The room was advertised to have a microwave, but there was none. I asked the staff for it but nothing came. I also asked for a washing machine, took them 2 days to bring it. I also asked for an iron, took them 4 days to bring it, and it didn't work. 2 of the 3 AC don't have any remote. One of the bathroom doors can't be locked And the bathroom drainage sometimes backs up.

I already had an idea that the location is far from the city, so travel there if you have car otherwise taxi may be costly. Since we just went to sleep in the hotel as we attended lot of meetings the whole day so it was a good value for money.

The rooms were very cold. They do not heat the hotel rooms. and the rooms are old, the toilet is generally crap, the washbasin is actually in the bedroom. The mattress is old and saggy. this hotel shouldn't have 3 stars it looks like one star

Reviewed Jan 21, 2025It was the worst stay I have experienced in the last 20 years. Giving it a score of 8 on your site is not only misleading but an outright insult. The conditions were unacceptable and felt like a scam. There was no adherence to even the most basic standards of comfort or hygiene. Cockroaches in the bed, windows overlooking the street with just a single glass pane—it was deplorable. This establishment should be reported immediately.

The heater was not working and wasn't fixed throughout our stay. The pillows were not comfortable. The furniture was in really bad broken condition. Toilets were leaking. No slip mat were placed in or outside the toilets. The tiles were broken
