Đường đến khách sạn thuận tiện, có bãi đỗ xe riêng của khách sạn. Tiếp tân niềm nở nhiệt tình, sẵn sàng hỗ trợ các nhu cầu của khách. Tầng thượng là không gian quán cafe thư giãn.

Thiết kế tầng 2 hay, nhưng vì không có mái che nên khi mưa, cả khu vực sân tầng 2 không dùng được. Một vài đồ trưng bày trong phòng (VD: đèn & tượng chỗ kệ đầu giường…) hơi tốn chỗ nhưng không được thiết thực lắm. Tường phòng tắm hơi khó vệ sinh, bồn cầu xả nước bằng nút cảm ứng khá tiện lợi, nhưng cần hướng dẫn khách trước khi nhận phòng.

The location is great, the room is nice with the terrace and the view of the mountains.

During our stay, we noticed some nails left in the bathtub from a previous guest. The scent of cleaning products used on the bedsheets was quite strong. Additionally, the staff appeared to be less experienced; they did not smile or greet guests, which felt a bit unfriendly. We also observed that card payments were not accepted.

Giữa 1 rừng homestay thì chỉ có lựa chọn ks này là được nhất thôi, hơi cũ so với hình nhưng cũng ok rồi Nhân viên thân thiện

Phòng hơi nhỏ, ko có chỗ bung vali Có đoàn khách gia đình bk 5 phòng và họ rất ồn, toàn bộ các phòng khác ko thể nghỉ ngơi đc vì đoàn này. Dù biết ko phải lỗi ks, nhưng Ks nên cân nhắc tập trung vào tệp khách lẻ hay khách đoàn,để ko phải gặp tình huống khó chịu này

Điểm cộng - nhân viên thân thiện, hỗ trợ xách hành lý ra xe giúp mình - hỗ trợ check in sớm khi có phòng sớm

- phòng trông có vẻ sạch nhưng thực chất dơ, kem đánh răng còn 1/2 tuýp dùng chung những khách trước, chỗ để kem đánh răng thì còn bẩn kem đánh răng cũ và mốc đen luôn. Ly đánh răng bẩn còn cả tóc của khách trước. - lúc mình đến thì thời tiết khá lạnh, ban đêm nhiệt độ còn xuống thấp hơn nữa nhưng không hề có lò sưởi điện,nv bảo máy lạnh 2 chiều mở chế độ heat 32 độ nhưng không hề có tác dụng, mình đc ks cung cấp thêm 1 chăn nhưng vẫn vậy vì khe cửa của ks ko kín, gió bên ngoài lùa vào đc , lạnh cóng buốt đầu luôn -kiến thì con nào con nấy to đùng. Mình mua chai mật ong để uống,đậy nắp kín nhưng kiến ở đâu bò vô bu đầy phần nắp chai mật ong -cách âm siêu tệ , rất tệ. Phòng mình nằm phía trước của ks, lúc nào cũng có người đi qua đi lại, tiếng con nít chạy giỡn la hét, tiếng người lớn cười nói chuyện haha, mặc dù đi một mình nhưng mình ko cảm thấy được riêng tư vì lúc nào cũng có người ở trước cửa phòng. Rèm luôn thả kín vì bên ngoài là mặt trước sảnh. Muốn ngủ ư ? Trưa thì con nít cười giỡn la hét, tối thì đợi khách của ks về hết thì mới không có ai cười đùa đi ngang phòng, tầng trên ngủ hết thì mới yên tĩnh còn ko thì tiếng giậm chân,tiếng cười đùa nghe rõ mồn một, còn chưa kể tiếng máy bơm hay tiếng cục lạnh bên ngoài nữa .

Mình đi vào tháng 01-2026, tiếc là năm nay không có hoa anh đào nở rộ. Nhưng bù lại mình book được khách sạn này quá tuyệt vời, view đẹp, chỗ để xe thoải mái, gần trung tâm, có view săn mây săn hoàng hôn đủ cả

location ở trung tâm nên tiện đi lại, ăn uống, có sẵn quán cf trên tầng nữa ạ. Phòng decor đẹp, nhân viên thân thiện hỗ trợ check in sớm, giường thoải mái

thiết bị trong phòng không đc bảo trì tốt lắm, tầng 1 nhà vệ sinh đã mốc tường và mùi cũng hơi ẩm ướt, nắp bồn cầu thì bị bung còn nước nóng thì k ổn định lắm. So với mức giá thì chỉ tạm ổn thôi k quá xuất sắc.

Absolutely stunning fit out, beautiful views and sun set. Loved it so much! Wish my house looked like that. Great lighting, bed was comfy and the sheets were nice. It even had a great snack selection.

I’ve booked 01 Superior room at this hotel with the description is with view, bathtub,… but when I checked in, the room is no view, no bathtub - same with the deluxe room. When send feedback to staff, they explained that they only have 3 Superior rooms and my booking is the last one, 4th one without view and bathtub (???), they have to assign this room because no choice (???). I couldn’t accept their explanation. When I decided to cancel the booking because the room is different, it seems like a Deluxe room with Superior price, I didn’t receive any apologies from the hotel, they just let me go even though I came early and waited for the room. Very disappointed!!! Seem like they didn’t care because I booked the room via booking.com

Nice and clean room with affordable price, friendly and helpful staffs, good location and great services. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time. Thank you so much 🙂🙏🏻😃🤗🤗🤗

It was a relaxing trip. MangDiang Hotel is located in the center of town, close to the market and a lot of destinations. Our room has the best view as the receptionist introduced but it's not as spacious as our expectations. Anyway,  it’s enough for a short trip. It's cozy with a wooden floor, thoughtful amenities, good soundproof. On the 3rd floor is a coffee shop that a wonderful place to wait before check-in and enjoy the sunset. Last but not least, the receptionist, Mr. Sâm, was really helpful, willing to answer and assisted us during stay here with a bright smile. Thank you. 

Hot water in bathroom sometimes stopped at night while i was took a shower. Maybe lot of people in hotel used at the same time.

An additional curtain between the top two bunks would have been nice.

Nice architecture with mountain view and beautiful sunset on rooftop. The 4 bed dorm is perfect, thick mattresses and comfy pillow. The receptionist is very helpful and kind, Sam.

That would be nice if the hotel has some food services cause it’s quite less options to find a shop nearby without bike. And the toilet is lacked of the paper toilet hanger.

Nice dorm with complimentary towel and other goods

The hotel has only recently been built and has a very cozy style. The location is close to the centre in a little side street. It is very calm at night. The room itself had a sufficient size for two people. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was kept very clean. The shower worked very well and had hot water, which was really appreciated due to the colder climate. The rooftop cafe has incredible views and very delicious coffee as well as tea.

The staff was friendly but everything felt a little bit chaotic. We had to wait for someone to turn up at the empty reception, we were left standing alone during the initiation into the room because the phone rang and our room was cleaned one hour before our check out. The hotel played loud music at 7am, so we woke up earlier than expected. It would be nice to have the menu of the cafe also in English language.

The most spectacular place I stayed in my five weeks in Vietnam. I loved it so much, I extended my stay. Everything is brand new, the amenities are superb, the staff so friendly and the location excellent! I loved every moment and can't recommend the place enough. Value for money might be the best I ever experienced. Love Mang Den and Mang Diang so very much. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Quite location. Very new. Great coffee place at the 2 nd floor with great view and really nice staff.

Maybe one thing to consider for the future - there is no AC nor fan in the room. At the moment (winter time) it is not an issue. Might be in the summer
