Reviewed Jun 22, 2026The place was clean. I appreciate the property having an onsite restaurant and the gym on-site was very convenient. I must say the food at the restaurant was a bit too pricey. The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel being inside the airport made me feel safe and I loved that there was air conditioners inside the rooms.
I was disappointed that the hotel did not have continental breakfast. I did not like the hotel having the the doors open because there were mosquitos inside the lobby and restaurant. I was disappointed with the size of the pool because it was way smaller than I thought and it was standing water and did not have a pool filter.

My stay was too short; I wish I could have spent more time enjoying the hotel's amenities and relaxing in the peaceful environment. The overall experience was so pleasant that I would have loved to extend my visit.

Pedí servicio a mi habitación tuve que ir 2 veces a restaruante, y el chico hizo mi orden al mismo tiempo que una mesa con bastantes personas, y yo llegue antes que ellos, fué por ello que mi orden se tardo bastante, y el agua de sabor que pedi, estaba deliciosa, pero caliente el chico muy amable me dio mas hielo. En la habitacion hubo sancudos y no me dejaron dormir aparte que me picaron como 3 :(

Reviewed May 27, 2026It is super close to the airport for our 6am flight. Receptionist are super nice and check in was easy and well as the check out.
The bed was extremely hard and there was a smell though out the night. Once we left the room the carpet in the hall was wet and noticed 1 door down that there was a sewer smell and that was the smell that came though out the night.

The bathroom was cement- industrial, with pain spots on the counter. Didn’t feel clean. The carpet looked dirty. The very thin sheet was on the bare mattered- no mattress cover. Not comforter cover, just a comforter, probably not clean.

No outdoor furniture to sit on our lovely balcony. There really is no pool, it should perhaps be transitioned to a fish pond? We had planned to spend a few hours relaxing by the “ outdoor pool” this was impossible once we viewed the pool on arrival.

The front desk was short-staffed during my stay. When I made my reservation, I requested extra towels, but my request was denied. I was assigned to one of the old bedrooms near the front desk, and it was in terrible condition. The room smelled strongly of marijuana, and the water not only had an unpleasant odor but also tasted awful when I brushed my teeth. The bed sheets appeared dirty and had not been washed. Additionally, the restroom lacked privacy; I was given Room 118, and the restroom door was very see-through, making it uncomfortable for family members to change, shower, or attend to their private needs. I have stayed in the newer rooms of this hotel, and they are significantly better. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. For my future stays, I will seek out other hotels that can meet my requirements and offer better staffing and essential amenities. To add there was lots of bugs in the Hotel room.

Al entrar encontré una cucaracha en las cortinas, habia muchos mosquitos es el cuarto. En general no hubo control de pestes. Durante mi estadía el olor de la tuberia fue muy fuerte. El olor salia cada que se usaba el lavabo. Sería bueno que revisaran las trampas de las coladeras. Al revisar las sabanas, había cabellos en cada una de las camas.
