Hotel jest elegancki, czysty, a jego nieco starszy styl ma swój urok. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja

Jedynym minusem były dla nas niezbyt wygodne łóżka oraz dość twarde poduszki, choć oczywiście jest to kwestia indywidualnych preferencji.

The hotel offered good value for the price and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, and there were good restaurants within walking distance. Taxis were easy to find, making it convenient to get around Pohang or travel to Pohang Station. Overall, it was a practical and comfortable place to stay.

The area around the hotel doesn’t have many attractions within walking distance, so you’ll likely need transportation to explore the city. Also, the room only had Korean-style power outlets, so if you don’t bring a compatible adapter, you won’t be able to charge your phone, laptop, or other devices. While the hotel is comfortable, it isn’t particularly luxurious, and there are nicer options available if you’re willing to spend more.

Das Bett war das Beste an diesem Aufenthalt – sehr bequem und gemütlich.

Leider konnte der Rest des Hotels nicht überzeugen. Das Badezimmer war wenig praktisch ausgestattet; es gab beispielsweise keine Möglichkeit, Handtücher aufzuhängen. Die Einrichtung wirkte insgesamt recht alt, und einige Steckdosen funktionierten nicht. Zudem fehlten eine Garderobe sowie ausreichende Ablagemöglichkeiten, was besonders für Familien unpraktisch ist. Auch der Service des Personals war eher unfreundlich und nicht besonders aufmerksam. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt daher nicht meinen Erwartungen an ein familienfreundliches Hotel.

1. 호텔 자체도 크고, 마당도 넓고 지상, 지하주차장 널널해서 주차공간 커서 좋았어요. 2. 특히 전체적으로 깨끗해서 좋았습니다. 3. 침대도 엑스트라킹인지 크고, 룸 자체가 커서 스튜디오같았어요! 4. 오후 직원분 엄청 친절하고 설명 상세히 해줘서 고마웠어요 5. 터미널 가깝고, 시내랑 영일대해수욕장도 가까웠어요! 6. 아침 조식도 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 금액대비 너무너무 만족했어요!! 너무 다 만족해서 다음에도 또 들릴게요

호텔 주변에 편의시설이 없어서 너무 불편했어요~ 조식 불포함 상품으로 예약되어 조식 추가하려 하였으나 추가 비용이 제공식에 비해 불필요하게 비쌌으며.. 호텔은 오래된 건물로 유지 보수가 제대로 이루어지지 않아서 사진으로 봤던 것보다 룸 상태가 별로 였습니다. 세면대에 마개는 좀 끼워주셨으면 합니다~

애견 동반가능 호텔이라해서 3만5천원 추가금까지 내고 숙박을 했는데 아무런 애견용품 지급도 없고 다음날 카운터에 이야기 하니 배변 패드 2장이 끝.. 애견과 같이 식사할 장소도 없고 공지도 없어 캐리어에 동반으로 조식먹다 무작정 나오라고 해서 밥먹다 말고 나옴.. 호텔이라기 보다 동네 러브모텔을 개조한 호텔. 욕조에 모니터tv가 달려있어 보려고 했지만 고장나 있고 곰팡이 득실... 지하주차장은 쓰레기로 가득함,,,,시내에 위치한 호텔이라 가성비가 좋을 꺼라 생각했는데.... 1박에 15만원 가까이 내고 거기에 애견동반 추가금 까지 지불하고 그냥 동네 무인 모텔에서 숙박하고 온 느낌...

방이 엄청 넓어서 좋았어요! 침대도 편하고 특히 청결부분 예민한대 바닥도 선반도 깨끗해서 완전만족!! 늦게 들어가도 주차장 넓어서 좋았어요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

버스 터미널에서 매우가깝고 4인이 묵기에도 아주 좋았다. 아침은 약간 부실했지만 먹기에 어렵진 않았따.

1. 객실 : 객실이 넓은 편이고 베드 상태도 좋았습니다 옷장이 있어 옷보관이 편하고 화장실과 욕실이 분리되어 있어 좋았음. 2. 주차장 : 다른곳은 저녁 늦은시간 주차가 어려울때가 많았는데 르네상스는 지하와 지상 주차장을 보유하고 있음 늦은시간 입실에도 주차자리 여유가 있음 3. 조식 : 조식은 전복죽과 황태국이 메인이고 계절과일과 샐러드 계란 라면등 아침에 간단하게 챙겨 먹고 나오기가 좋았습니다 다른 리뷰 내용대로 전복죽이 맛있엇음 4. 서비스 : 입퇴실시 친절했고 요청사항을 잘 챙겨주셨습니다

The room was quite spacious and the staff friendly. Korean style breakfast was plentiful compared to other hotels we stayed at in Seoul.

There was quite a bit of dust and grime in the room and in the bathtub. There was an old pc computer in our room too which did not work. We were slightly unsure about the decor, blackened glass walls which made us feel potentially observed by someone on the other side? The neighbourhood being close to the station felt a bit unsafe at night.

The light controls sometimes didn't work properly and were too bright at night. Big towels were not provided.

the staff was lovely and so helping. And I saying that don't do them justice, they frankly were awesome. Spacious and comfortable warmth. Loved the bathroom skippers. Fresh and clean bedsheets and towels.

Not very soundproof, but nothing really bothering during the night except one when it sounded like they were vacuuming in the room next door at 11 pm. the worst pillows I have ever had in a hotel, and pretty hard beds. After 2 nights, my hip was hurting since I always sleep on the side. Was looking for the cups and could not find any. They were hidden in the fridge, paper cups. No hangers for towels in the bathroom or place to put toothbrush or other toiletries. However, there was a large bench in the main room.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely large room and a tray ceiling plus wonderful lighting. The exterior was exceptional. The hotel is located a few short blocks from the Bus Terminal and Home Plus grocery store. Breakfast had abalone porridge cabbage salad, fried eggs, toast, juice, and drip coffee. All receptionist were nice and professional.

We had difficulty adjusting the room temperature.

Located really close to intercity bus terminal. Plenty of local city busses to get around on. This is a very interesting place. If you are a Westener make sure you visit the 6th floor, but don’t take the kids. Some interesting stuff to read ( in English on the walls). Really big comfortable room.

Not a lot food wise in the general area but not really a problem. Get 900 bus and go to beach area and there is plenty.

I thought it was a Renaissance run by Marriot, but actually a local motel (potential legal risk for booking.com). Almost no staff speaking English. The old lady at reception could not print the invoice when I checked out. She then promised to send by email in a few days, but failed to do so until now.

size of room is amazing for a family. The beds were so comfortable and big. I love that the toiletries were readily available if you forget anything. The bathroom had a jacuzzi and kids were able to enjoy a bubble bath. There was always water for the whole family. The room was cleaned everyday!

The small fridge was dirty and not cold enough. It also had a foul order. This needs to be cleaned.

the large bathtub was a bit of a surprise; I can’t fit into most Korean hotel bathtubs so this was a treat. comfortable bed.

the breakfast didn’t look very appealing so I skipped it.

The staff and manager are very professional and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. Toiletries, biscuits, water, canned drinks and cup noodles are provided. Homeplus departmental store is 3 minutes away. Daiso is further down the road. There is a Korean restaurant 1 minute away ( just before reaching Homeplus). The restaurant serves nice stir-fried spicy pork. There are other options, including KFC, Burger King, Lotteria, Bibimbap, Tous Les Jours, Paris Baguette, Starbucks. The bus stop is 4 minutes away and there is a line of taxis behind the bus stop (Intercity Bus Terminal area). I have enjoyed my 10 nights stay with this hotel.

The location was great, about 5 mins from the bus terminal. The room was large and comfortable and SUPER CLEAN. Staff were friendly and check in was super easy. The room is fully stocked with everything you need!

Only downfall was you could hear the cleaning lady roll her trolley around from 8am in the morning.

VIP room was spacious and clean. Staff seemed to be expecting me- had my room card ready and waiting. Plenty of parking.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was spacious.

I was promised a ₩12 000 discount from Booking.com but was charged full price.
