Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Schoon, ruim met balkon, voorzien van alle gemakken, rustige straat en op loopafstand van de de betere restaurants in Granada of zoals de taximan zei, high class omgeving. In het weekend hoor je wel het muziek van de bar aan de overkant, maar goed; Cali is op vrijdag en zaterdagavond een groot feest.
De betaling lukte niet met de link die we ontvingen, waardoor het inchecken vrij lang duurde. Gelukkig was het personeel ondersteunend hierin. Voor mijn partner van 1m90 was het bed aan de kleine kant.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Great location on a side street with a short walk to stores, restaurants. Good layout and always nice to have two televisions. Kitchen was well equipped to prepare what you wish and my unit had a little balcony to relax in open air. Comfortable bed, and overall a great value!
My suitcase was too heavy and no elevator.

La ubicacion no es tranquila, hay muchos bares y sitios que generan ruido en la noche. EL parqueadero para carros es lejos y la zona no se percibe segura (muchos indigentes)

Muy tarde la hora del check in y muy temprano del check out. Importante una sartén en la Cocina y gel de cuerpo o jabón pues solo habia uno, sólo hubo un par de toallas para tres noches.

Solo es una sugerencia; para estadías largas (yo estuve dos semanas), podrían tener opción de recambio de toallas, tendidos y surtir de nuevo las amenidades del baño. Por lo de más todo excelente.

I asked them a question 2 days in a row, and they didn’t answer me, only they sent me an automatic message about checking out and giving them good reviews… when I mentioned it , they told me that they had some personnel changes here but still, it was hard to communicate with them. Also there is a loud bar next to it, however we could sleep with no problems, but it could be an issue if you don’t sleep as deep as us.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025Cleanliness was great. It’s easy to access the building. It’s located in a nice neighborhood with good restaurants. The room looks nice and is well furnished. The building itself is well maintained, clean and quiet. Seems like a safe environment. Free coffee is definitely a plus too!
As is common in Colombia, the windows are thin and across from the apartment is a venue that is noisy till late which you can hear well when in bed. You will also hear the traffic well in the morning. There is big mirror in the bathroom which is very nice, however, there’s no vertical mirror to see yourself completely. Overall the shower is really nice as are the provided toiletries. However, the pressure/temperature in the shower can be inconsistent so it can get a bit colder but also pretty hot pretty quickly. Easy to adjust, but not ideal.

El colchón no es de la mejor calidad. Muy blandito, irregular, gastado. Fue muy incómodo para mí. Es una lástima que el colchón dañe la experiencia completa. Para mi lo más importante es poder descansar bien, si eso no se cumple, lo demás pierde su encanto. En todo caso agradezco al anfitrión que me tuvo la disposición de poner un cover que mejoró un poco la situación.

Communication with host was most of the times not effective. Further they said the toilet paper was complimentary.... The ad in booking.com says: free toiletries... That was a strange experience. Sometimes there was no warm water, so we had to plan our showers for 4 guests in the morning.
