Geen persoonlijk ontvangst door host en niet wegwijs gemaakt in de accomodatie. Helaas!

Bellissima posizione in mezzo al verde

We chose this apartment after our original accommodation in Vejle was unexpectedly cancelled by the host at the last minute while we were already travelling through Poland. It turned out to be a great alternative and excellent value for money. The apartment is located in a peaceful rural setting, which provided a relaxing atmosphere and plenty of outdoor space for our family. It was well-equipped, nicely furnished, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. With our own car, it was easy to reach both Vejle and Legoland, making it a convenient base for exploring the area.

There were only a couple of minor things that could be improved. The floors throughout the apartment are tiled, which made them feel quite cold underfoot. A few more rugs or providing slippers for guests would make the apartment much more comfortable. It would also be helpful if the host sent clear directions before arrival or placed a few signs around the farm property to make the accommodation easier to find. It was hard for us while we arrived late.

Emplacement calme.

Notre séjour dans ce logement de vacances a été malheureusement gâché par un manque flagrant de communication et un service client insatisfaisant. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été confrontés à un problème majeur : l'absence totale d'indications pour trouver le logement. Nous avons dû chercher par nous-mêmes l'entrée, sans aucune aide du propriétaire. La seule information que nous ayons reçue était un code pour la boîte à clés. Ce manque de proactivité est inacceptable pour un logement de vacances. De plus, une personne croisée sur place nous a ignorés et s'est éclipsée sans un mot, ce qui n'a fait qu'accentuer notre sentiment d'abandon. Pour couronner le tout, nous avons oublié des vêtements dans le logement. Lorsque nous avons contacté le propriétaire pour organiser le renvoi à nos frais, notre demande a été refusée pour "manque de temps". C'est une attitude incompréhensible et décevante, d'autant plus que nous proposions de prendre en charge les frais d'envoi. En résumé, la communication était inexistante et le service après-vente inacceptable. Nous ne recommandons absolument pas ce logement.
