This host cancelled on me 30 minutes before my check in time, saying that this was an error in the app, without even an apology. These guys are a joke, don't recomment at all.

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026I was lucky enough to spend 5 nights at the beautiful Ayour hostel. Everything was clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed for my stay! The shared kitchen was super useful and the outside area was lovely place to relax at the end of the day. Thank you for having me!

La salle de bain sentais très fort. Le dernier jour on n'avait pas d'internet (alors qu'on avait besoin pour organiser la suite du voyage) car il n'avait pas payé son forfait. La discussion avec lui était vraiment presque zéro, sans bcp de échange.

Reviewed Feb 24, 2026Abdul ist ein super freundlicher Hostel-Manager. Der Außenbereich des Hostels ist sehr gemütlich, aber einfach.
Es gibt nur eine Toilette und Dusche (in einem Raum). Wasserdruck ist sehr gering. Sehr viele Katzen, tw. auch im Haus, weswegen es auch leicht nach Katze riecht.

Reviewed Nov 8, 2025When I arrived on the first day, the water wasn’t working, so I couldn’t take a shower after spending the day swimming at the beach. That night, the owner threw a party that lasted until 3 a.m., with loud music and laughter, making it impossible for anyone in the dorm to sleep. The facilities are quite basic and poorly maintained, so if you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, this is definitely not the place for you. I had booked three nights in advance but decided to leave after the first one, even though I had already paid for two more — and honestly, it was the best decision I made because the rest of my stay in Sidi Kaouki was truly magical. There’s many other beautiful places to book with lovely locals to meet. I don’t recommend this hostel…

Reviewed Jul 10, 2025Todo super bien! El lugar era muy bonito y acogedor, y el personal muy buena onda. El cuarto principal, que es el que teníamos, era super grande.
Por poner alguna sugerencia, quizás podrían poner un tipo de silenciador debajo de la puerta del dormitorio para atrapar un poco el sonido, ya que el hueco entre la puerta y el suelo era un poco más grande de lo normal

Reviewed Dec 8, 2024Abdul is amazing. Really big heart, always has a smile for you and you're always invited to join for some activities. Beds are very clean, kitchen is accessible. Vwey quiet and chill place - perfect if you're looking to unwind.

Reviewed Aug 12, 2024the hostel is really beautifully decorated and a relaxed atmosphere. the owner was kind and helpful, and he let us paint some of the walls and the rooftop.
there is nothing to complain about, but if i was to be picky, then maybe a more central location in the village would be nice. but it is a very small place and still only a 5/10 minute walk from everything.

Reviewed Feb 3, 2024Abdu and his friends and family are lovely people. The property is really nice and chilled. Guests felt more like housemates than strangers. Kaouki is a very peaceful little village. I'll be here again as soon as possible.
WiFi could be better, but 4g is very good with orange here; 50mbps download. I used my phone as a hotspot and had no problems.
