Sunset Suite

Sunset Suite exceeded my expectations. I like pretty much everything about it, so there’s really no need to enumerate every aspect of the property, although I have to note that I especially loved the shower, both the facility and the steady temperature of the water after I’d settled on the right temp. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at - and I’d been to lots of places from the US, Europe, Mexico, South America and Asia. I don’t give compliments like this easily.

I like the place because it's clean.

I really like the room, it's so comfortable to stay. All appliances are working. The place feels just like home.

I don't like the swimming pool attendant that time. We are 4 guests and he only allowed 2 persons to use the pool but as I messaged the property it says that we are all allowed to use it.

Big apartment in a rather new building. Very quiet and beautiful place. Centre of the city is rather far away but there is enough to see and many places for food and drinks around. Easy to find although the numbering in the street is not logical.

close to SM city mall, S & R and major roads ( diversion road or sunset boulevard road) Avida staff very helpful and nice laundry and drinking water delivery service available, just talk to front staff and usually gets delivered same day.

This is a great place to stay in Iloilo. Close to most things such as a mall, restaurants, night clubs and other amenities. There is a concierge and security at the property that is very friendly and helpful. The pool outside is nice. The apartment was perfect for us. Air con in the living room/kitchen area and a separate one in the bedroom. Nice big bathroom with a roomy shower. Comfy bed and furniture for chill times. The host is responsive if you need her. This was perfect for our 21 night stay and would book it again in a heart beat when we return.

The unit is spacious and equipped with necessities during our stay. Organized and the wifi connection was stable which was the most important during my stay.

I was feeling uncomfortable when i was asked to pay for the replacement of the shower head which got damaged during our 2nd night. Not sure if it was the pressure of the water or a pre existing damage, however, after justification it was waived off.

The property was clean, well organized and very comfortable. Everything you need was there. Wifi was fast too.

The only concern was the parking esp at night. It took me almost 30 mins to find a parking space. That’s it!

The view wasn’t the best and the building is on the back. But for what you get, it’s a great value.

Immaculate and very homely. Check in simple. Stayed in lots of accomodations in recent months and this is definitely our go-to place in Iloilo. Owner was very helpful with a late checkout.

I had a nice weekend stay at the Sunset Suite. I was alone for this trip, and I found the bedroom cozy. I liked that it had a living room, it was also nice to chill there. My friend waited for me in the living room while I was still getting ready in the bedroom. I found this setup convenient, instead of them having to wait downstairs in the lobby.

While the condo location is very accessible, there's a bit more walking from the street to reach the tower where Sunset Suite is. Just think of it as an opportunity to add to your daily step count.

We stayed for two weeks (extended another two nights!) and felt very at home. The kitchen equipment was complete, and the co-host provided a change of towels and linens mid-stay. There were also enough tissue rolls for the 14 nights. It was a comfy and relaxing stay indeed! The only bitty problem we ran into was the unstable connection for some work software tools. But it works seamlessly for Netflix and other streaming platforms, so it isn't a big deal at all. :)

This is such a comfortable and super clean apartment! The host made check in very easy and responds quickly to needs or concerns. Extras are provided in the bathroom, the kitchen is adequately equipped & there are little snacks. My stay was very enjoyable.

I can attest that this property is worth the price to stay. The place is the cleanest compared to other places i booked there. The two AC are very cold and clean (not mabaho). Complete with cooking appliances, clean drinking water and other things to use for eating(Salt, sugar, soy sauce, vinegar). They provide complimentary coffee and water. Best to tell that there shower heater is working efficiently. Yes! it is spacious enough. As a family of 3 plus my helper it is a budget friendly price too. We enjoyed the pool and playground for my toddlers also. Location is good. 7 eleven is walking distance & other restaurant. We felt exceptionally comfortable, safe, freshly clean and organized. It is the best place to stay for family.
