Es el mejor lugar que he estado en términos de precio-calidad y está perfecto para ir en familia, es seguro, se puede cocinar y lavar y tiene hasta azotea.

Solo tengo una oportunidad de mejora que es incluir un mapa de donde queda la casa en el Riad y cómo se obtiene la llave de la casa.

Arrivé à l’hôtel 10h00, on a eu personne durant 1h20. Quand on appelait le numéro indiqué une femme répondait et disait « vous vous êtes trompés de numéro » heureusement que la femme de ménage et un autre monsieur nous ont vu et sont allés parler avec le secu qui a appelé une autre personne qui a réussi à appeler la personne responsable, etc… finalement on a réussi et on a cru que tout était bon mais une fois qu’on voulait aller dans la piscine on se retrouve devant sans la carte. Encore une fois appeler le responsable, etc… etc… résultat = pas de piscine 1/2jour. Au final on reçoit encore un message disant du proprio disant « n’oubliez pas de laisser 10euros de taxe.

Bed was comfortable and soft

No remote for a/c no staff on greet. No bin in the room Paid tax to the security at the gate and then a lady showed up asking for the tax the next day. In a compound away from medina. The phone number listed didnt know anything about a hotel.

Apart from price, it appears to be in a specially built tourist village. While pleasant enough with shops and restaurants, it's almost an imitation of being in Morocco

The location of a property is great. The owner is very helpful and responsive. The rooms are clean and big. The shared space is very comfortable too. I truly recommend it!

At the beginning I couldn’t find the entrance to the riad but I quickly received help and that wasn’t a problem.

Călătoria a fost în luna decembrie. Temperaturile au fost destul de scăzute apropiindu-se de 0 grade către noapte. În camera sursa de încălzire a fost o aeroterma. Ținuta in priza toată ziua a mai încălzit camera dar nu la nivelul optim. De asemenea in restul riadului nefiind o alta sursă de încălzire a fost cam frig. Prin booking relaționarea cu proprietarul a fost foarte ok, am primit hârtie igienică și prosoape fara probleme. Are și o bucătărie care poate sa fie folosită fara probleme. Internetul a fost cam deficitar de asemenea dar țineți cont că peste tot in Maroc este cam la fel. Pentru excursii și alte activități recomand să căutați pe booking sunt preturi foarte bune și plecărilor se fac din fata Riadului. Riadul este situat într-un complex păzit care are langa magazine și restaurante la prețuri mai bune ca in alte parti. De asemenea are o poziție foarte buna fata de piata Medina unde se poate ajunge pe jos in maxim 20 minute, ceea ce este foarte bine din moment ce taxiurile sunt destul de scumpe. Per total recomand acest riad, a fost o alegere buna raportat la ceea ce se găsește în Marrakech.

Calitatea internetului Lipsa unei surse mai bune de încălzire

L hote très réactif dans les échanges. L emplacement calme la nuit. Bonne literie. L accès aux différents restaurants, à des prix très corrects dans la résidence.

Les chats qui se promènent dans la résidence, indépendant du propriétaire. La fermeture des portes avec des cadenas.

I have stayed here before and love it. Its a bit out of the centre from the main square but it is easily accessible by taxi. We didn't use pool but the cafe near the house and the shops are reasonable and good quality. The security on the gate is encouraging. Flexible arrival due to keys in safety box is useful when plans change. Overall a lovely riad and helpful owner and staff.

On arrival we had to pay the city tax , which I am aware of but I paid it to the man at the security gate and it appears he did not pay the hotel owner , which is a shame as that left a bit of animosity between us a he was not paid, and I had already paid the tax. One tip I would say is for the owner or his staff to ensure that when communicating with the guests in messages on booking .com, please confirm not to pay the security or anyone who asks and wait until they meet the owner at the Riad. It left me feeling guilty although I had paid already . Watch out for staff who offer to help you locate the riad as the man was stood at security and took the city tax., then he followed us to show us the riad. He talks to the security officer so is obviously known as staff there.

A bit difficult to find the location, no one really understood English so we were left wandering for about an hour before we could find the property.

Since the location is outside the city, you will end up paying a lot to taxis, effectively making it an expensive place to stay. The house was a bit hard to locate. I couldn't find the pool anywhere near the house! The nearby restaurants have poor reviews and have huge waiting times. The lady who was in charge of the house was scrolling though facebook/instagram in full volume, while we were trying to relax a bit in bed.

Nice living room, has a kitchen, convenient parking, good heating in the room!

Very soft mattresses that make your back ache, no breakfast, somewhat small bedroom space.

It's a self service accomodation, i.e., it does not have any staff. After booking you are given a code to unlock the key holder at the door and pick up the key for the front door and for your assigned room. Downstairs you will find a kitchen and a lounge area. Up the stairs there's the rooms and a small terrace. The Riad is located within a closed condominium near Bab Aylan. To enter the condominium you need to show the security guard your booking with the Riad and present passports. You are given a paper that will allow you to get in and out the gatted premises. Within the premises you'll find several restaurants and grocery shops with very reasonable prices. It is an excelente place to stay if you bring your own car or a rented one. The medina is across the street and place Jmaa El-Fnaa about 30 min walking.

Before I travelled to Marrakech I didn't really understand what a Riad was, but basically it's like a big 3 storey townhouse and there are hundreds of them around Marrakech. This one was part of a residential complex with gates and security, but this is commonplace (as per my taxi driver), so don't worry you're staying somewhere unsafe! This complex was just outside the big Medina wall, so it only took about 30/40 minutes to get into the centre. My airport taxi driver helped me find the property as it was night time and I was tired! My room was on the 2nd floor, I think the other 2 rooms were unoccupied so I had the whole house to myself. Kitchen and Living area were lovely but I didn't have time to use them as I was only there 2 nights and out sight seeing the entire time! I felt safe there as a lone traveller. The host communicated very well with instructions about where to find the key etc. My room was traditional and I slept very well. I'd definitely come back and stay here again. The food ( pizzas ) in some of the downstairs restaurants could benefit from some more layers ... My shower hook in the wall was broken ... Otherwise I loved everything else ... Especially the alcohol free beer ... 🍻 No headache the next day ... 😅

Bed bugs, and no communication with the owner. Never meet them. Room size was really small for two persons

Loved the location, Felt very safe, people are very friendly and helpful. Good cafes nearby. Really enjoyed getting the local bus to the Medina (only 3dhs).

Not the best if your'e a light sleeper. Building is a bit of an echo chamber but not much can be done about that. :0)

Got woken up at 01:30 in the night by someone constantly ringing the doorbell and banging on the door shouting “open the door!” Went on for about 20 mins. Turned out to be another guest, but it’s unacceptable that there’s someone that wants to check in (but can’t because there’s no reception or a person from the riad in the building) and he’s waking up all the other guests by banging and demanding to open the door. Also our check in was weird, since there was no one at the door en we found the keys in a unlocked keybox. WiFi didn’t work very well and the bathroom is very dark.

I was asked for extra 50 Dirham for some unspecified tax but the booking mentioned that all taxes are included in the purchase. I Payed 20 because i had no cash on me left as it was my last day.

Swimmingpool closed on Fridays, not heated, and all day in the shade. So not interesting in winter. It was not that far from the Square, but you have to cross some dirty areas where the smell of exhaust fumes from scooters is terrible, the smell is so heavy that it gets into your clothes. The walls are thin, you can hear everything from the neighbors.

-we enjoyed that the Riad wasn‘t within the walls of the Medina, but was within walking distance of it -multiple restaurants close to the Riad -the roof terrace was very nice -security at the entrance of the gated community is very helpful and nice

-very cold in the rooms and the AC didn‘t work -room wasn‘t ready when we arrived at 2 p.m. and we had to wait ~1 hour -beds were squeaky -thin walls (could hear the other guests talking in their rooms)

Not mentioned anywhere that it's in a secured residence. The host was not friendly, the rooms are really really small, only 2 power plugs per room (1 of them has the boiler in it, so you need to chose between using the plug or having hot water), beds make an awful lot of noise, shower is really small, the pool is not in the riad but somewhere away in the secured residence.

Pool was lovely, Sadki was very helpful and friendly, nice part of town to stay in.

The beds were very squeaky, but that’s about it! Other than that, great stay.

It's a new build in a condominium, which is not what I expected at all but it is very nice. On the edge of town but easy walk to the local medina and 20 - 30 minute walk to the main djemma al fna square, or a short taxi ride. Good, cheap restaurants 2 minutes away. Really nice swimming pools.

Swimming pool is a couple of hundred metres away up the street. Room is comfortable but small and hot.

The hotel was great value for money and we were looked after very well by the locals - they made us feel comfortable and it made our stay in Marrakesh 10/10

The location is around a 10/15 minute drive from Djemaa El Fna, however the taxi prices were very fair and reasonable so this was not an issue.
