Jai etais tres satisfaite de mon séjour dans cette etablisement, surtout au niveau du sécurité. Et le personnels aussi..bonne continuation

المكان جميل وطاقم العمل مهذبين وذوق جدا

بصراحة من أحسن الحاجات في الفندق كفاية وجود أستاذ حسن، شخص محترم جدًا وبيحاول يرضيك بكل الطرق وميخليش عندك أي حاجة ناقصة. غير طبعًا الترحيب والاستقبال اللي بيفرقوا جدًا من أول ما تدخل الفندق. تجربة حلوة جدًا وإن شاء الله مش هتكون آخر مرة ❤

Our stay at this hotel was truly exceptional from start to finish. We had an issue with our booking upon arrival, but the team handled it professionally and with genuine care. A very special thank you to Mr. Hassan which made our stay even more comfortable.

It's not a bad hotel, it's an old hotel which requres refurbishment. Breakfasts could be better, but apart from that I had very nice stay there. Very nice staff

فندق دون المستوى ولا يساوى حتى خمس المبلغ الذى تم دفعه لليلة . تجربة سيئة للغاية ولا انصح احد بالقدوم اليه . هذا المكان حتى لا يستحق لقب فندق This hotel is substandard and not even worth a fifth of what I paid for one night. A terrible experience, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. This place doesn't even deserve to be called a hotel. لا يوجد أى شىء أيجابى وصور الفندق معمول ليها تعديل ومش حقيقة ولا تمثل الواقع مكتوب على بوكينج انه يوجد حمام سباحة بينما حمام السباحة صغير جدا وغير نظيف ومفتوح للعامة والمستوى العام للزوار متدنى جدا جدا ينبغى على بوكينج مراجعة سياسة اضاة الفنادق بها لانها غير دقيقة وتخدع الزوار . تم تصوير هذا المكان على انه فندق وهذا غير حقيقى بالمرة There is nothing positive about this place, and the hotel photos are edited and do not reflect reality. Booking.com states there is a swimming pool, but the pool is very small, unclean, and open to the public. The overall standard of visitors is extremely low. Booking.com should review its hotel lighting policy because it is inaccurate and misleading to visitors. This place has been portrayed as a hotel, which is completely untrue.

Rooms are newly renovated. Room space is very good

Wooden doors of the rooms (most rooms) are not closing easily. Also the balcony metal door.

The location on the sea view ,his garden the lak view was amazing

Heb ook een klacht bij jullie ingediend, het aantal sterren 4 klopt zeker niet, eerder 2 dan 4 werkt absoluut een andere verwachting. Oud gebouw buiten receptie spreekt niemand engels. De tuinen zijn wel erg mooi.

Voorzieningen, het vermelde aantal sterren wekt een verkeerde verwachting.

Les repas du soir, très corrects en prix et en qualité contrairement aux petits-déjeuners qui étaient absolument infâmes.

Les petits-déjeuners, dégueulasses, la fenêtre cassée de la chambre qui empêchait d'accéder au balcon, le filet d'eau dans la douche

Everything is old , a lot of noise and the breakfast is poor

Staff are very friendly and willing to help with the limited facilities they have. The hotel is suitable for Egyptian Families for a short, relaxing stay. Food portions and quality are excellent as well.

The location is beautiful, but it needs outlets and activities. Adding a boat and food outlet will be wonderful.

Location, and cleanliness. Rooms view was great. The reception people were great.

Restaurant staff are tough. Breakfast was below average, though the hotel was crowded, breakfast was set menu with limited choices and basic quality. The swimming pool is very small, no hygienic standards, people were in the pool with their clothes and t-shirts.

Restaurant- dinner. We took half duck with something and it really was decent semi small half duck and all kind of side foods. Nice. Reception guy was REALY nice, so polite, smiling, understanding everything. Nice.

Noisy outside. Broken moskito nets, a lot of..moskitos or bedbags.. I don’t know but three of us four were very much bitten, didn’t look like moskito bites. Might be flies, because cats are on the first floor and if you open window/door, cats come in.

The place is fine for a very short stay .. the flat is big and they have good AC in the rooms and the staff was nice and they offer you one extra bed on demand for just 8$.. also the view is on of the beat on Qarun lake. The hotel resturant is ok with good variety of food

The pool was very dirty for the kids .. the overall experience in the club was a little bit low .. seems like a local pool not a hotel pool. The day-use visitors really ruin it .. also the toilets in the club were awful all means you have to run back to your room to use the bathroom .. drinks and food are very limited in the club and with poor quality

Extremely clean. Food in restaurant was delicious. The staff were so helpful and went above and beyond for us.

Nothing, it was the worst hotel to be in

No service at all, no housekeeping so our room was never cleaned, the food is extremely bad and unhealthy we actually all got sick from the food. We also only stayed 2 nights and checked out without getting a refund for the remaining nights

Nothing , poor facilities, very poor restaurant with bad meals we only booked with breakfast and the taste is not the best thing , there is nothing in the hotel but rooms only no attractions inside or near of far , only attraction you can find is 25 km away , I guess it’s a emergency hotel for your stay , never going to it again .
