不像飯店，比較像airbnb及民宿感覺，晚上5點半過後，櫃台沒有人會在，如果有狀況，很難聯絡到人處理。員工應變能力稍嫌不足，房間冷氣有問題，找不到人處理，整間悶熱。房間掛了打掃牌子也沒打掃，找不到人處理，總之，性價比不高，這個價位可以在Shukumvit找到類似的飯店了。

We landed after a tiring flight at 9.30am and got to the hotel before check-in time but the staff gave us the room right away. Very comfortable room for our requirement which was just a 1 night stop in Bangkok. Less than a 5 mins walk from the MRT

لقد وصلت الساعه 10 ولم يتم ادخالي للغرفه رغم وصولي من تعب ورحله طويله مع اطفال واخبروني انه قديتم ادخالي في ال3 هل يعقل بان لايستطيعون ايجاد غرفه مناسبه بسبب وصولي المبكر وقداخبرته مسبقا قد اصب مبكرا

入住有上下舖的四人房，睡眠區與客廳區有區隔很棒，空間寬敞攤開2大2小行李箱沒問題。一樓有各項備品及無限取用的水、二樓有非常大的公共空間有冰箱、大水槽、微波盧、碗盤刀具、洗衣烘衣機非常方便。離地鐵站約走路5分鐘，地鐵站附近有7-11，附近不是大型觀光點，晚上會比較暗。飯店櫃台非24小時有人，這次入住早出晚歸沒有遇見飯店人員，但因入住前就加入飯店LINE，入住相關事宜及任何問題都會立即回覆，非常棒CP值高。

離曼谷主要觀光景點稍遠，但若像我們是包車拉到外圍(大城、美功、安帕瓦等)倒是非常方便，避開龐大恐怖的車流。

It was very good. I used to go to big hotels but didn't get anything like this. My friend lad time stayed here and she told me that it was good and I tried it. They cleaned the room once we left the way they folded my clothes were very cute.

The beds were really comfortable, we loved that there was a separate dining area and kitchen area that we could use. The décor was lovely, we loved that we had bath robes.

There were no dislikes. My only suggestion is to have somewhere to hang a hand towel next to the sink 😊

The hotel building and rooms are exactly as pictured. The rooms were very clean and spacious. There was a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube connectivity. The shampoo and shower gel smelled wonderful and were very pleasant to use. The first-floor restocking area was well-stocked, making it very convenient to take what you need easily. The first floor also has a cute cafe and casual dining area. I had breakfast there one day; the drinks and sandwiches were delicious. The staff were very friendly and always willing to offer assistance. Because my flight was a red-eye, check-in and check-out were both self-check-in and self-check-out, which was incredibly convenient! 😍😍 The hotel is very close to the MRT Blue Line, making it easy to get anywhere in Bangkok by MRT. This saved me a lot of trips by Grab, haha! I would definitely stay here again next time. It was so comfortable and convenient! 😍😍

We had such a wonderful stay in the Woodstory. The room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful for check in. Location is less than a 2 minute walk from the MRT and we found getting around Bangkok from here really easy.

Notre chambre était bruyante. Il faut peut-être choisir une chambre située du côté opposé car nous entendions le personnel de l'immeuble parler très fort tôt le matin et tard le soir....

What we liked most about the property was how comfortable and welcoming it felt. The place was clean, organized, and had everything we needed during our stay. The location was also convenient, making it easy for us to explore Thailand. Overall, we had a great experience and enjoyed our stay at the property.

The room is always very neat and tidy, and it has all the basic amenities covered. You can also grab the room amenities on the ground floor as needed. I also love the spacious shower room. As a solo traveller, I always appreciate that both check-in and check-out processes are a breeze without any fuss, even if it is not during office hours.

The property was near a train station and is pretty accessible. We love that we were able to go to places just with the train. There is also a nearby 7-11! It felt safe and even though it was a bit tight for six people, we still were comfortable. Also, unlimited free drinking water!!

Tienen servicio de auto lavanderia pero suele estar ocupado y tarda muchísimo, no hay programas cortos, además la secadora aunque tarda 2 horas la ropa quedó humeda y con olor fuerte. Por otro lado, se escuchaban muchos ruidos del propio hotel, si pasaba alguien, las puertas, las voces, y también ruidos de la calle. Hay cosas que necesitan mantenimiento, como el toallero del baño, la ducha, pintura...

The hotel is clean with comfortable bedding. Location is a bit out of the way, but Grab is very cheap to use. Just be aware that you need to carry your own luggage up flights of stairs.

De familiekamer was comfortabel ingericht, met erg goede verduistering en aparte verduisterbare stapelbedden voor de kinderen. Ook de ligging vlak bij MRT Ratchadaphisek en dicht bij Krung Thep Aphiwat Station was voor ons erg handig. De laundry room, gemeenschappelijke eetruimte en gratis drinkwater waren fijne extra’s.

De kamer vertoonde enkele gebruikssporen: slijtage aan het stapelbed, een losse kastdeur en een koelkast waarvan de zekering geregeld uitviel. Daarnaast sprak slechts één medewerker goed Engels en was er geen ontbijt voorzien.

We had a great stay at Woodstory Hotel!! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The room was absolutely spotless, extremely clean, spacious, modern and trendy design. The bathroom was large with a great shower. We loved that there were amenities available as and when you needed them on the first floor (drinking water, toilet roll etc). We also used the laundry facilities and this was very easy to use. There is also a large dining area with microwave and large refrigerator available to use, we didn’t use this but popped our heads in and it looked great. Good coffee from the coffee shop on the first floor Location is a little out of the centre of Bangkok but there is a metro station about 2-3 min walk away and from there it is easy to get to tourist spots etc. metro system is easy to use. All in all, a great stay and one of the best hotels we’ve stayed in our 2.5 months in SEA. Excellent value for money.

At night there was sometimes a strange noise, sounded as though it was coming from outside of the hotel so not really their fault at all, but sometimes made it hard to sleep! This really wasn’t a big issue though. Other than that I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like!!

The children will surely miss the hotel. Thank you so much, Woodstory Boutique Hotel krub. The children loved the two-storey layout of the room, the clean and fresh-smelling bedsheets, the clean towels, and the complimentary water, coffee, and tea provided in the room. The beds were very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness of the place was excellent. It is also just a short walk from MRT Ratchadapisek Station, which made everything very convenient. It truly made our stay memorable.

The room is well put together for a small space- it felt super spacious even for our family of 5. Cafe in the lobby was great for morning coffees. Drinking water and amenities were available at all times. Location is a bit out of the city centre however well linked by the MRT which is very close by. Shower and air con were great quality.

There are many things to commend on this accommodation. 1st: the communications (e.i booking.com, whatapp) was superb. They guided us on what needs to be done and explain the instructions very well. 2nd: the check in was smooth. we we're allowed to check in once the room was ready. They let us use the common areas while waiting. 3rd: the supplies and toiletries were readily available. 4th: i really like the dining area where we can use the things inside, and it's spacious, it has nice view, airconditioned. 5th: i just love our room! nice beds, the toiletries, i like that we have separate toilet and bath. enough space for us to move even if we are 5 in the room. 6th: the mrt station is just a short walk from the accom! This is really a good find for us!

the water splashes outside the bathroom door when showering but not too much and we can just put a rug on it so it doesn't really bother us.

Mostly clean, functional and comfortable bed, quiet at night. Very close to subway station (blue line)

Safe was not mounted to the wall or floor (easy to move out of the room) and cleaning only every 2 days without prior communication (not mentioned on booking.com). Bedsheets had stains in them. Towels were small. Very minimal interaction with the staf.

The location is very good in the city, and not far from Subway, just a short walk, and the room is very clean and very big because it has a living area and sofa to sit, a bathroom, and a toilet, separate amenities kit and drinks bottles in the lobby

樓中樓的浴室雖有乾濕分離，但還是會漏水至外面地板，造成外面木地板分離，但仍不影響整體舒適度。

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. The location is brilliant, well connected to the airport and city centre and the staff are friendly. Nice and clean !
