Rummet och de gemensamma ytorna var smutsiga. Städningen var helt enkelt inte gjord inte gjord vare sig i rummet när jag kom eller i korridoren till rummet.

Trochę drogo ale może tak trafiłem. Ja miałem kurs offshor ,więc wziąłem hotel bo blisko , 15 min pieszą

Nära färjeläget för resa till/från Danmark eller Bergen(Norge). Vi skulle med morgonturen 07:30 från Stavanger till Bergen så vi promenerade 10 min till färjeläget. Vi åkte direktbuss med lokaltrafiken på kvällen innan till boendet. Praktiskt med mataffär och Burger King precis bredvid. Busshållplats nära boendet.

Räcker med en natt. Utsikt mot industriområdet. De andra nätterna bodde vi inne i Stavanger samt vid Preikestolen BaseCamp.

Ok hotel with a very kind receptionist. Noisy if window open (close to main road). Worked fine getting key after opening hour. A little expensive compared to what you get (stayed in ordinary room).

Missed a bed table on main side of bed. Some parts could be more clean, but bathroom etc was clean.

Comfortable bed, nice shower, apartment had kettle and fridge. Very quiet, I didn't hear anyone else. Nice and bright with big windows. View of industria areal with sea in the distance. Good location, 20 minute walk to the ferry port to catch ferry to Bergen. On bus route for the airport, number 42, and Stavanger city centre, number 2. Next door to a supermarket and Burger king, although I didn't use either.

I had booked a double room so knew there were no cooking facilities but although a kettle was provided there were no cups or spoons. It didn't matter to me as I had a travel mug and coffee supplies but it is something to consider. Reception only open from 6.30 until 13.00. It wasn't a problem for me and I got into the building using a code and picked up my key card from a key box with no worries.

Janette was wonderfully kind and always willing to help. We thank her very much for everything.

Fleksibel med å endre datoer. Når vi reiser i jobben og får uventede endringer setter vi stor pris på hjelp. Personalet på Tananger hjalp til med en gang og skal ha ros for det. God info i forkant av oppholdet.

- haben nur 1 Bettdecke und Handtuch bekommen, obwohl Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen gebucht - Badezimmer war nicht wirklich sauber, Klopapier fehlte - sehr laut von außen, da in der Firma gegenüber 24h gearbeitet wird

Booked four months in advance and was the only place available in the vicinity of Stavangar for less than 8000 NOK - the local bus ride took 40 min and price was still exorbitant. Had booked two single beds but got a double. The room was tiny with nowhere to put luggage, nowhere to put toiletries in the tiny bathroom

Quiet room with a comfortable bed. Kitchen facilities in the lobby. Near a city bus line and the Bergen ferry. Staff was responsive and helpful.

Location close to ferry

We had reserved a 2 bedroom apt. Day of arrival I received email that we were assigned bedrooms on different floors with shared kitchen. I refused. We ended up with bedrooms across the hall. Each bed had one skinny pillow and duvet for 1 person. We brought second pillow and duvet into one room. No staff after 13:00.

Clean, comfortable, modern hotel well located for the ferry. Access to washers and dryers was very useful. Friendly staff.

We booked a one bedroom apartment at the property and were very pleased with the accommodation we received. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and even though we didn't use it , there was certainly enough there to self cater. Excellent location just 20 minutes easy walk from the port. Regular bus service from the centre of Stavanger.

It was hard to get to with the luggage from the bus stop due to the nearby building work

No breakfast. Free coffee. Linens were clean. Adequate space. Comfortable beds.

Lightbulbs missing. Toilet plugged. Beds and pillows not very clean (cases were fine). Cupboards had significant water damage. No coffee for coffee maker.

Didn’t meet any staff, but everything was well prepared to check in late.

I had all the necessary facilities in the room: TV, a small fridge, shower gel/shampoo and conditioner. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. The hotel is very close to the Stavanger Airport which was one criteria when choosing it.

Big room with living room area, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was basic but enough. Everything was decently clean. Wifi OK. They have a common living room in the entrance where you can get coffee. And they accepted dogs with no extra costs.

If I have to say something, the TV was not properly connected so I had to connect the decoder and set it. That can be impossible for someone who doesn't speaks Norwegian.

very close to the airport

other than being close to the airport, not a great location as there is a lot of buliding work in the area. Someone walked into our room at 7am in the morning which was very weird and unsettling.

Location to the ferry terminal, grocery store , easy to reach with bus from the airport. Size. Check in instructions thorough and easy to follow. Especially, since the property isn’t manned during certain days/times.

Everything seemed in need of a refresh. Pillows smelled, lights super dim throughout unit which made it very depressing and not inviting. When we walked into the lobby after arriving after a long day of travel, there seemed to be a bachelorette/bachelor party happening in the reception area. We went straight to our room and didn’t hear anything. Just was an awkward first impression of the place.

It is the perfect hotel if you have to take the ferry, as it is located near the port. Smooth check in and check out. A supermarket is in front.

The room and bathroom are standard, the is not much storage space.

Our stay at this hotel turned out to be quite a disappointment. We were looking forward to cooking our own meals since each room comes with a kitchenette, however, the state of it was really off-putting. The microwave reeked of fish, utensils had pieces of dried food on them, the fridge was all dirty inside and when we turned on the oven it smoked the whole apartment because there were layers of oil on the inside walls. The location also turned out to be bad. There are ongoing road works and construction works all around the hotel and it feels like the hotel is right in the middle of it all. We also booked it for two people but they left us only one set of beddings (one pillow with a case and one small blanket with a cover). The apartment had a leatherette chair inside and after sitting in one I had some black ink all over my hiking shorts that didn't wash off. The shorts were brand new and after reporting it to the hotel they chose to ignore me. There is also no staff in the hotel after noon so if you have any issues you are left on your own. They are boasting about their 8.1 booking rating all over the hotel, but I would avoid this hotel at all costs. It feels very run down, dirty and unwelcoming. Edit: the hotel's response to this message just further proves that they are dishonest and it's best to avoid them. At no point in my communication I demanded (or even mentioned) free rooms, I have no intention to ever stay in this hotel ever again, free or otherwise. I have also not at any point tied my request for a compensation for a damaged item to either a positive or negative review. All I stated is that my item was damaged due to their negligence and I want a full compensation, which is only fair. There is also no question about the poor state of the apartment that we stayed in - ran down, smelly and dirty. Booking.com should review our communication with this hotel and sanction this hotel for outright lies in an attempt to save their face.

We liked the location, as it is very close to the airport and convenient for the rest of places we planned to visit.

Maybe the smell the apartment had but nothing very noticeable.

Easy to check in and out with kind information. All kitchen ware and facilities are well ready to use them easily.

Coffee make is not clean yet for next visitor. It needs to be cleaned before. Other than that all is perfect to stay.

It was perfectly located for my work at Baker Hughes and the price was fair.

The curtains did not keep out the light, so the room never got dark during the summer nights.

Noice. Woke up to noice. I was given a room at 2. floor with windows towards the street.

Everything was exactly as described

Needed overnight stay near Stavanger airport to pick up hire car next day. Aparthotel was perfect location.

Nothing of note

The room was confortable and cozy, bathroom really clean and with tiles artificially warmed. There is microave, free coffee in the lobby and a supermarket right beside the place. Its just a few minutes from airport.

The Hotel is self check in. Is extreamelly important to read carefully the message with the instructions to avoid being confused like I was, when I arrived. I did not encouter any personell, so I'm not able to evaluate on that. Two of the lights in the room was not working, so that was a bit of a pain.

TV did not work in room (only NRK, and even that of bad quality picture)

The manager of the hotel is very friendly.

There were no glasses or cutlery as a spoon in the room, the tv signal didn't work and mould was hanging on the ventilation system in the shower.

Access to the hotel

Nice apartment-hotel. Only 7 minutes by bus from the airport, bus stop very close to the hotel. It's next to a supermarket which is very convenient.

The double room is very small, but OK. Pricewise you're better of to rent one of the apartments if you stay for more than a day. The double room has a coffee maker, but you have to get your own capsules for it. It also has a small fridge, desk, chair and TV. (The apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, full kitchen etc).
