Everything was well maintained and the overall experience was excellent. Good value for money and definitely a place I would recommend!

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Das Preisleistungsverhältniss war supper. Die Gastgeberinnen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Gebet der Lautsprecher in der Nähe, haben uns nie gweckt. Die Räume sind gut isoliert und dank der Klimaanlage schön kühl.
Das Bad ist wegen des Klimaanlagenkondensators sehr heiss. Es hat keine Kleiderbügel zum Aufhängen von Kleidung.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026Sauber, ruhig, alles was man benötigt. Sehr schönes Bad mit viel Platz. Die Betten waren bequem. Das Frühstück war eher mittelmäßig, das kann man in Indonesien eigentlich besser.
Der Wasserkocher war undicht.

Although slightly secluded from the main road, this hidden gem offers a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for solo travelers seeking a serene retreat. If you can get the ground level room the bathroom is very spacious.
For daily cleaning, you have to ask for it. It’s not initiated by the staff, but it’s not a negative feedback. More like, people usually stay for a short term, while I had a bit longer stay.

Reviewed May 26, 2026Таксист нашёл отельчик не с первого раза! А в остальном всё было классно! Номер очень большой и современный. Большая кровать, большой шкаф, хорошая душевая, кондиционер, электрические розетки, бесплатную воду можно налить на ресепшен. Холодильника не было, но мы оставляли всё нужное в холодильнике на ресепшен. Кафешка в Zavana совсем не плохая, ужинали мы только там, готовят вкусно, цены радуют. В городе пиво купить сложно, а на ресепшен по 55 рупий, просто здорово! Бассейн не большой, но чистый, пользоваться можно до 22 часов. Так же через ресепшен брали байк, отдал тоже через них. Ездили в Сенгиги купаться. Полчаса идти до моря, правда по узким улочкам. И те же полчаса до Epicentrum Mall. Всё понравилось, наверно вернулись бы сюда ещё!
Наверное надо поставить маленький холодильник!

A fridge also we expected to find a few bars serving alcohol however excellent value for money. We went over to sengiggi most days for beach and £6 in a Gojeck so you can get a bit of both worlds

Reviewed May 6, 2026Great budget friendly option if you're only in Mataram for a brief stay. The room was comfortable, with a large bed and thankfully, air-conditioning. The location is close to many different restaurants and big shopping centers, and the neighborhood it's nestled in was lovely to wonder around in.
If you have blonde hair, whatever you do, don't dip your head in the swimming pool!! The friends I traveled with are both blonde and within minutes of being in the pool their hair turned green LOL. While I enjoyed the room, I wished there was a small fridge provided as it would have been nice to keep some of the food and drink I brought with me cold. The food in the on-site restaurant was pretty average, but thankfully priced reasonably.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Multiple breakfast choices, nice room for several nights, and everything was spotlessly clean. The staff was also very friendly. You can also have your laundry done there and have dinner if needed.
It is quite basic, but they are fully equipped. Due to the location, you do need to take a taxi quickly to get around.

THE HOTEL WAS SO BAD THAT I MOVED OUT AFTER 2 NIGHTS AND STAYED AT ANOTHER HOTEL. THE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT SHOULD NOT BE IN THE BATHROOM. IT WAS LIKE A SUANA.

The tap has 0 pressure in the bathroom, the shower also has bad pressure, the bed doesn’t have a good duvet only a blanket. The AC system is leaky. The door to the bathroom doesn’t stay closed unless you lock it so bugs can fly in easily. Our food that we ordered was cold when it arrived. We haven’t been asked by anyone from the property if we want our room cleaned or even offered fresh towels and there is no sign to leave on the door for them to see you want your room cleaned. We booked for 3 nights but due to weather conditions we were unable to arrive to the property on time so we turned up 2 days later. We were unable to change the dates of our stay on booking.com and they also couldn’t change it in there system. So to fix this we called booking.com to change the dates for us, the hotel needed to confirm the dates to be changed however they declined it so we would have to pay for 5 nights instead of 3 even though we went through the trouble of trying to fix it. The staff here are nice and tried to help us but the manager who wouldn’t even come to the property to speak to us declined the email so we would have to pay more because clearly he only cares about money. We won’t ever be coming back and I hope they can learn from there previous mistakes.

Hubo un incidente con la cena q la pedi sin carne pq soy vegetariana, y lo sirvieron con carne, lo cambiaron con una sonrisa El desayuno es correcto. Las habitaciones sencillas pero amplias, el baño exterior y amplio, con agua caliente. La piscina muy limpia. Cerca de warungs y algun supermercado.

Bardzo słabo działająca klimatyzacja. Łazienka mogła być zostać wyczyszczona. Przy basenie brakowało miejsca do opalania. Były tylko 2 leżaki pod dachem w cieniu.

Reviewed Dec 7, 2025Pour être sincère c'est certainement l'endroit le plus accueillant où nous avons séjournés pendant nos vacances. _le personnel est tellement accueillant et gentil, et ils sont tout le temps disponible pour vous aider. _les équipements fonctionnent tous parfaitement. _le Manager et la directrice de l'établissement sont très responsables. L'endroit est extrêmement calme, et aux alentours après seulement 5 minutes à pied vous trouverez de nombreux restaurants pour vous régaler ! 100% recommandé

Évacuation de la douche bouchée. Une seule tasse pour boire le café pour un logement de deux personnes. Manque de réactivité. On nous a demandé la veille quel petit déjeuner on voulait le lendemain et à quelle heure. On a dit qu’on en voulait un à 8h car on avait une excursion après. Le matin même, à 8h rien n’était prêt et on nous a dit qu’on devait attendre 30 minutes le temps qu’il le prépare (une simple omelette). On sait qu’il n’y peuvent rien, mais le brouhaha de toutes les mosquées autour à 4h du matin, c’est horrible.

Personnel extrêmement bruyant chaque matin dans les couloirs. Aucune isolation donc bruit très fort, très agaçant. Déception sur la piscine qui en réalité est en très mauvais état (carrelage qui se décolle partout), ça ne fait pas propre.

When we arrived they gave us a room and 5 minutes later came to our door saying we had to leave and change rooms because they had already given out those rooms They provide chips in the room that look like they are complimentary and in the end charged for them an overpriced amount

Reviewed Oct 8, 2025Für ein paar Nächte ok. Mitten in der Stadt. Mit Grab oder Gojek (oder Rollet) kommt man überall schnell hin. Frühstück ist ok aber auch nicht mehr. Pool ist sauber. Zimmer sind geräumig. Wasserspender vorhanden. Essen günstig und ok.
Beim Essen kommts darauf an, ob der Küchenchef da ist oder nicht und es ist nicht immer alles von der Ksrte verfügbar. Laundry Service wsr eher mässig im Vergleich zu anderen, die wir hatten. Preis war ok.
