The beaches near the house are not really suitable for swimming, you have to drive up the road to La Fanducha to get a decent beach.

The hot water did not work. The host had someone come out and made it work temporally. They have an electrical issue. The host stated they had never had an issue. That was not true. Several past reviews had stated that there was no hot water. The house in in a run down area but the people are very nice. The beach was a short walk but in really bad condition. I would not suggest using the beach.
