Everything!!! This is higly recommended, for sure we will go again. Everything is super clean, internet is good enough for two person to work during day -8 hours. Car parking in street was not difficult for us. Sarti beach is 2 minutes by walking, same for pharmacy, souvenir shops, restaurants,etc. Those are GREAT people. We feel like home

Noi abbiamo soggiornato a inizio settembre, ancora alta stagione piena di turisti. Le camere spaziose e luminose. Noi eravamo al secondo piano in camera con balcone. La posizione perfetta… a due passi dal centro ma allo stesso tempo con un silenzio meraviglioso. La gentilezza e disponibilità di Giouli sempre pronta ad ascoltarci e indirizzarci al meglio. E a capirci nonostante il nostro inglese stentato. Da premiare anche la colazione preparata con cura dalla titolare, varia e con cose fresche sia dolci che salate. Infine, da non sottovalutare nonostante il periodo , il parcheggio si trovava facilmente o davanti alla struttura oppure nelle stradine adiacenti e tutto gratis.

Negli spazi comuni della struttura, come in generale il tutta Sithonia, il non avere aree ‘dedicate’ ai fumatori faceva sì che l’odore di fumo si sentisse parecchio e desse un po’ fastidio.

Petros and Giouli are really great hosts. They are very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast they offer is traditional greek cousin and it was very fresh and it was outstanding. Rooms and facilities are great and well thought for the entire stay. The location is great for a short walk to Sarti beach. But also great to drive and explore other beaches.

Our hosts are truly wonderful people — warm, empathetic, cheerful, incredibly friendly, and always attentive to their guests’ needs. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and, most importantly, completely at ease. The cleanliness is impeccable. The rooms are beautifully maintained, and the towels and bed linen are changed every two days or whenever needed. Everything is taken care of with great attention to detail and genuine care. Breakfast was an absolute delight — delicious, fresh, homemade food prepared with so much love. 🥰 Every morning was a wonderful way to start the day! The guesthouse is very close to the beach, and the view from the terrace is simply breathtaking. It is one of those special places where you can truly disconnect, relax, and feel that you have made exactly the right choice. What impressed us most, however, was the incredible feeling of safety, trust, and peace throughout our entire stay. We were able to go out during the day completely carefree, knowing that our belongings were safe in the room and that our car was parked right in front of the guesthouse. We never had even the slightest reason for concern. For us, that feeling of trust and tranquility meant a great deal, and it says so much about the wonderful people who take care of this place and their guests. It was a beautiful experience from beginning to end, and we would like to sincerely thank our hosts for their exceptional hospitality, kindness, care, and for making us feel so comfortable, welcome, and truly at home. ❤️ Our rating is, without any hesitation, 10/10! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Los buenos patrones, bastante amable y cómodo i limpio, con una terasa granda con vistas largas a las montañas y el mar, es para soñar. El desayuno rico con vistas al mar.

La coppia di proprietari è semplicemente squisita e ci ha fornito un’assistenza costante a 360 gradi (spiagge, ristoranti, parcheggi, supermarket). Ci ha anche lasciato dei souvenir al termine del soggiorno. La posizione è strategica rispetto alle migliori spiagge e vicino a un ampio parcheggio pubblico. Molto comoda la colazione sul rooftop, dotato anche di idromassaggio. Le stanze comprendono tutte le comodità (piano cottura, phon, frigorifero, stendibiancheria, etc) e dispongono di un ampio balcone.

Rispetto alle mie abitudini avrei preferito un alloggio un po’ più ampio, ma tutti gli aspetti positivi compensano ampiamente le dimensioni.

Хареса ми отношението на собствениците, винаги усмихнати и готови да помогнат, просто са чудесни хора. Беше чисто. Закуската богата с много вкусни банички. Центъра е близко пеша 2 мин.

Не ми хареса малката тясна стая(бяхме трима човека) и тесните улици, трудно е с паркирането особенно с по голяма кола. Всеки ден тръгването и прибирането си беше предизвикателство. Не бих се върнал повече въпреки всичките плюсове на хотела.

It has been only two days since we returned from Sarti, and we already miss it! The reason гfor this is not only the crystal-clear sea and the view of the majestic Mount Athos, but also our wonderful, hospitable hosts - Julie and Petros. Every morning they welcomed us with a warm "Kalimera", a big smile, and a delicious, hearty breakfast on the beautiful terrace. We would gladly return to the exact same place, the same hotel, and the same room. A huge thank you to Julie and Petros for making our stay so pleasant and comfortable! Ο Πέτρος και η Γιούλη ΑΝΘΡΩΠΟΙ έτοιμοι να σε εξυπηρετήσουν σε ότι χρειαστείς! Τα καταλύματα πεντακάθαρα και άνετα. Το τζακούζι στην ταράτσα με θέα την Σάρτη, ήταν το κερασάκι στην τούρτα! Η Σάρτη; Η καλύτερη περιοχή για διακοπές!

Bizi karşılayan hanımefendi kaldığımız süre boyunca her zaman desteğini eksik etmedi. Plaj, resturant vb önerileri çok iyiydi. Merkezi konum. 80 metre ile sahil ve resturantlara ulaşabiliyorsunuz. Çok keyif aldık. Petros a tşk ederiz.

Staying at Petros House during our vacation in Sarti was an unforgettable experience. Petros House is close to many food markets, stores, restaurants, the main town square and the beach; everything is at a short walking distance and yet located on a quiet street. The courtyard and the rooms are beautiful, comfortable and kept impeccably, but the true "jewel" of this property is the rooftop - providing unparalleled panoramic view of the town, the surrounding mountains and the sea. Early morning, midday or late in the evening; lounging on one of the comfortable chairs, sun beds or the jacuzzi, you will feel the constant breeze, the fresh air and the sounds of Greece and, for a while, you'll forget about time. Giouli and Petros are wonderful and caring hosts, and they go out of their way to ensure every guest is comfortable and welcomed as family. We thoroughly enjoyed the most hearty and delicious breakfast prepared by Giouli every day, and we loved learning about the history of Sarti from Petros. Thank you so much for having us and we hope to see you again soon!

We had an excellent stay at Pertos House in Sarti. The apartment was spotless, the bed was new and exceptionally comfortable, and the location was perfect—just a short walk from the beach. Julie and Petros were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Pertos House and would gladly stay here again!

Petros and Giouli were very warm and helpful. I felt right at home. The location was also excellent; it's a 4-minute walk from a lively market and beach, perfect for spending evenings.

wspaniałe miejsce na wypoczynek w Sarti, które tworzą przede wszystkim wspaniali właściciele - Giouli i Petros! Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z tak gościnnymi, pomocnymi i życzliwymi gospodarzami obiektu, których zapamiętam na długo! :))) Nocleg bardzo nam się podobał, w pokojach wszystko co potrzebne, a śniadania bardzo dobre i urozmaicone. Miejsce ma swój urok - na górze obiektu jacuzzi z widokiem na morze, z którego można skorzystać podczas pobytu. Obiekt świetnie ulokowany - bardzo blisko do plaży i knajpek. Bardzo nam się podobał pobyt w Petros House i jeśli będziemy wracać to tylko tutaj bo gościnność i pomoc właścicieli jest nie do opisania :) polecam wszystkim niezdecydowanym! do zobaczenia za rok! <3

Great place to stay! The room was very clean and comfortable, the location was perfect, and the breakfast was really good. The hosts were friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Everything was well organized and exceeded our expectations. We had a fantastic time and would definitely come back. Highly recommended!

Simply 10/10! It really exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, the owner gave us an upgrade and she was very kind and helpful with everything we asked. There was even a beautiful terrace with a jacuzzi which was the best way to end our day. All in all, everything was amazing, thank you very much for this wonderful stay!

Die Unterkunft war top. Super ausgestattet und von der Dachterrasse hat man einen super Ausblick. Die Host sind super lieb und unglaublich hilfsbereit. Wir hatten ein extrem schöne Zeit da und würden immer wieder gerne kommen.

Alles war fantastisch. Giouli war unfassbar freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie hat uns Restaurants und Strände direkt empfohlen. Das Haus sieht sehr schön aus, die Dachterrasse hat einen super Ausblick, und das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gemütlich.

Η Γιούλη και ο Πέτρος είναι από τους ανθρώπους που σε κάνουν να νιώθεις αμέσως σαν στο σπίτι σου. Απίστευτα φιλόξενοι, χαμογελαστοί και ευγενικοί. Best place to stay in Sarti!!! First of all the hosts Petros and Giouli were the most amazing welcoming open minded and warm hearted people! You can come to them with any problem that may occur and they will help you. Next our Rooms…what can I say, they were amazing: private balcony, new AC, beautiful Bathroom and private pantry kitchen. We even learned a bit of the history of Sarti through Petros, who didn’t hesitate to talk to us while hanging out with us on the rooftop bar. Plus…. There is a Jacuzzi on the rooftop bar with a breathtaking view of the city, sea and mountains!

Everything about Petros House, from the location, to the hosts, to the rooms and staff, was perfect. The room is close to Sarti Beach and the center of Sarti. The hosts are very nice and helpful, and go above and beyond to make sure everything with the stay is perfect. The rooms and overall building are very clean and well taken care of and the rooftop is ideal to enjoy a frappe with some breakfast!

We had a wonderful stay in Petro’s house in Sarti! The apartment was very clean and well taken care of, which made us feel comfortable from the start. The location is perfect – close to everything, with the beach, restaurants, and shops just a short walk away. The hosts were fantastic, very welcoming and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, a great experience and definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone visiting Sarti.

Hosts are very good and friendly people. The room was nice and clean with everything we needed. On top of the house is a very nice bar where hosts will treat you like you're part of the family. Breakfast was served there in the morning, and it was very good. The location is great. Beach, supermarket, and parking are all very close. It was a very pleasant stay in Sarti.

For my family everything was perfect, quiet and a comfortable bed, close to the beach and restaurants. A wonderful vacation and the hosts were very helpful. They recommended the most wonderful beach and helped me get to a doctor for our son who had an allergy and so we could continue to enjoy the remaining days. We felt so good that next year we will return here. Delicious breakfast in a wonderful place. We thank Giouli and Petros from the bottom of our hearts for a wonderful vacation in Sarti!

Great facility, amazing hospitality

The hosts are truly wonderful and always ready to help. I had a problem with my car at one of the beaches. Since the owner is the only mechanic in Sarti, he came right away—even though it was a Sunday—and fixed the problem with his team. Highly recommended.
