La beauté et la tranquillité du Riad, et le personnel est vraiment top

Petit soucis d’eau chaude au début de notre séjour mais le personnel a été réactif!

Riad très accueillant lieux très propre le personnel et au top et petit déjeuné bien servi et plein chose à manger au top rien à dire sur eux vous pouvez aller les yeux fermer le seul bémol qui manque un peut c’est la télé qu’il y a pas dans les chambre le reste rien à dire

Hiccham è un signore gentile e si è sempre messo a disposizione per noi, riad uno dei più belli in cui siamo stati

La posizione, è molto difficile trovare il riad, google maps ti fà perdere nei vicoletti, consiglio di farsi venire a prendere da loro

Bellissima location. Caratteristica e servizio ottimo, super disponibili e pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta.

Non funziona Google maps quindi consiglio di fare attenzione per tornare la sera

Le petit déjeuner était très décevant, le pain et msemen n’étaient pas frais.

Lovely Riad in a quiet part of the Medina. About a 20 min walk to the main square through markets, cafes and restaurants. The staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great. The room we had was large. Great terrace to chill on.

Magnifique riad, nous avons été séduites par les lieux et par le personnel. Un immense merci à Hicham pour son accueil, ses conseils et son hospitalité. Tous sont aux petits soins. Petit déjeuner copieux, toit terrasse magnifique, un vrai plus pour boire un thé délicieux à la tombée de la nuit. Merci 🙏

Os funcionários eram extremamente atenciosos e simpáticos, quem nos foi buscar ao táxi logo à chegada deixou-nos uma grande impressão logo. O pequeno almoço é bom e os quartos são muito confortáveis e foi dos únicos que encontrei camas Twin num quarto generoso

Não gostei da localização l, embora perto da Medina, era um sítio com muita gente que nos pediu dinheiro e achava mal se não déssemos. ( O hotel não tem a culpa ). A última impressão que tivemos não foi muito honesta pois dema o valor de um transfer para o aeroporto , e como o mesmo se atrasou veio um carro muito velho, desconfortável e sem ar condicionado e aí por esse motivo devia-nos ter dado metade do valor , por não ter vindo o que contratamos. O funcionário neste caso devia ter sido mais honesto

Vriendelijke ontvangst en service tijdens ons verblijf Extra service als er vragen waren en zelfs voor de jarige in onze groep werd iets extra's gedaan. Ontvangst diner ivm met late aankomst was ook goed verzorgd. Prima ontbijt,veel zoet maar dat is de bestemming.

Wat donker geheel, miste soms wat daglicht.

Un superbe Riad le personnel au top un bon petit dejeuner les chambres super propre.

Struttura spettacolare, camera che dà sulla piscina (utilizzabile tutto il giorno) si sviluppa in altezza con bellissimo rooftop, Rachid tra il personale davvero brillante e disponibilissimo

Struttura difficile da trovare, inserita in un complesso di vicoletti della Medina molto complesso, la prima sera ci siamo fatti dare una mano da dei passanti per trovarla, ma attenzione perché in questo caso vi ritroverete tutti che vi chiederanno denaro anche solo per un indicazione

This Riad was an oasis of calm and comfort. The staff were extremely helpful: nothing was too much trouble. The air conditioning in our room was perfect and easily controlled and the WiFi was fast, enabling us to watch a BBC programme! We had breakfast on the rooftop terrace every day but one, when we went on a day excursion and a "picnic breakfast" was prepared for us. The pool was lovely and refreshing given the high temperatures.

Just one thing: it's a biy out of the way and we got lost a couple of times getting back to it. However, the quiet more than made up for that and there are many taxis in the area.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf. De rust en ontspannen sfeer waren bijzonder prettig en zorgden ervoor dat we ons direct thuis voelden. De bedden waren zeer comfortabel en ook het sanitair was uitstekend. Daarnaast maakten de vriendelijke medewerkers echt het verschil: zij stonden altijd klaar om te helpen, of het nu ging om het doen van een wasje, het regelen van een taxi of het geven van goede adviezen over eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Hun gastvrijheid en behulpzaamheid hebben ons verblijf extra aangenaam gemaakt. Een absolute aanrader!

Er is werkelijk niets dat ons is tegengevallen; alles was uitstekend verzorgd..

Come per quasi tutti i riad della città, l'accesso non è dei più comodi: si trova all'interno della Medina, le stradine per arrivarci non sono molto piacevoli e i mezzi non possono raggiungere direttamente la struttura. Tuttavia, non appena si varca la soglia del Riad Alboraq, si viene proiettati in un altro mondo, trovando subito un'assoluta tranquillità e serenità. Il Riad non si trova proprio nel pieno centro della Medina, e questo si è rivelato un grande vantaggio: la posizione più "defilata" fa sì che non ci siano i tipici rumori molesti del caos cittadino. Il vero punto di forza, però, è stato Ashraf. Un ringraziamento speciale va a lui per la sua accoglienza e l'incredibile gentilezza. Ci ha fatto dimenticare subito la fatica del viaggio e ci ha fatto sentire a casa fin dal primo momento. Nel complesso una struttura consigliatissima per staccare dal caos della città. Grazie ancora ad Ashraf per la sua ospitalità!

Se devo trovare un piccolo difetto, la colazione: era buona, ma onestamente, vista la bellezza del riad, ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più e con una scelta maggiore.

The Riad was beautiful and very comfortable. The staff was incredible. They arranged for a car to meet us at the airport. As the entrance to a Riad can be difficult to find, they met us where the car dropped us off and walked us to the Riad. Once we arrived, we were served mint tea and cookies. The hospitality was very much appreciated. Thank you!

J’ai séjourné une nuit dans ce riad, mais j’ai dû écourter mon séjour en raison des conditions de la chambre. La chambre ne disposait d’aucune fenêtre ni aération, ce qui rendait l’air difficile à respirer. Il y avait une forte odeur de renfermé et d’humidité, très inconfortable pour dormir L’emplacement est également problématique : le riad est difficile à trouver, situé dans des ruelles très sombres, et même Google Maps ne localise pas correctement l’adresse. Au vu du prix, je ne recommande pas cet établissement

Personnel et direction très sympathique. Calme et joliment décoré. Petit déjeuner bien servi.

La prière de 5h le matin mais nous sommes au Maroc.

Le lieu est magnifique et le personnel très gentil. La terrasse est super pour se reposer, nous sommes au calme.

Bedroom was a little too light - some blackout could be added.

Breakfast was very nice and varied, very filling. The room was quiet and calm (except for prayer calls), cool and private. The house and interiors were lovely, the staff friendly and helpful. The welcoming was wonderful, highly recommend to order the pick-up service from the airport and the welcoming meal, which was one of the best meals of our entire visit.

It's a bit to walk from the central parts, hard to find if you're not guided the first time. It was lovely to have breakfast on the roof, but all guests could not be seated at the same time.

Il riad è molto accogliente e pulito. La struttura è molto vicina alle mura della Medina, per cui i movimenti con taxi e bus turistici sono stati comodi. Abbiamo cenato una sera di rientro da una gita ed abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Anche la colazione è stata sempre ricca e gustosa. Da aggiungere che il personale è stato molto disponibile per garantire la colazione presto quando siamo usciti per escursioni. Nulla da contestare. Complimenti per l'ospitalità

Struttura davvero pulita, molto accogliente e tipica del posto. Personale davvero cordiale e disponibile in qualsiasi momento e situazione. Colazione davvero buona e assaporato diversi prodotti del posto, come benvenuto il buonissimo tè marocchino che non poteva di certo mancare. Consiglio veramente di soggiornare in questo Riyad, in quanto molto tipico e soprattutto atmosfera davvero tranquilla

Purtroppo, la posizione della struttura era in un quartiere molto isolato, però molto vicina ad una fermata taxi da poter facilmente spostarsi

Die Lage des Riads ist ideal, um die Stadt zu erkunden und dennoch Ruhe zu genießen. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich gestaltet, die Zimmer und auch die Aufenthaltsbereiche sind schön und sauber. Die Mitarbeiter waren höflich und haben uns sehr höflich empfangen.

Die Frühstückszeit ist relativ kurz (eine Stunde) und im Vergleich zu anderen Riads sehr früh (08-09 Uhr), was für uns nicht problematisch war, aber für Langschläfer ungeeignet sein könnte.

Extraordinaire séjour passé à Marrakech où se loger dans un riyad est vraiment plus belle proposition qui s'offre à vous. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil, la bienveillance de nos hôtes, à l'écoute, prévenants, attentifs et qui nous ont donné de bons conseils pour notre voyage. Ce riyad est très beau, les chambres disposent d'une décoration authentique et sont bien équipées. Le patio central est une merveille. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre notre déjeuner sur la terrasse en raison de la météo mais l'endroit y est superbe aussi. Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'établissement après le tumulte du dédale de la médina, ainsi que la grande propreté : le ménage est fait quotidiennement. Le petit déjeuner compris dans notre option était varié et copieux, parfait pour faire le plein d'énergie avant une journée de visite.

Petit bémol qui ne concerne pas nos parfaits hôtes de ce riyad mais son insonorisation. Il s'agit d'anciens palais qui ne sont pas isolés comme une chambre d'hôtel et nous avons malheureusement eu des nuisances liées au comportement de nos voisins. Amis voyageurs, si vous réservez un riyad, soyez respectueux de ce merveilleux écrin qui vous accueille.

Riad Alboraq is a luxurious riad with an amazing staff that takes care of everything with love and kindness, they really make all the experience of traveling to Marroco to a whole new level. The rooms are amazing, everything detail is taking in consideration so it feels like home. Taking those amazing breakfasts on the rooftop is quite an experience, the food is great and the tea is perfect!

We had a truly wonderful stay at Riad Alboraq. Everything was perfect – from the warm and welcoming staff to the beautifully decorated rooms and peaceful ambiance. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged to make us feel comfortable and at home. The breakfasts were delicious, the location ideal, and the entire atmosphere of the riad was serene and relaxing. Merci à Hicham pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité, son service, il était vraiment très serviable. Malheureusement, nous sommes tombés sur une période froide, et, les riads sont plutôt prévus pour y être en période plus tempérée, voir chaude, de ce fait nous avons eu une autre vision et appréciation. Cependant, je le recommande aussi pour son petit déjeuner, nous avons mangé que la tajine au poulet qui était un vrai délice !!

The staff, all very friendly, breakfast was V Good rooms albeit smallish but in the size for a Riad.

Probably the location. we got lost on a couple of occasions. its about 25 minutes to the start of the souks.

Posizione ottima, lontano dal caos della Medina, tutte le attrazioni principali sono raggiungibili a piedi passando per i suggestivi souk. Personale estremamente gentile ed accogliente, sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi richiesta ed esigenza. Affidatevi a loro su tutto se volete passare una splendida vacanza. Pulizia buona, la camera viene pulita e sistemata ogni giorno. Ambiente fresco, patisce un po’ in inverno ma nulla di insopportabile. Riad esteticamente bellissimo all’interno. Meravigliosa colazione preparata al momento ogni mattina con specialità locali. Abbiamo provato anche una buonissima cena. Consigliatissimo!

Smještaj je lijepo uređen. Domaćin vrlo ljubazan i spreman pomoći. Mirno je tijekom noći.

Prilaz smještaju je dosta zapušten i po noći se skupljaju muškarci koji nisu baš pristupačni. No, to nije do smještaja i vlasnika smještaja.

Lovely staff, Ashraf welcomed us with mint tea on our arrival (we arrived a little frazzled ) and Hicham packed us a breakfast to go for our early departure. The room was cleaned every day and lots of hot water. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Do book an excursion to the Ouraki valley + waterfall + lunch + camel ride - Fatima was a fabulous guide. They collected us from the parking on the morning of the excursion. Make sure you have a Morrocan sim card for Google maps. INWI 4G is one option.

The riad is located in a very run down part of town. Taxis can't take you directly to the riad and therefore drop you as close as possible in the parking. Unfort with no directions offered by our privately booked taxi driver, we were left to find the riad using Google maps, which was NOT easy. Photos below of the alley to help. Here are some simple directions; Go through the archway which shows a no entry sign, turn immediately right and follow the alleyway ALL the way to the end (do not veer off). You will see a small plaque on the way beside wrought iron gate which reads Riad Alboraque - ring the bell. Compare prices for excursions, taxis etc, the agency the riad uses is a lot more expensive than booking.com.

La pulizia

i prezzi degli extra.. 20 auro per una Tagina, per una persona, mi sembrano eccessivi. La posizione rispetto al centro è scomodissima.

Wunderschönes Riad! Die Zimmer sind geräumig, schön, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Essen war sehr lecker und die Dachterrasse mit Blick über die Medina ein Highlight. Ein anderes Highlight war das Personal - freundlich, flexibel und hilfsbereit! Einfach Top Die Lage ist gut, mitten in der Medina. Jemaa el-fna gut fußläufig erreichbar

Das Riad ist etwas schwer zu finden, weil Google Maps einen in eine andere Gasse hinführt
