Rentalux Hostel - Room 127 Familyroom

2 rooms

No own bathroom

Familjerum för tre. Precis intill E4.

Väldigt stark tvättmedelsdoft i sängkläderna.

The toilet, shower, kitchen, and of course the room were all very clean and tidy. Above all, the staff were very kind. They even helped me when the Wi-Fi wasn't working properly. The coffee was delicious too. Thank you very much.

Nice facilities, nice room, well equipped kitchen.

It was a bit confusing that there were various institutions in the building. Lack of assistance due to a lack of physical staff at the reception made it a bit challenging

Great location, great comfort. Simple, but spacious and good value for the money. Perfect for an uncomplicated short time stay: thank you.

Billigt, fräscht i rummen

Limpio y muy espacioso , buenas instalaciones

Sauber, ordentlich, personalloser Check-in per Mail gut erklärt, hat alles funktioniert. Geräumige Küche mit den wichtigsten Kochutensilien. Sogar Tee stand bereit.

Fint rum, rena badrum o toaletter mm

Inget

Absolutely nothing

When I booked this property, it was listed as “Rentalux Apartment Rooms” and presented as apart-hotel style accommodation. We arrived to find a piece of paper taped to the entrance with “hostel” written in pencil. That was the first and only clear indication of what this place actually is. Nowhere in the original description was it clearly stated that this is a hostel. Even worse, the “private room with bathroom” is accessed through a shared kitchen. If someone decides to cook at 2 a.m., you hear everything. This critical detail was not properly disclosed. There was no reception, no visible staff, and no professionalism. Instead, we were met by men in work clothes who appeared to be construction workers. One claimed to be in charge but was unable to help. The entire setup felt chaotic and deeply unprofessional. When we requested a refund due to the obvious misrepresentation, it was flatly refused. We were told that the photos “clearly show” hallways and common areas, so we should have understood it was a hostel. By that logic, any building with doors and a corridor qualifies as one. Only after we filed a complaint with Booking was the property name changed and “hostel” added to the description. Yet they still refuse to admit the listing was misleading at the time of our booking. Had I known this was a hostel, I would never have booked it. This experience was unacceptable and completely deceptive.

Inredning o utrustning mycket bra. Varmt o skönt. Parkering fanns.

Man fick leta runt.

Utmärkt städning

Krånglig TV och spis inga bruksanvisningar.

TV.

Enkla allmänytor men väldigt bra rum.

Elbilsladdaren fungerade ej. Men den skulle snart åtgärdas…

Billigt. Enkel in och utchecknig. Gratis parkering

The apartment we rented was very spacious and clean. The beds are comfortable and the apartment simply has everything you need with a kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher. The bathroom was also very clean and pretty large. The location is right next to the highway (which you can barely hear) so it’s perfect for a stop during a trip. We immediately booked this again for our return trip!

Some people were a bit noisy and loud up until around 10 o’ clock but that is not the accomodation’s fault at all.

We booked double room with the bathroom and kitchen, and it exceeded my expectations. Really clean ! So spacious. The kitchen is very well equipped. This is great value for money. 👏👏

very clean, quiet, easy access to sundsvall, comfortable beds. well equipped.

the tv didn't work. i asked for help via message in the app but i got no response.
