The property was beautiful, very clean and well maintained. The view was truly special and made the stay particularly enjoyable. The apartment had a lovely atmosphere and felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Overall, a very pleasant place to stay.

Nous avons eu le plaisir de réserver un week-end en famille. Kishen nous a accueillis avec une attention remarquable, digne de personnalités de marque. Son professionnalisme est véritablement irréprochable, faisant preuve d'une grande conscience, d'une gentillesse exemplaire et d'un dévouement certain. Il nous a aimablement informés de toutes les commodités offertes par la villa. Notre séjour fut mémorable, marqué par une tranquillité absolue et une vue imprenable sur la mer, offrant un panorama océanique incomparable. L'appartement, doté de deux chambres avec salles de bain attenantes, est très spacieux. Il comprend une grande cuisine entièrement équipée, une salle à manger et un salon offrant une vue sur la mer grâce à de larges baies vitrées, permettant de contempler le paysage. Le mobilier est de qualité, assurant un confort digne d'un hôtel cinq étoiles. Une piscine commune est à disposition, ainsi qu'un vaste jardin agrémenté d'un terrain de pétanque et d'équipements pour explorer les lagons. Un espace avec tables et chaises est aménagé pour les repas en plein air, et un coin barbecue est disponible, complété par des transats et des fauteuils. Les animaux de compagnie sont les bienvenus. Un parking sécurisé est également disponible. Nous avons passé un week-end très agréable, dans la tranquillité et sans stress. Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement. Nous avons d'ailleurs déjà effectué une nouvelle réservation pour un prochain week-end.

Très bon accueil, appartement spacieux et bien équipé ! Calme et sécurisé. Très bien situé si vous êtes avec une voiture. Situé entre les belles plages de l'est et celles du nord ! Le gardien Satis extrêmement sympathique et serviable ainsi que Kychan responsable du domaine. On y retournera avec grand plaisir !

这家酒店是我毛里求斯7天之旅最棒的一家酒店，虽然不是星级酒店，但给我的体验是最好的。这很大原因是帮我们办理入住手续的印度裔大叔，对待我们像家人般的服务。一到店就认出我们是中国人，就一直用“你好”“谢谢”“不用客气”等词语与我们交流，还跟我们分享他的晚餐-印度飞饼，给我们摘院子里的芒果吃，帮我们打开泳池里的灯和海边的灯，带我们去海边看景，说哪些地方可以游泳，让我们玩尽兴。这位大叔很热情，他让我想起了我的外公，我也很遗憾我的英语不太好，所以交流不是很顺畅，不然我很想和他畅聊。另外，这家酒店的风景也很美，离海很近，夜晚的海很美。我和我的妻子都很感动，也玩得很开心，对这次的住宿体验超级满意。感谢这家酒店给我们这次的旅游非常美好的回忆，感谢这位印度裔大叔。来中国一定要联系我，哈哈。

Sehr schöne neue Unterkunft. Die kleine Küche (zwei Herdplatten) ist bestens eingerichtet, sogar Salz, Oel und Essig stand bereit. Sehr schöne Aussicht auf das Meer. Im Garten geben die Palmen schön Schatten und der kleine Pool lädt zur Abkühlung, Sehr nettes Personal. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, man braucht aber ein Auto. Nächster Sandstrand 5 min zu Fuss, für die schöneren Strände braucht es rund 15 min Autofahrt. Leider keine Restaurants in der Nähe.

The view of the sea and the pool. Kishan the caretaker was such a great guy, always helpful with typical Mauritian hospitality, he'll even cut open coconuts fresh from the trees for you to drink the coconut water. The cleaners are there most of time and do a great job - 5 stars all round vis-avis the staff - merci Kishan!

The kitchen needs a plate drying rack.

not recommended. definitely not worth it for the price you pay, you can find much better alternatives around the area for the same price or lower. views are great but the place is only for views.

over 3 days, we saw many many cockroaches and lizards in the kitchen cabinets and lizard feces inside plates, pans and pots daily. of course with nature and in a beautiful island like this, we expect all types of bugs and wildlife but none of the other houses we stayed around the island and nearby in much more natural settings had cockroaches, and so many. the ocean in front or nearby are not swimmable. even though they say with sea shoes - it's not easy or nice. it smells and has sea urchins all around so can be quite dangerous and is unpleasant. you definitely have to get in your car and drive to go to a nice beach nearby (there are many) to add to this experience, we also had a big party happening from other guests while we stayed there. we chose this accommodation for peace and quiet since it said no parties or events, and paid extra for the upper large apartment. even though listing says events and parties are not allowed and no noise after 10pm, there was a party of 15 adults and 10 children taking over the entire common area, playing loud music, setting fireworks and being incredibly loud while other guests staying in other apartments and rooms were present. very disrespectful. when we asked the establishment about no parties and the noise, owners did nothing and said these party guests booked multiple rooms. so if you book 2 rooms at least, the 'no events or party rule' doesn't seem to apply and you can do whatever you want.

Pas de machines à laver la vaisselle dommage ! Pas de plage pour se baigner. Trop de rochers, mais il y a une petite plage très mignonne pas loin.

Tämä iso loma-asunto ”Fragnipane” oli aivan ihana. Kaikilta loksahti suut auki kun päästiin asuntoon. Asunto oli iso, keittiö- olohuone oli yksi iso huone, lasiset ovet joka suuntaan jotka saatiin auki. Isot makuhuoneet ja kaksi erillistä kylpyhuonetta. Toisesta makuuhuoneesta avautui hienot merimaisemat. Viihtyisä uima-allas oli 2m päässä ja meri 5m päässä. Kaikki tarvittavat löytyi asunnosta, astianpesukone, iso jääkaappi ja iso pakastin, jääpalakone, kaasuliesi joka oli todella hyvä, ulko-grilli paikka, aurinko tuoleja, pesukone siis kaikki mitä voi tarvita. Isäntä Kishan oli todellinen helmi. Auttavainen, aina iloinen ja piti huolen siitä että meillä oli kaikki hyvin. Yövartija oli myös todella mukava. Kattava ruokakauppa tosi lähellä ja sen vieressä saaren paras Pizzapaikka. 4km lähimpään isompaan kylään missä on hedelmä ym markkinat.

Apparemment Veloutier situé à l'étage, une vue incroyable, magnifique appartement, très bonne literie , la 2eme chambre a 4 lits simples mais pas de lit double. Ménage fait régulièrement, Kissan fait un travail incroyable, la piscine et le jardin sont toujours propre, il est d'une gentillesse incroyable, merci encore 🙏🏻

From the first moment I felt secure and welcome especially by Kishan. He was making sure during my stay that I felt safe. Also there is a security guard at night adding to the safety. The view is amazing, the location provides silence and peace. It was the perfect stay for the first couple of nights to arrive on the island.

Only thing I didn’t like was the strong noise level from the room through the connecting door. For me it was luckily only one night. But that should be fixed.

Diese Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir wurden von Kishan sehr herzlich empfangen. Er hat uns auch bei allen anderen Fragen sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend geholfen. Die Unterkunft ist mit einer kleinen Küche ausgestattet. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Unterkunft liegt im Osten der Insel. Hier ist es ruhig und lange nicht so touristisch. Zum nächsten kleinen Supermarkt sind es ca. 600 m und in die nächste größere Stadt sind es ca. 3 km. Das Meer grenzt direkt an das Grundstück und man hat einen fantastischen Blick! Sowohl aus dem Zimmer, als auch vom Grundstück aus. Diese Unterkunft ist absolut zu empfehlen! Mietwagen notwendig! Wer es insgesamt etwas ruhiger mag, ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.

Das Personal was sehr freundlich und das Studio (unten links) sauber und ordentlich. Von der Terrasse aus hat man direkten Zugang zum Pool und kann das Meer hören und sehen. Wir hatten Glück mit den Nachbarn, denn alle waren sehr umsichtig (alle vier Studios belegt). Auch die Küche ist mit allem ausstattet, was man für ein kleines Frühstück oder ein schnelles Abendessen braucht; allerdings ist kein Abzug vorhanden. Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt.

Die Anzeige zeigt fast ausschließlich Fotos eines der beiden großen Apartments im Haupthaus, aber nur wenige bis keine der vier kleinen Studios. Der Stil der Apartments ist definitiv ein anderer und ansprechender. Die Studios sind auch schön eingerichtet, nur eben kleiner!

Das einzig „negative“ ist, dass es in der Gegend nicht so viele Restaurants gibt.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der 1. Etage, zweite Reihe. Mega Blick auf das Meer ( auch wenn Baden eher schwierig aufgrund der Steine ist). Schöne Terrasse. Super nettes Personal Zimmer mit Küche sind sehr komfortabel. TV über Internet (wen es interessiert).

Aucun accueil de la part du personnel. Premier contact au bout de 2 jours, un vigile ( enfin nous pensons car aucune présentation de sa part ) nous saute dessus à 21h pour nous donner un téléphone avec une personne qui nous réclame la taxe avec un ton menaçant. Personnel très peu souriant dans l’ensemble. Studio mal isolé et très loin de tout nécessité d’un véhicule pour se déplacer. Il était également sale à notre arrivée.

Die Zimmer sind schön gestaltet und auch gut aufgeteillt. Die Küche war ausreichend ausgerüstet und der Service von dem Betreuungsteam sehr freundlich und entgegendkommend. Jede Anafrage oder Wunsch wurde sofort umgesetzt.

Im der Wohnung ist kein Tisch zum Spielen oder Essen, dafür mussten wir auf die Terasse gehen, dass bei gutem Wetter kein Problem war. Der fehlende Strand hätte vielleich mit ein oder zwei Kanus oder SUP's zur Erkundung der Küste ausgeglichen werden.

No real beach in front of the property, but we still managed to swim in the rocky lagoon. Swimming shoes provided to walk on the volcanic rocks. Some beautiful beaches are nearby, though.

Wunderschöne Anlage. Sehr moderne, stilvolle Appartments mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Freundliches Personal das sich liebevoll um alles kümmert.

Baden im Meer eher nicht zu empfehlen, da sehr steinig. Mit Badeschuheb geht‘s, man läuft aber ne Weile bis das Wasser etwas tiefer wird - achtung, sehr viele Seeigel!

De locatie was werkelijk fantastisch, al het nodige was aanwezig ,het personeel was erg vriendelijk en het was er erg rustgevend. De foto's van de accommodatie waren zeker nauwkeurig want soms kan dit al eens tegenvallen. Het is bijzonder aangenaam om te ontwaken met zo'n uitzicht. Wat ik zelf erg leuk vond om te vernemen in de info die beschikbaar is in de accommodatie, dat de 3 zussen die de eigenaars zijn ook zelf hun jeugd op die plek hebben doorgebracht tijdens weekends en vakanties.

Le cadre est exceptionnel et l'appartement très confortable. Les volumes et la vue mer émerveillent. Le personnel (Keeshan) est très accueillant et bienveillant.

The view was just perfect. I like the fact that walking up and pulling the curtains I could see the sea and a beautiful sunrise. We were on first floor and I think I prefer it to the ground floor because of the wider range of the view. The room was fully equipped and clean.

Our room was interconnected with another room through a door. Unfortunately I had a french neighbour who woke up at 3.30 am and spoke loudly on the phone for almost 2hrs! I couldn't sleep. The soundproofing was great except for the door. Not all guests respect the silence period from 10 pm to 7am unfortunately or guests are not aware that they might be disturbing their neighbours.

Maybe a bit more coffee cups and or teabags. And I would've liked some information in the room about Roches Noires, where to find like a supermarket etc.

On our last night had guests in upstairs apartment loud music to 1am, talking laughing and moving furniture about until 3am.

Canari Waterfront Villas looks the same as u can see on the photos. All what u need u will have there. Havent any problems to find it. Beaches good for swimming are located a little further from the accommodation/ with car will be perfect

I loved the stay with my husband near the seaside. We were also allowed to bring our pet dog. The villa was clean and very beautiful. Mr Kishan and other staffs were welcoming and also offered us coconut water. I highly recommend this place. We also got a late checkout and I appreciate it. We will surely be back soon.

We were welcomed by Mr Kishen who was helpful and explained the property and facilities to us. The room was fabulous, spacious, and the view was the cherry on the cake. We were impressed by the location and cleanliness, maintenance of the whole property specially the kitchenette appliances of the room and the barbecue space near the pool.
