Personnel excellent et aux petits soins. Hôtel récent et bien entretenu. Très bon petit déjeuner, et restaurant. Carte maîtrisée. Produits frais et cuisinés maison. Je conseille le cours de cuisine, et le massage.

Un peu de bruit parfois, de l’extérieur de l’hôtel. Rare mais matinal.

Hotel znajduje się na uboczu, poza turystycznymi miejscowościami więc jest doskonałym miejscem na relaks. Personel hotelu jest zaangażowany i potrafi pomóc ze wszystkimi sprawami. Jedzenie w hotelu jest bardzo dobre i urozmaicone - częściowo oparte o warzywa z własnego ogrodu. Plaża hotelowa jest czysta. Hotel zapewnia transfer z portu a także transport do wybranych miejsc na wyspie Lombok (zwiedzanie, plaże, nurkowanie)

Struttura molto bella, ben tenuta, dottata di tutti i comfort e servizi. Accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Buono anche il ristorante dell’hotel che abbiamo provato sia a pranzo che a cena. Nel complesso un buon hotel 5 stelle

In tutta la struttura sono presenti 3 ombrelloni (6 lettini) per poter rilassarsi in spiaggia, alla nostra richiesta di aggiungerne qualcuno ci è stato detto di utilizzare i pouf presenti sulla spiaggia. Per la piscina sono presenti 4 lettini. Questo comporta che se non ti prendi il posto al mattino presto non potrai usufruire dei lettini.

Property è molto bella, design azzeccato e personale molto molto disponibile ed accogliente. Anche il F&B è ottimo. IDEM la SPA.

La posizione. L’hotel è davvero isolato. Serve per forza noleggiare uno scooter oppure un’auto. Inoltre la spiaggia ed il mare sono davvero poco attraenti. Acqua torbida e nessuna facilities. Si è costretti a recarsi ogni giorno in un’altra spiaggia. Ce ne sono di belle a circa 20 minuti di auto.

Vivere la realtà locale immersi nel verde ma con i comfort di un resort di lusso!!! Staff impeccabile, ambiente eccezionale esperienza MERAVIGLIOSA!!!

La communication : nous avons dû nous déplacer et leur demander de nous intégrer au groupe whatsapp pour les demandes au personnel, de nous communiquer le mot de passe du wifi, de nous donner les prix des activités proposées car les prix sont affichées nulle part et les activités gratuites ne sont pas mentionnées et expliquées. La localisation et le manque de choix au restaurant. Le passage du personnel en fin de journée dans la chambre, apparemment pour rabattre la couette et chasser les moustiques...

Nuestra villa frente a la playa era increíble: amplia, privada y con unas vistas y una ubicación privilegiadas.

Todo nos gustó . Tal vez puede faltarle un poco de variedad en la comida y algo más de entretenimiento .

It was bliss and Nuril is the most amazing member of staff. He should be head waiter at the Ritz - some serious top draw quality and purpose. Also an amazing bed and very thoughtful design throughout. Food was fantastic - best we had in Indonesia. Location is unbelievably beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Das Hotel ist eine Oase - umgeben von Palmen, vielen Pflanzen und mit toller Aussicht auf den Lobster Bay. Die Ausstattung des Hotels war genial. Es fehlte an nichts. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Vorallem DJ war unser Favorit mit seinem Lachen und Charisma. Die Massagen können wir sehr empfehlen. Auch bietet das Hotel viele Aktivitäten an, wie der Kochkurs. Mit Satia konnten wir die indonesische Küche näher kennenlernen. Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt und konnten die Ferien in vollen Zügen geniessen.

We loved our Riverfront villa, it's exceptionally spacious, beautiful and comfortable! We loved the tranquility of the resort and the barefoot concept. The staff was very friendly and warm. SariAti and Nuril just to mantion few were exceptional - attentive and helpful. We felt relaxed and at ease during our stay. Fantastic place!

Nothing to do with the hotel, there is a wider issue when it comes to the plastic pollution at Lombok, one that breaks our hearts. The Hotel does not use plastic at all. Even their shower caps are made from a fabric and can be reused so as the drinking straws which are made from bamboo or lemongrass.

the staff and service is excellent. Very nice to chat and interact with the staff, all of whom are well-spoken, smart and carry themselves well.

pillows are too high. Need a lower one for sleeping comfortably. Menu is small, so it does feel repetitive, so I wld suggest a daily special that changes.

Our stay was simply wonderful and we enjoyed every single minute. You feel right at home the moment you arrive – the beautiful surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere instantly give you that real holiday feeling. We were there for almost two weeks and, to be honest, we could easily have stayed longer. We were particularly impressed by the food: fresh every day, incredibly tasty and always a highlight we looked forward to. There’s plenty of variety on offer too. Whether it’s snorkelling, exploring the island on a scooter or simply enjoying the stunning surroundings. The massages were another highlight for us and by far the best we’ve ever had. But what really makes this place special are the people. The whole team is incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. You can tell straight away that everyone here is passionate about what they do and wants to ensure guests have an unforgettable time. The manager is also on site every day, always ready to listen, and works with great dedication to make sure everyone feels completely at home. We’d like to say a special thank you to Nuril, Sari and Catur. You made our stay even more wonderful. The cooking class with Catur was one of our personal highlights and comes highly recommended. Thank you so much for this wonderful time, the many lovely conversations and the unforgettable memories!

Paradijs! Kleinschalig rustig resort. Wij sliepen in een prachtig huis met woonkamer en twee slaapkamers. Mooi ingericht, lekkere bedden, prachtige deels buiten badkamer. Prachtig zoutwater zwembad en een kleiner zoetwater zwembad. Ontzettend lieve en vriendelijke medewerkers. Het restaurant had heerlijke Rendang! Ik kom hier heel graag nog een keertje terug en dan langer!

Bij de garden villa krijg je geen eigen gazebo (ligbed aan het zwembad) aan het zoutwater zwembad. Suggestie bouw er 3 extra zodat die ook hun eigen gazebo hebben. En leg wat meer pooltowels bij het zoutwater zwembad.

Todo excelente. El personal fue muy amable y atento, siempre con una sonrisa. El restaurante exquisito, desde el primer desayuno hasta la gran variedad de platos locales. La habitación es muy cómoda y bien decorada, la playa es tranquila, y la piscina y el restaurante son ideales para quedarse en el hotel en modo full relax. Además, ofrecen una gran variedad de actividades: nosotros tomamos las clases de cocina, hicimos pesca y comida de langosta, kayak y masajes. Nos mantuvimos tan entretenidos que casi no salimos del hotel. Muchas gracias por hacer de nuestra luna de miel un recuerdo inolvidable.

A truly special place to stay. The villas are huge and offer complete privacy. You really feel like a special guest here. The staff take great care of you and pay attention to every wish, making it a perfect place for relaxation and peace. The hotel is located far away from any noise, yet the city is easily accessible within a 15-minute drive.

Everything was perfect

The river house was wonderful. Breakfast was great with a beautiful view. We enjoyed all the activities and boat rides.

Kuara is a rare find. Just 16 suites on Lombok’s quiet southern coast, right on the beach, with nothing but ocean and sky in front of you. The setting is extraordinary. I was upgraded to a River House, which was absolutely amazing. The river saltwater pool was incredible and the setting fabulous. The villa design is stunning: natural materials, earthy tones, and a wonderfully thought out layout. The staff were the highlight. Genuinely warm, attentive, and always one step ahead without hovering. They set the tone for the whole stay. The activities were fab – the sunset cruise and cycling tour were both standout moments, and I spotted a turtle while snorkelling.

The food and spa didn’t quite match the standard of everything else. Both were perfectly pleasant, but with such a special setting and such strong service, there’s room to grow in these areas. Nothing that spoiled the stay – just where the next level lies. One thing that’s not the hotel’s fault but worth mentioning: there was a lot of plastic in the sea. A shame given how beautiful the coastline is.

It is an amazing boutique resort. The location is about 20-30 minutes away from Kuta. If you plan to visit Kuta or other locations in the island, the resort can arrange transportation for you. For meals, the breakfast was simply amazing. The menu is limited, but the food is delicious and beautifully presented each time. Please check out the spa for massage treatments. The therapist was wonderful and very experienced. I love it so much I went back for a second time and both my children also enjoyed the experience. This resort will make us feel like at home because the staff put awesome effort to assist and serve us.

I love everything about the property as what it has published when I booked the villa. The resort has limited sport activities, hence it may be less attractive to teenagers. We brought our teenage boys out to other parts of the island for snorkelling and jet ski activities.

Absolutely excellent. Luxe but not over the top. Gorgeous property, peaceful, amazingly helpful staff who respond to requests promptly via WhatsApp. Great food and drinks in a tranquil beach setting with good massages to boot! We will be back.

Only minor drawback was that the ocean right at the property wasn’t great for swimming at this time of year. Apparently it’s much clearer and appealing in the June/July/Aug dry season.

Alles was geweldig. De villa met het overdekte bed voor de villa aan het zwembad was heerlijk. Het personeel is zo lief en behulpzaam. Je krijgt een whatsapp nummer waar je alles mee kunt regelen. Het restaurant met nog een zwembad kijkt uit op de zee. Je kan ook een kano of surfboard pakken en gebruiken..Ook brengen ze met een bootje naar een plek waar je kunt surfen mocht je dit willen. We zijn er 10 dagen geweest en het was genieten. Echt ultiem relaxen! Er is niks in de buurt en het drukke Kuta is een half uurtje met de auto maar was voor ons te druk. Je hebt alles bij het hotel met heerlijk eten en afternoon tea dus was voor ons prima!

Misschien een aantal meer bedden bij het zwembad en het strand. Niet dat het steeds bezet was maar het nodigt wat meer uit en wij waren nog in t laagseizoen.

①スタッフの皆さんが温かく、優しくて心地よかった。特にレストランスタッフの男性で、ロブスターを採りに行くのに同行してくれた彼（名前は忘れてしまいました）、初めは遠慮がちでしたが、日に日にコミュニケーションが取れるようになって、毎朝の会話も楽しかった。 ②朝食がおいしかった。バナナジュース、アボカドトースト、毎日食べました。ブレッドバスケットもフルーツプレートも演出が素敵だった。 ③お部屋の目の前に芝生とテラスがあり、その先のプール、毎朝起きてカーテンを開けるのが楽しみでした。 ④主人は毎朝サーフィンへ行っていましたが、ボートで5分の近い距離感もよかったと言っていました。

①空いていた初めの3日は、朝食のサーブのタイミングが適切であったが、残り2日は、宿泊客が増えたからか朝食のサーブに時間がかかっていた。待たされた時間が長く感じた。 ②雨季だから仕方ないが、レストランやライブラリースペースにいると、蚊に多くさされた。もう少しスプレーをまいたり予防策があるとよい。 ③イスラム教の関係もあるが、夜中に歌声がずっと聞こえていて、耳栓をしないと寝れなかった。耳栓が無い可能性もあるので、部屋に備え付けあるとよい。 ④プールサイドでのアクティビティなどあるとよい。（モーニングヨガやストレッチ体験など）

The property is gorgeous. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. Lots of space indoor and out. It’s located on a lovely beach with two nice pools. Staff were lovely.

The secluded location is nice but also quite far from everything and not that easy to get transport. Because of the location the food menu became quite limited very quickly.

We booked this hotel because it was advertised as a five-star property, but the experience was far below that standard. The room had several serious issues: • No hot water • No water in the sink • The fan was not working • Maintenance was called several times; staff said the problems were fixed, but nothing changed • Extra towels were requested but never delivered These are very basic amenities that should not be an issue at any hotel. The beach was also very disappointing, with a lot of plastic waste and fishermen present, making it unsuitable for relaxing or swimming. Neutral: • The massage was average Overall: This hotel is misleadingly marketed and does not meet five-star expectations. Significant improvements are needed in facilities and maintenance. To be fair: after we raised our concerns, the hotel agreed to waive the last night’s room charges, which we appreciated.

My stay with my parents at this resort was truly unforgettable. From the very first moment, we were welcomed with such genuine warmth that it felt less like checking into a resort and more like being welcomed into a family. Every member of the team was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, always making sure that even the smallest details were taken care of. Their dedication and generosity made our entire stay feel effortless and special. The staff went out of their way to help us organize activities, and their support and kindness left a lasting impression on us. We cannot say enough good things about the team and the care they show their guests. We booked a beachfront pool villa, and the view was absolutely stunning. The design is beautiful, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable, the pillows were so good. The food was delicious, and we also enjoyed the afternoon tea time. The spa was so nice, I honestly wished I could’ve had a massage every day. If you’re considering where to stay in Lombok, look no further. This place exceeded all our expectations, and we would recommend it without hesitation. One of the highlights was going lobster hunting, followed by a private cooking class with the chef, which was such a unique and memorable experience. The property itself is absolutely stunning. There’s also a nearby national park where you can enjoy bike riding - and the resort conveniently provides the bikes for you. If you’re deciding where to stay in Lombok, this is the place. A truly exceptional remote beachfront escape in West Lombok. Just 30 minutes from Lombok airport, the property is easy to reach yet feels wonderfully secluded. The service is warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Definitely find serenity in its clean, quiet beachfront boutique resort and peaceful atmosphere. I tried their sunset cruise and it was a gem to find a perfect hidden spot nearby the property. Inspired by back-to-nature living and combined with authentic Sasak traditions, the resort blends culture with comfort beautifully. They offer two distinctive pools, a 50-meter lagoon pool and another that faces the ocean right beside the restaurant. No crowd and just peaceful feelings. Take the slow lifestyle, away from the crowd and relaxing moments. Can’t wait to return again.

Wir haben auf unserer Lombok-Reise in mehreren Unterkünften übernachtet, aber das Kuara Hotel war mit Abstand das beste – in jeder Hinsicht einfach außergewöhnlich. Das Personal ist wunderbar – unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Sie erfüllen einem wirklich jeden Wunsch und nehmen sich gleichzeitig Zeit, etwas von sich selbst zu erzählen. Das gibt dem Ganzen eine persönliche, warme Atmosphäre, die man selten erlebt. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet – besonders die lokalen Speisen haben uns begeistert. Jeden Nachmittag gibt es zudem Tee mit kleinen lokalen Snacks, was wir einfach genial fanden. Ein so schönes Detail! Die Massage war himmlisch – ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann ich das letzte Mal so entspannt war. Unser Garden-Zimmer war wunderschön, sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Die ganze Anlage ist ein Traum – ruhig, grün, gepflegt und perfekt, um einfach abzuschalten. Auch der Strand direkt vor dem Hotel ist sehr schön und ideal für Spaziergänge. Besonders gut gefällt uns das Konzept, lokale Produkte und Mitarbeitende aus der Region einzubeziehen. Das macht den Aufenthalt authentisch und nachhaltig. Ein echtes Highlight war auch der Ausflug zum lokalen Markt, den jemand vom Hotel begleitet hat – er hat uns vieles erklärt, und als mein E-Bike nicht richtig funktionierte, hat er es ohne zu zögern übernommen. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt, und wir wären sehr gerne noch länger geblieben. Wer im Süden von Lombok Urlaub machen möchte, dem können wir das Kuara Hotel wärmstens empfehlen! So viel Liebe zum Detail ist wirklich selten und machen den Aufenthalt über all unsere Reisen weltweit einzigartig.

Everything has been created with impeccable taste, care, and a perfect sense of style. The whole resort radiates calm, luxury, and harmony with nature. The hospitality is absolutely exceptional. Every single member of the team is genuinely kind, thoughtful, and goes above and beyond to make sure you have the best possible experience. They truly go the extra mile in every way. The food is fantastic, the rooms are beautifully designed down to the last detail, and the atmosphere is pure magic: a blend of natural serenity, elegant design, and heartfelt warmth. If we ever return to Lombok, we would definitely come back to Kuara.

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Das Hotel ist abseits jeglichen Trubels gelegen und man kann hier wirklich zur Ruhe kommen. Wer "schnell" mal in einen Supermarkt möchte, ist hier aber falsch, da bis zur nächsten Stadt ca. 30min mit dem Auto. Für uns aber absolut nicht notwendig, da wir Bestens versorgt wurden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und höflich. Tatsächlich eines der besten Hotels in denen wir je waren. Frühstück und Abendessen auch herausragend und immer mit sehr viel Liebe zubereitet.

Alles war perfekt.

Semplicemente tutto Uno dei resort migliori in cui abbia mai soggiornato: l’attenzione del personale, l’arredamento impeccabile delle stanze, la cucina e ovviamente la location: fantastica

Uitmuntend resort met dito staff. De locatie is werkelijk fantastisch; een totaal leeg strand voor jezelf. Kan mij geen betere plek bedenken om in alle rust van Lombok te genieten en veel in en op het water te zijn. Het hotel heeft eigen Kajaks en andere bootjes waarmee je zelf je gang kunt gaan. Beide zwembaden zijn heerlijk en de avonden relaxt in het restaurant.

Stunning place, amazing staff (especially mention to Dodi), very nice pool (the water is really nice), 16 villas but you never see all the people, lot of facilities included (beach, pool, kayak, paddle surf, snorkeling) and extra cost activites (ebikes, cooking class, lobster fishing, spa) - The place really invites you to disconnect! Included decoration for our honeymoon! :)

- If you stay more than 2 days, the menu is very short. Good quality and lot of support to local producers - In general, activities and food are price higher vs average - There were 3 families together staying at 3 different villas. So children were VERY noisy and playing around. We understand they could not control this, they did apologize with us and tried to have a nice gesture. - Remotely located - for us it was OK, but if you want to go to Kuta or other places better to stay +2 nights

On a été à plusieurs endroits autour de Bali et celui-ci a été de loin notre préféré. Le cadre de l'hôtel est exceptionnel, il bénéficie d'une plage privée à couper le souffle. Un vrai coin de paradis! Les équipements et le service de l'hôtel sont aussi exceptionnels (personnel aux petits soins, chambres spacieuses et confortables, grande piscine, restaurant pieds dans l'eau), il n'y a absolument rien à changer. Mention spéciale pour la pêche au homard proposée comme activité par l'hôtel.

Beautiful hotel, lovely location, our villa was unbelievably fantastic, staff friendly, helpful and lovely. Food fantastic.

Our only negatives are that we were staying the Garden Villa but this meant that we were not allocated a beautiful day bed around the main swimming pool and there was no other seating option around the pool. The pool is our favourite place to relax and hang out so this was a bit of a shame. But this is a new property and I’m guessing this is something that can be easily rectified by adding a few more beds for the Garden Villa’s. We were also looking forward to the paddle boarding but unfortunately no fins

Wow! What an amazing hotel. We have traveled the world and stayed in top resorts like Four Seasons, One & Only and mandarinoriental and this definetely belongs in that category: top resorts of the world. Points that come to mind: amazing rooms in terms of comfort, design and ambiance. A team that is truly customer focussed (very rare, and especially after only 6 months). No request was too much, and everything was always answered with yes of course and a huge smile. The quality of the food is outstanding, the natural location of the hotel not to be improved. The activity calendar well thought of, reasonably priced and all the activities we participated in truly made our day (massage, fishing, surfing, cooking..). Beach was clean, gorgeous and almost private
