Location, view, air condition, hot water, balcony, parking, very friendly stuff, value for money and quality breakfast. 5 stars for Giannis and his recommendations. He was there whatever it was needed and had great recommendations.

Miejsce w którym czuliśmy się wyjątkowo. Troskliwy właściciel który doradzał i pomagał nam w każdej sprawie z którą się zwróciliśmy. Przepiękny widok z okna, stare miasto w odległości krótkiego spaceru, przepyszne śniadania - wszystko to sprawiło że dwa spędzone tam dni były dla nas magiczne i będziemy je zawsze pamiętać.

Le personnage à la réceptionne. Excellente personne qui vous fait decouvrir sa région sur une carte qu’il vous donne. Les lieux et adresses à faire et à voir. Top merci Mrs.

Personnel très accueillant, on a eu de très bons conseils. Superbe vue à quelques minutes en voiture de Monenvasia. Propre et confortable. La pression d'eau à la douche était remarquable. Très bon petit déjeuner et pas cher. Magnifique endroit!

Ωραίο ξενοδοχείο στη νέα Μονεμβασιά. Ο ιδιοκτήτης μας υποδέχτηκε με ένα μεγάλο χαμόγελο και μας έδωσε πολλές και χρήσιμες πληροφορίες. Τα δωμάτια πολύ καθαρά με όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι.

Δεν βρήκαμε κάτι αρνητικό.

L'accueil du patron, le lit, la propreté. Vue sur la mer et le rocher. Petit-déjeuner correct, qui nous a été offert. 1km de la digue, 2km du castro, largement faisable à pied.

Hôtel dans son jus, manque de prises électriques, déco vieillotte ou inexistante, du rafraîchissement à faire. Toute la salle d'eau est à refaire (douche ok, rideau de douche douteux).Alentours en chantier, pas très joli. La vue sur la mer est agréable, mais barrée par cet environnement.

I had a wonderful experience staying here. Yanik was incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming from the very beginning. Everything was clean and well taken care of, and the view from the room was absolutely beautiful. The nearby beach was also lovely and very convenient. Yanik gave me so much useful information about Monemvasia, as well as recommendations for places I could visit along the rest of my trip. He was always available to help, and when another couple and I had some unexpected emergencies, he went out of his way to help us. What really stood out to me was how much passion and love he puts into his work and into his land. You can truly feel how much he cares about Monemvasia and about making people feel welcome. I feel very lucky to have had the opportunity to stay here and meet such a wonderful person. I would absolutely recommend this place, and I hope to come back someday!

Accoglienza dello staff con menzione speciale per il proprietario, davvero prodigo di utili ed interessanti indicazioni. La possibilità di avere la colazione presso l’albergo, con una ottima varietà offerta, è un plus non indifferente. La posizione, a 5 min di auto dal parcheggio più vicino alla rocca di Monemvasia.

Άνετο και καθαρό δωμάτιο, πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο της Μονεμβασιάς και με απίστευτη θέα στο κάστρο. Ο κ. Γιάννης πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός, με πολλές πληροφορίες για την περιοχή. Parking για το αυτοκίνητο και γενικά μια άριστη επιλογή για την περιοχή. Αν επισκεφθούμε την περιοχή ξανά, σίγουρα θα το προτιμήσουμε για τη διαμονή μας.

Un soggiorno davvero perfetto, reso ancora più speciale dalla presenza di Yannis il gestore dell’hotel, una persona semplicemente eccezionale, estremamente professionale e, soprattutto, dotata di una straordinaria umanità. Durante il nostro soggiorno abbiamo avuto un serio problema con la nostra auto e Yannis si è prodigato ben oltre ciò che ci si potrebbe aspettare da un gestore di hotel. Ci ha aiutato moltissimo, seguendoci e supportandoci nella risoluzione del problema con una disponibilità, una gentilezza e una competenza davvero rare. Possiamo dire senza esitazione che il suo intervento ha letteralmente **salvato la nostra vacanza**. È stato un punto di riferimento prezioso in un momento di difficoltà e non dimenticheremo la sua grande umanità. Oltre alla sua professionalità, abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la sua cordialità, la disponibilità e il modo autentico con cui si prende cura dei propri ospiti. Sono proprio queste qualità umane a fare la differenza e a rendere un soggiorno davvero indimenticabile. L’hotel è inoltre situato in una location molto piacevole, ideale per godersi il soggiorno in tranquillità. La colazione è stata ottima, ricca e curata, un modo perfetto per iniziare ogni giornata. In conclusione, è stata un’esperienza splendida sotto ogni punto di vista. Bagno piccolo e doccia migliorabile. Per il resto niente da segnalare, se non in positivo, p.e. acqua sempre offerta.

Un trato muy amable y hospitalario, se preocupaban de que disfrutaras de la estancia. El desayuno espectacular, mucha cantidad y variedad, todo de buena calidad.

Las instalaciones anticuadas, necesitaría una renovación. No obstante, suficiente para pasar unos días y con una relación calidad/precio más que aceptable.

La ubicación. El personal muy agradable y cercano, el recepcionista nos dio consejos para movernos y donde comer. Muy contentos con la estancia!

L hôtel est simple mais propre et bien situé et son proprietaire est d une gentilesse inouie! Il nous a super bien conseillé et nous avons pu profiter encore plus de notre séjour dans la région! Un vrai régal.

Excellent views and an exceptional host, Yiannis goes out of his way above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay in Monemvasia, his knowledge of the area and what to do and where to go is exceptional and he embodies the Greek "Filotimo", a generous and kind host.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte e ci siamo trovati bene. Le camere sono basiche come si può vedere dalle foto online e pulite. La colazione è semplice ma con prodotti di qualità sia dolci che salati e viene rifornita assiduamente. Il personale è tutto molto cordiale e disponibile.

Ein sehr schönes, familiengeführtes Hotel mit tollem Blick auf den Hügel mit dem Castro. Schöne Zimmer mit Klimaanlagen. Vom Hotelbesitzer tolle Tipps erhalten wo man gut und sehr lecker Essen gehen kann, sowie Ausflugsziele wo man Tolle Sandstrände findet, wie z.B Plitra. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig mit regionalen Produkten. Wir werden wieder hinfahren.

Eigentlich können wir hier nichts mitteilen.

Ολα ήταν άψογα. Ο οικοδεσπότης κύριος Γιάννης καταπληκτικός σε όλα. Ευγενέστατος, πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει ακόμα και στις παραλίες που θα πάμε και τι ώρα να μπούμε στο κάστρο και που θα βγούμε φωτογραφίες. Το πρωινό πληρέστατο. Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται μπροστά στη θάλασσα με ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ και από το μπαλκόνι χαζεύεις την θάλασσα και τα κύματα. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό και σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε.

Το μόνο ίσως αρνητικό ήταν το μικρό μπάνιο αλλά μπροστά σε όλα τα πολλά καλά δεν μας επηρέασε καθόλου στη διαμονή μας.

Posizione ottima, fuori dalla cittadina ma raggiungibile in pochi minuti in auto. Ottima l’accoglienza dell’ host. Colazione abbondante e varia. Camera pulita e ben organizzata.

Приємний господар, готовий поділитися своїми знаннями стосовно місць, які варто відвідати. Гарний вид з номера на острів. В номері є холодильник та балкон з чудовим видом.

В номері 19 кондиціонер, який після 5 хвилин роботи, починає працювати дуже громко, це торохтіння неможливо витримати. Вимикала його і вмикали знову, бо без кондиціонера було дуже жарко, а з ним - нестримно дратівливо. В готелі немає ліфту, в є вузькі спиральні сходи, з валізою підніматися важко. Не вистачало стаканів в номері. Було б чудово мати чайник та чашки.

Ο κύριος Γιάννης ήταν το καλύτερο κομμάτι του ξενοδοχείου! Μας βοήθησε πολύ να φτιάξουμε το πρόγραμμα διακοπών μας, γεμάτος ζεστασιά και χαμόγελο! Το ξενοδοχείο δίπλα στη Μονεμβασιά για να την εξερευνήσεις. Πολύ καλή σχέση ποιότητας και τιμής! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

The location is perfect near the city center. Excellent view of Monemvasia. Giannis was very helpful and polite. He gave us many information about the city.

Propriétaires très sympathiques aussi bien l'homme à l'accueil qui nous a donné de très bons conseils. La personne qui s'occupe des petits déjeuners était charmante.(très bons jus d'orange) 😊

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und haben direkt dutzende Tips bekommen, wo wir noch hinfahren könnten. Das Zimmer hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf den Berg von Monemvasia. Fussläufig ist die Altstadt in 30 MInuten zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und viel zu viel.

Das Bad ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionell immer noch in Ordnung. Nachts war es bei geöffnetem Fenster nicht ganz leise, da die Strasse den Berg nach oben schallt. Wir wohnen allerdings zu Hause auf dem Land und sind es eher ruhig gewohnt ;-)

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο. Ο κ. Γιάννης ήταν πάντα εκεί να μας δώσει πληροφορίες για τη Μονεμβασιά και ο,τι άλλο χρειαστεί. Πολύ καθαρά δωμάτια και μάλιστα μας άλλαξαν πετσέτες και καθάρισαν το δωμάτιο μετά το πρώτο βράδυ (μείναμε δυο). Η τοποθεσία είναι ο,τι πρέπει με υπέροχη θέα!

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι λίγο παλιό αλλά μπορείς να μείνεις άνετα και οικονομικά

Yannis, el manager, es muy amable y servicial.Me dio muy buenos consejos. El hotel tiene muy buenas vistas que se pueden disfrutar desde la terraza de la habitación.

Οικονομικό ξενοδοχείο, κοντά στο κάστρο της Μονεμβασιας. Δεν είναι πολυτελές, αλλα κοιμάσαι άνετα ένα βράδυ.

We enjoyed the great view from our balcony of Monemvasia. The hotel is very clean and bed linens weee crisp. We appreciated all the recommendations and local information our host, Yannis, gladly provided. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful. While not in the centre of town, it is just off the main road and only a five minute drive to all the action.

The bathroom was very small but we managed.

Ήταν ένα απλό και ωραίο ξενοδοχείο 2 λεπτά με το αμάξι από το κέντρο του χωριού και την γέφυρα που πάει απέναντι στη Μονεμβασιά. Καθαρό και πολύ φιλόξενο. Ο κύριος Γιάννης πολύ φιλικός και βοηθητικός πρόθυμος να μας δώσει τιπς για τη καλύτερη δυνατή εμπειρία στην ευρύτερη περιοχή. Μας προσέφερε επίσης ομπρέλες χωρίς κάποια χρέωση για να είμαστε πιο άνετοι σε όποια παραλία είχαμε σκοπό να πάμε. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

Goed gelegen voor bezoek Monemvasia en Elafonissos

Bien que "dans son jus" au premier abord, cet hôtel était très propre et le couchage très confortable. Le patron est très accueillant et plein de bons conseils. Le parking était en travaux au moment de notre arrivée et il nous a néanmoins trouvé une solution très satisfaisante. La vue est magique, le petit déjeuner aussi !

La douche est petite et le rideau de douche c'est pas très confortable. Manque de prises électriques.

Location is good not so far from the rock. Nice view at sunrise from our window. Parking. The receptionist who welcomed us explained a lot of things about Monemvasia's history, we could feel how passionated he was.

The hotel is quite outdated and needs to be refreshed. There was an awful toilet smell in the bathroom.

Big room with a nice big balcony. The person at the reception was very helpful with indications of nice places to visit. Hotel out of the noisy center.

The hotel is a bit old. Small bathrooms equipped like 1970, should be completely redone. Fridge a bit noisy. Hotel rooms should have silent fridge inside furniture, to reduce the noise. Parking with sharp stones and dust should be paved.

Tiene parking. El personal super agradable, nos recomendaros, nos organizaron, muy contento con ellos. El desayuno muy muy correcto. Las vistas y la terraza muy muy bien. Con nevera en la habitación. Cuando reservamos no tenían camas de matrimonio y al llegar nos cambiaron de habitación para tener cama grande.

El plato de ducha para una persona corpulenta como yo es pequeño. El aparato de aire acondicionado hacía ruido.

Sehr gute Lage ausserhalb des Zentrums (3min mit Auto), ruhig, private Parkplätze, Balkon mit fantastischer Aussicht (Meer, Sonnenaufgang), sehr gastfreundlicher Besitzer (gab uns viele Tipps und hat uns auch einiges über Monemvasia’s Geschichte erzählt)

L'accueil du gérant directeur propriétaire, qui nous a présenté pendant plus de 20 minutes le site et toute la région. Il nous a également fortement aidé pour nous rendre facilement sur le site de la vieille ville de Monemvassia. La situation de l'hôtel en dehors de la ville, et donc en retrait de l'agitation touristique.

Les équipements de la chambre sont certes utiles et suffisants pour une nuit mais certains mériteraient un petit rafraîchissement.

Posizione perfetta con vista sulla rocca, camere pulite e letti comodi.. c'è anche il caricatore wireless per cellulari. Sicuramente la differenza la fanno le persone che ci hanno accolto che con la loro gentilezza e disponibilità ci hanno dato tutte le informazioni e anche di più per passare 2 giorni meravigliosi a monemvasia.
