindelijk bij een van haar tips, een Italiaans restaurant gaan eten (dit was ook een aanrader). Het appartement is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Het voldoet aan de verwachtingen van de foto's die je ziet. Keuken, alles wat je nodig hebt. Woonkamer, gezellig. TV, met Netflix. Badkamer, luxe met producten die er al staan. Slaapkamer, lekker bed en fijne dekens, ondanks twee opties voor kussens hadden wij pijn in ons nek (maar dit is wat je gewend bent van huis denk ik..). Locatie, super. Middelburg, aanrader. Al met al een plek waar we zouden terug komen. Bedankt Line en Rob :)

La posizione è strategica, in pieno centro cittadino, però in un posto molto tranquillo in quanto in una strada senza uscita. La possibilità del parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze (50 metri) dell’appartamento, anche se un po’ caro rispetto ai nostri standard (€ 20 al giorno), consente di non dover fare lunghi percorsi per trovarne uno. L’host Lina ha contribuito in maniera eccellente a farci sentire a casa

Reviewed Oct 11, 2025Een erg comfortabel appartement midden in Middelburg. We hadden met 4 volwassenen voldoende ruimte. De inrichting is gezellig en alles is aanwezig om zelf een maaltijd te verzorgen. Vanaf het kleine dakterras kan je genieten van het uitzicht over de daken dan de stad.
Je moet rekening houden met een vrij steile trap naar de tweede verdieping.

L’accueil chaleureux et bienveillant de Line et son mari d’abord, qui se traduit par de multiples attentions dans l’équipement de l’appartement : the, café (dolce gusto), lait, sucre, etc à disposition; une literie top ; du linge de maison de qualité ; des produits Rituals en cuisine comme à la salle de bain ; une jolie vaisselle (en suffisance !) et j’en passe ! L’emplacement est également parfait : très au calme tout en étant en plein cœur de Middelburg, à proximité immédiate des magasins, bars, restaurants. Si vous ne connaissez pas Middelburg, Line vous renseignera quelques bonnes adresses utiles (restaurants etc)

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025Via app contact was er een goede communicatie. Hartelijke ontvangst. Modern ingericht appartement met alles erop en eraan. Centraal gelegen, je loopt zo het centrum van Middelburg in.
Kan niets bedenken.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025Prachtige plek, midden in centrum. Zelf de beschikking over parkeerplaats. Appartement voorzien van alles wat je je kunt wensen. Mooie spullen. Echt een heerlijke stek om Middelburg en omgeving te herkennen
Wij zijn zelf erg gewend aan airco. En die misten we wel. Er staat wel ventilator. Maar een airco zou deze superluxe accommodatie een 10+ geven.

Reviewed Apr 8, 2025The apartment is very nicely furnished and tastefully decorated. Location is excellent; it is right in the center of town. The host was very welcoming and helpful. This place is wonderful. Highly recommendable.
The only thing that would make it better is having some outdoor space. This apartment does not have any. However, the windows at the front of the apartment allow good ventilation.

Not only is the apartment impeccably clean and super comfortable and well-appointed, the hosts are extremely helpful and attentive before, during and even after the stay. We felt like we were coming home each evening to a very comfy and beautiful space. We will definitely stay here again and absolutely love this beautiful city.
