Très très beau cadre, personnel super accueillant et gentil. C'était un très beau séjour. Super confortable

La colonne de douche de ma chambre est un peu vieille et ne fonctionnait plus vraiment correctement. Et il y'avait des toiles d'araignée dans la salle de bain au niveau de la zone de douche.

Dette sted er som navnet, et hemmeligt paradis! Vi elskede dette sted, poolområdet var fantastisk, personalet var så søde, venlige og hjælpsomme, maden var fantastisk! Og værelserne var så rene og lækre! Hele hotellet var så rent og pænt og det var ikke en finger at sætte! Belligenheden var også perfekt, og i gåafstand til by og restauranter. Vi kan 100% anbefale dette sted!

Everything I’ll definitely stay here again. The location was close to the beach to swim with the sardines. The rooms were nice. The pool was perfect, drinks were always cold. The meals were fantastic. I wish I was staying longer to try the whole menu.

The bed mattresses seemed pretty hard so I tossed and turned a bit to get comfortable, but after a few cocktails I didn’t notice as much. I didn’t realise there was a sign next to the room door to make up the rooms until the 3rd day but that was my fault.

We loved our stay here. The rooms look really cute, are super clean, the air con is silent, and the bed is very comfy. The food is tasty, they make great cocktails and freshly blended juices, and they even have a good selection of wine. The staff is incredibly friendly and the pool area is quite peaceful. We also loved the location—we were on foot and just a few minutes away from the sardine run.

That we didn´t stay longer.

Beautiful pool. Location is great, exactly where you want to be in Moalboal but still quiet. Room was nice and spacious. Very relaxing place, lovely to stay by the pool and order some snacks/drinks. Staff was really nice.

Thought it was expensive for the Philippines. We were away for a very long time but they still didn't make our room.

Den Pool kann man bis 22:00 Uhr benutzen, das ist wirklich selten! Das Personal ist so freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Der Wasserdruck war sehr schwach und in Bad gab es keine Gefäße für die Zahnbürste. Der Safe ist sehr klein.

Hi. My special friend and her two friends stayed her, and I would like to thank the staff for all they did for them. They had a really special experience. I had in advanced prepaid dinner, and ask if they could say some words. But in addition you upped it all and decorated room and much more. You really did much more than I asked for. I'm really touched by that. Maybe the best staff I've ever met in my long traveling life. They all feel so relaxed and safe at your place. We will be back. Thanks to all you working there. You give us so excellent service, never experienced this level before.

Muy bonito todo el hotel, las habitaciones, el restaurante. Pero sobre todo espectacular la piscina… El salir de la habitación y tener esas vistas, o volver por la noche y darte un baño… No tiene precio…

洗手台沒有溢水孔，網路速度很慢，電視沒法看，床鋪和棉被一直發出靜電，是我此生看過最頻繁的靜電現象。

Superfijn zwembad, erg aardige mensen en we hadden een grote familiekamer op de begane grond. Locatie is ook top. Je bent gelijk bij de restaurants en winkeltjes. Om de hoek kan je snorkelen.

Alles was prima.

The meals at the restaurant are small, and the stream in the shower is weak, but that is all over the phillipines.

The place is beautiful the pool is amazing.

The access to the property was not convenient.

酒店经理对我的行程非常有帮助，我原计划凌晨三点去看鲸鲨，想问酒店是否有车接送。经理知道后及时制止了我，并告诉我没有必要那么早到。我听取了他的建议，结果如他所说，整个行程非常的顺利。并且他也安排了朋友把我送到观鲸点后再把我送到码头。非常的感谢他，可惜的是我忘记了他的名字，在和他的交谈中得知他是在菲律宾居住多年的瑞士人，请酒店帮忙转达我对他的感谢！

Отель действительно соответствует своему названию. Действительно райское местечко на Моалболе. Очень хорошая кухня, приветливый и заботливый персонал. Выезжали глубокой ночью и забыли про депозит, однако сотрудник охраны напомнил и передал средства. Огромное спасибо обслуживающему персоналу!

Away from the main street. Quiet. Staff was very nice. Place is very clean. We felt safe. The property looked exactly like the pic on the website.

Door needed repair. Had trouble opening and closing until they offered to move us.

Everything, room, location, staff and food all above expectations. We loved our 5 night stay. Highly recommend!

Amazing location. Great facilities. The pool is so good ! The whole restaurant and bar area is very welcoming. The place was clean and quiet. Short walk down to the beach where we did the sardine swim. No need to book a tour, we just went straight off the beach with our own snorkel gear.

The shower pressure wasn’t the best and the wifi didn’t reach the room. But other than that, would still highly recommend!!

Perfect hotel in the heart of Panagsama beach. The room was spacious and clean, lovely pool area with sunny and shaded spots available. Staff were exceptional and food was delicious from the restaurant for midday snacks. The location was incredible, only a 5-10 minute beach side walk to the main restaurant area, and dive shops. Very close to the sardine run, ideal for an early start

Fabulous quiet property with beautiful crystal clear pool. Clean sharp rooms, minimalist and beautiful Lovely lush gardens around entire resort and pool. Easy 5 min walk into town. Location could not have been better.

Lovely property with clean, comfortable rooms and a great pool. The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful throughout our stay. The food in the restaurant was also very good. The sardine run is less than a 5 minute walk away, making it easier and quicker to walk than take a tricycle/tuk tuk over the bumpy streets. If you can ride a scooter you can hire for about 350 peso a day to explore. If you make it to Moalboal do the canyoneering. It is an amazing day but heads up you will have sore legs for days. We’d happily stay here again.

Very private. They have little shops and restaurants around the hotel. Walking distance to the beach ( Panagsama Beach ).

Location, hard to find. They need to put street instructions leading to the hotel.

Secret paradise is exactly that! A beautiful property with the most beautiful finishings. It was clean, the room was large and the staff were fantastic. Nothing was too hard for them. Our daughter was sick and they made her a traditional soup they would make their own kids. They taught us how to speak little bit of Philipino with lots of laughs. We loved it.

There was plenty to do at the actual hotel and the location was wonderful.

The door doesn’t fill shut so there is potential for mosquitoes to enter the rooms

We absolutely loved this resort. The rooms are spacious and so is the bathroom. It is very quiet - which is rare enough in the Philippines :) - and ideally situated. Minutes from the beach and the sardines. Nice and affordable restaurant with nice cocktails. The pool and the sunbeds are so nice to relax. Very friendly staff.

The bed was a little too hard for me

部屋がかなり綺麗でシャワールームも広く、換気扇も効いてるので、よくある"狭いユニットバスで湿気がこもる"ことがあまりなかった。ホテル自体こじんまりしていて、移動疲れがない。レストランのメニューも充実してるし、部屋前のテラスも屋根付き、部屋はネットフリックスやYouTube、プライムビデオなども見放題なので、ここでのんびりできる。パナグッサマビーチや外のレストランへのアクセスも良いほう。空港までの送迎も別料金でしてくれた。

たぶんトコジラミにやられて足がかなり痒くなったので、薬を持っていくか、なにかしらの対策が必要かも(自分が持ち込んだタオルケットのせいかもしれないので、断言はできない)

Location was amazing the pool superb the food and drink choices was on point.

Aircon drip water might be a normal thing 🤔 if the bar would of had a happy hour would of been 10/10 rating always a person who chases value and would of been extra nice as they have amazing pool and sunbathing areas.

It’s a little oasis in the heart of Moalboal, so peaceful and you can hear all the wildlife. The rooms were really big and clean. The staff were also very friendly, they let us check in early after a 24 hour flight which was appreciated!

Perfect accomodation for our family. The kids enjoyed being in the pool all day and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had a fantastic selection of food at the restaurant. Rooms were modern and very comfortable Would definitely stay there again

The restaurant was great. The room was exceptionally quiet at night and it was close to the dive shops and cafe's and bars we wanted to visit.

The hotel really is a diamond in the rough. It is beautiful and peaceful with easy access to all you need in Moalboal. The Staff were very attentive and food & drinks were excellent.

The pool, while lovely, was off in balance resulting in green algae that ruined some swimwear and you had to scrub off in the shower.

Great location, great staff. Value for money was just fine. I was expecting a bigger pool and better facilities in general. But overall it was great.

The pool table is not professional, nor are the dart boards. The pool was a little smaller than it looks in the pictures.

It felt like a lovely oasis from the hustle of town but close enough to walk to the dive shop, bars and eateries. The pool was lovely and the bar made the best pina coladas.

The bed was a bit hard and the room could use some hooks to hang stuff. The light on the aircon telling the temp was so bright it lit up the room so we covered out with some paper and tape to keep the room dark at night.

Magnifique hôtel, les chambres sont spacieuses avec une grande baie vitrée qui donne sur la piscine. Au calme, personnel au petit soin, propre. Restauration correcte, carte variée, je recommande.

Pour y accéder la route est très abîmée. Attention si vous venez en voiture, ça va secouer. Aussi manque un peu de clarté dans la chambre malgré la baie vitrée.
