Everything! Friendly hosts, very helpful, even gave us drinks for free. Very cool little house very close to the falls. Monkeys on our terrace.

A little more room to store some stuff in the bathroom would be nice, but that’s about all ‘bad’ I have to say :)

Le cadre est exceptionnel, face aux cascades, le soir, un calme absolu.La visite des singes sur notre terrasse à la nuit tombée. Si l'on veut passer un séjour atypique, c'est le lieu à choisir. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Location is top notch, waterfall viewpoint hardly 50m away and waterfall itself is not too far as well. Waterfall view from living room window is amazing

Lighting could have been a bit brighter specially in washroom and shower

The view from the house was epic, we got direct view of the waterfall. Also, the interior was very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Extraordinaire, la vue, le paysage, le personnel, l’accueil tout est incroyable pour le prix que c’est. J’aurais été prêt à payer 300-400 euros pour cette hébergement donc n’hésitez pas 1 seule seconde !

Je me suis retrouvé après 5 minutes de douche sans eau chaude ce qui est TOTALEMENT normal dans un lieu comme celui ci. Le système d’alimentation est différent et c’est totalement légitime de avoir moins d’eau chaude dans un lieu autant en pente avec une belle vue.

Die Lage war ein Traum und die Betreiber waren sehr zuvorkommend. Haben sogar einen Willkommenstee bekommen. Wir haben das Frühstück dazu gebucht was echt ein gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis war und der frisch ausgepresste Orangensaft mit dem schönen Ausblick war einfach traumhaft.

Minimaler Schimmel was aber aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit neben dem Wasserfall wahrscheinlich schwer zu vermeiden ist. Das Frühstück war sehr pikant (viele Oliven usw.) aber war insgesamt trotzdem sehr lecker.

Un accueil irréprochable et une qualité de service tout simplement exceptionnelle. Un grand merci à BADR, qui a su prendre soin de nous avec beaucoup de professionnalisme et d’attention tout au long du séjour. Grâce à lui, notre expérience a été encore plus agréable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons vivement cet établissement !

Tout était nickel

Emplacement génial. Vue imprenable. On y a très bien dormi. Expérience unique. Accueil chaleureux avec du thé et aide à porter les valises.

Immagina di svegliarti non con la sveglia del telefono, ma con il suono costante e potente delle cascate. L'aria del mattino a Tikida è fresca, profumata di menta e terra bagnata. Aprire la finestra e vedere il vapore acqueo che si alza tra gli ulivi è l’inizio perfetto di ogni giornata. Il vero cuore della Tikida House è l'accoglienza. Non è solo un hotel, è come essere ospitati da vecchi amici. Il Tè alla Menta servito con il classico rito marocchino sulla terrazza, mentre il sole tramonta tingendo le rocce di rosso. I Sapori: Una tajine cucinata lentamente, con ingredienti locali, che ha tutto un altro sapore quando la mangi guardando le cascate. Quando i turisti giornalieri vanno via, Tikida House diventa un’oasi di pace assoluta. Un grazie speciale va a Badr per essersi preso cura di noi! Grazie di cuore! Alla prossima!

Miejsce absolutnie cudowne, po 17:00 zamykają się stragany, rozchodzą turyści a w dolinie zostajemy tylko my w Tilkida house i małpki :) Zostaliśmy przywitani herbatką i przekąskami..:) polecam na ciepłe dni bo od wodospadu wieje chłodkiem, można podziwiać szum wody z tarasu

Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld der Anreise war superb. Man kann mit den Instruktionen, ergänzt durch Fotos, schlicht nicht verloren gehen. Der Parkplatz wird über Nacht abgesperrt. Es empfiehlt sich wirklich nur das aus dem Auto mitzunehmen, was man wirklich braucht. Der Weg ist doch beträchtlich und mit vielen Stufen. Das Häuschen ist exakt wie beschrieben. Die Betten sind bequem. Alles ist picobello sauber. Direkt nach dem Check in haben wir eine weitere Nachricht mit Infos zu unserem Aufenthalt bekommen. Wir haben Frühstück dazu genommen.(€ 5 p.P.), was sich auf jeden Fall lohnt. Man sollte vielleicht wissen, dass die getrennten Betten sich im Wohnraum befinden. Von diesem geht auch die Toilette ab. Der Zugang zur Dusche erfolgt über das Schlafzimmer mit dem großen Bett. Dieses hat eine Schiebetür zum Wohnraum und kein Fenster. Was wir besonders geschätzt haben, war die Möglichkeit, die Waschmaschine auf der Terrasse zu nutzen.

Einziger Wermutstropfen war die Restaurantempfehlung zum Abendessen, der wir gefolgt sind. Es gab keine Speisekarte, weshalb wir auch keine Preise checken konnten. Das Essen war fast kalt und wenig schmackhaft. Statt einer Rechnung bekamen wir nur ein Gesamtbetrag genannt. Die Summe stand in keiner guten Relation zu dem, was wir auf dem Teller hatten. Und auch nicht zu dem, was wir andernorts erhalten haben. Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts.

Die Unterkunft ist direkt am Wasserfall gelegen und bietet einen unbezahlbaren Blick. Inmitten der Natur kann man den Wasserfall abends ganz für sich alleine genießen. Zudem ist der Gastgeber eine bemerkenswerte Person, die sich alles kümmert und einen perfekten Service bietet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen 🥰😎☀️😊 P.S Das Frühstück ist grandios und die weiße Katze des Gastgebers ebenfalls ….

This property is in a unique and beautiful location. It is so close to the waterfalls that you can sit on the terrace and appreciate looking at them while drinking tea, or you can walk two minutes and be right at the viewing point. Mohammed and his brother were incredible hosts, so kind and welcoming, they were responsive and helpful throughout and gave very clear instructions. The place was clean and well-maintained and had all the basics that you might need.

Basically next to the waterfall. Photo's on booking are realistic. Nice price for everything you get. While arriving in the evening a white cat greated us. He acts like he owns the terras but since he is such a cutiepatootie that didn't matter. Even if u try to make him leave he will be back within a few seconds. Ofcourse I included a picture of our friendly furry friend below. When waking up/going outside monkeys where just as closeby as u can see on the pictures on here. Friendly host that gives u the information needed for ur stay. See the things people may complain about below and how the staff told us to prepare/handle it~ !Greatest way to enjoy/experience Ouzoud!

Because of the location you need to walk a bit with the luggage but the view is more than worth it. They warned us about it beforehand. Only take ur essentials! Reminder that ur shoes will get muddy cuz it's located so closeby the waterfall. While arriving the chalet was clean. But that didn't stay that way for long😂 There is a risk if u let ur shoes outside the monkeys will take it. They warned us about that in time. Dinner/breakfast not included but restaurants and shops are close enough to get something for whatever u like. Host will give u recommendations as well. With good preparation and logical thinking there is basically no bad feedback to put here.

Pas d'accueil pour notre arrivée. Le parking fermé avec la voiture de bloqué a l'intérieur. Nous avons du attendre 2h avant de récupérer notre voiture ! Les lit ne conviennent pas a des personnes de plus de 1m80.

Cabane magique au cœur des cascades. Endroit privilégié pour profiter des cascades le soir et des le matin sans croiser personne. Magique !

Vu imprenable sur la cascade. Calme en fin d’après midi, quand les touristes ont désertés les lieux. Une terrasse disponible appréciable qui pourrait avoir un sacré potentiel avec un petit investissement (brise vue, suppression évier et table, plantation jardinet…). Collation servie à l’arrivée. Place de parking disponible

La propreté du jardinet au pied de la falaise(déchets). Un fin filet d’eau chaude dans la douche.

Great and unique location of the accomodation, in the evening you really have the waterfalls only for you! The host was really nice, helped us and even organised the transport of our luggage up to the parking place, which was a great help.

We visited during winter, cold and rainy weather which makes it a bit uncomfortable. But I can imagine that during warmer times this must be great.

Very helpful staff; he carried our heavy luggage without even asking anything in return.

The hosts were very supportive, they waited for us till very late for check in. The house was very clean and cozy, the location is superb, right in front of the waterfall.

Super miejscówka z widokiem na wodospady. Cisza spokój , super ludzie. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą. Widoki cudowne, Śniadanko super na tarasie , w koło biegające małpki. Wygodne lóżka. Polecam.

Słabe oświetlenie w domku.

La ubicación única cerca de las cascadas, la tranquilidad, la atención del personal muy amables, la casa adaptada y equipada con todo lo necesario para un ambiente cómodo y familiar. Una maravilla muy bonita, repetiremos seguro por más días.

La cena de la noche, aunque era de un restaurante externo, pero la encargamos a ellos, cuestión calidad-precio no muy buena. El desayuno estupendo. Muchas gracias por todo, nuestra estancia fue magnifica.

Nous étions 4 Adultes pour un circuit de 16 jours au Maroc avec un Véhicule 4*4 C'était notre dernière étape pour une nuit avec une arrivée en fin de journée dans ce petit chalet confortable, face à la cascade "le seul" magnifique et la surprise le matin de découvrir nos seul voisin "les singes", le + parking est gratuit. il y a qq marches à descendre pour accéder au logement et le soir les restaurants sont fermé . bravo pour l'emplacement

De gastvrijheid van de uitbaters is ongezien, ze helpen de bagage dragen van aan de auto (een hele hoop trappen) en helpen je met al je wensen

De boiler is waarschijnlijk een te klein formaat. Het warm water was snel op tijdens het douchen.

Очень близко к водопаду, вид с террасы прекрасный. Рядом много ресторанов. Парковка есть, но она далеко, лучше много вещей с собой не брать, так как придется долго спускаться по лестнице. Спасибо хозяину - помог с чемоданом. Иногда приходят обезьяны. Мобильный интернет работает плохо, но есть wi-fi, для видеосвязи скорости хватило.

Nous avons été bien pris en charge. Dormir face au cascade et pouvoir se réveiller face à elle vraiment magique. Petit plus nous avions des singes proche de la maison c’était tres mignon.

Seul petit chose c’est qu’hormis la cascade il n’y a pas grand chose à faire autour donc j'étais contente d’avoir pris seulement une nuit.

Le lieu est très bien situé au cœur des cascades. Excellent endroit pour passer un agréable moment. L'hôte est très accueillant et très serviable. Vous me manquez de rien. Très belle nature.

⸻ Tikida House – Un havre de paix aux pieds des cascades d’Ouzoud Une véritable pépite nichée au cœur d’un paysage à couper le souffle ! Le logement est impeccable, confortable, et offre une vue absolument magnifique 🤩 Cerise sur le gâteau : une visite surprise et amusante de nos voisins les singes – un moment magique, surtout pour les enfants ! Nous avons profité des cascades pour nous baigner et avons passé une nuit sur place avec nos filles. Un grand merci à notre hôte, Bada, qui a été d’une grande gentillesse et est même venu nous chercher au parking. Le petit déjeuner était frais, copieux et délicieux. Un excellent rapport qualité/prix. Nous recommandons chaudement cette adresse !

On a aimé la grande disponibilité et gentillesse du personnel. Mohamed et Badr son frère sont extrêmement gentils. On a adoré l'emplacement pile en face des cascades entourés de végétation avec les singes qui nous rendent visite dans les arbres. S'endormir avec le bruit des cascades, prendre le petit déjeuner avec la vue des cascades, être les seuls à avoir un hébergement dans ce secteur très proche de la cascades et de tous les restaurants et boutiques aux alentours. On pouvait sortir de la cabane, descendre vers le bas de la rivière pour se baigner et revenir se prélasser sur la terrasse. Bref un spot incroyable et adoré des enfants.

La cabane étant vraiment au plus près de la cascade il faut compter 5-7min de marche depuis le parking donc il vaut mieux voyager léger. Badr notre hôte est venu nous accueillir au parking et nous a aidé à porter toute nos affaires.

Amazing house at the waterfalls' feet. It takes a small walk to get there but once you do, you have lots of walking to explore the place too in all directions. Mohamed and his brother were very helpful and communicative; They will pick you up once you arrive at the main square and take you there. The house is very cosy with AC, tv, equipped kitchen, hair dryer and a coffee machine too. they really make sure you have everything you might need really!

The only small cons we found was the shower that leaked a bit into the bedroom, so we put some extra towels provided on the floor, and a quite hard mattress. Nothing to worry about tho as you are in such an amazing place and a gem, if you are lucky to find it available i highly recommend it!
