Cuma beberapa tempat ada t@hi cicak, tapi takpe perkara biasa, Boleh dibersihkan.

Ada smart tv,wifi n ada netflix. Yang paling penting ada coway. Rumah pon berdekatan ngn Kak Sal Kelate. Mak mmg nak gi situ InsyaAllah will repeat again. Terima kasih tuan rumah provide all basic things. Memudahkan tetamu untuk menginap dengan happy & enjoy...

Reviewed May 20, 2025The host was accomodating & polite. Check in process was smooth. Apartment was spick & span. It overlooked the pool. I was allowed to check out a half hour late by the gracious host. Good Indian food with vegetarian option in town, though a bit expensive for such a small town area.
Covered car park available, but with a catch. I had to go all the way to the top to park, while the unit was on the first floor. To avoid repeating this process every time one wants to explore, guest is given an option to park on the open car park outside the building for RM10/day. Swimming pool is excellent, but it would be better if ALL rules mentioned on the sign board were followed by EVERYONE, no exception. However, double standards are applied, so it's good to be aware.

Reviewed Jul 9, 2024The rooms were comfy and its quiet place is suitable for resting. The owner is friendly and accommodating by frequently updating prior to the registration and during the stay.
The entrance process is awful, the security guards are not friendly at all and not trying to assist with the entrance registration. The building management impose absurd regulations that was unclear and often confusing to new occupants.

Reviewed May 31, 2024The whole house was equipped.with high end and fancy facilities, I really hope the next customers would use them properly and with care. I would love to come again. Highly recommended for anyone who wishes to stay in Penang but wants to avoid the hassle of booking rooms on the island.
The check out process was a little problem to us as we had to wait for the owner to arrive for us to pass the keys and card to him. And the carpark is at the top parking floor. You have to set the time a little earlier if you are rushing to check out and get to your next destination. Otherwise he is a very nice and considerate gentleman.
