فندق جميل و هادىء و الغرفة جيده لابأس بها موظف الفندق اللي اسمه محمد رمضان موظف خدوم و بشوش و يساعد ب كل شيء لو عدت الى هذا الفندق ف بسبب الموظف محمد شكراً لك

المسبح كانت المياه فيه وسخه رغم التنظيف المستمر و لكن للاسف الماء وسخ لا يصلح يجب الاعتناء اكثر

The outside area by the pool is excellent and the pool was cleaned everyday as well as the surrounding areas, and the staff are very friendly and happy to help.

The decor is a bit dated to be fair but it’s very clean

من افضل الاماكن اللي سكنت فيها تحس انك في بيتك الغرفة حلوه و نظيفه الموظفين متعاونين و بالاخص محمد رمضان انسان فعلا متعاون شكرا محمد . كان حجزي خمس ايام مددت الحجز خمس ايام اخرى بسبب الراحة اكيد و لو اجيت مصر راح احجز نفس المكان.

The best value for money you can ever get.. The pool is a cool thing.. Location is great.. Had some issues with the room but they immediately upgraded it.. Super friendly staff

Not much stood out. The location was decent, but that was about it.

The room wasn’t as clean as expected, and there was noticeable noise at night. Staff were slow to respond to requests, and the Wi-Fi barely worked. Overall, the value didn’t match the price.

عند الحجز أكدت عليهم ان اخذ غرف الفله وعند الوصول جلست مايقارب 1.20 ساعه وعشرون دقيقه انتظر برغم ان وصولي الساعه 2.30 ظهراً وهذا الموعد التي تم التاكيد عليه في تسليم الغرف ولكن سو تصرف وعدم اهتمام بالعميل والحجز عن طريق بوكينج لم يلقون اهتمام

The staff were very nice and friendly. The location is excellent, with easy access to most tourist attractions. The swimming pool is very nice, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this place.”

We did have to ask for a kettle, iron, cups, and tea bags, but the staff were always happy to provide them when requested. I would suggest including these as part of the daily room service, as they are standard amenities. One of the rooms did not have a TV, and the TV in the other room was not working. However, this was not a major issue for us as we were out most of the day. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff were always helpful and welcoming, and the location made it easy to explore the area. Despite a few minor issues, we were happy with our experience and would consider staying here again.”Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and enjoyed our time there

Arrivée a 16h les chambres ne sont pas encore prête, c est pas grave on attend.... A la fin c étais pas des chambres mais des cellules qui sentent les égouts les draps pas changés, j ai demandé des draps propres,j l ai eu mais je crois ça date de l époque de Cléopâtre, la salle de bain ne te donne pas l envie de te doucher entre les odeurs et manque d'hygiène . 7 jours a passé dans cette chambre ce n est plus des vacances, malheureusement ça nous a gâché notre séjour. La télé ne capte pas bien ,le wifi n ont plus, le tél pour appeler la réception c étais juste une déco. Pas de chaise dans les chambre, Le ménage n' a jamais été fait pendant 7 jours . Piscine salle tjrs plein des plumes et feuilles d arbres.

La piscine qui est un plus sur Gizeh Le personnel qui est serviable et sympathique Les chambres tres grandes et tres bien climatisées. Pour 2 nuits c'est tout a fait correct.

Une salle de bain très viellotte avec une baignoire qui ne donne pas envie. La salle d'eau est a refaire entierement avec une véritable douche qui fonctionne correctement. Cest bruyant toute la nuit La literie (lit double) a changer,.

Personal muy atento, y el hotel se encuentra cerca a las piramides y el Gran Museo Egipcio. La piscina cae genial con el calor. La comida del restaurante nos gustó mucho también. Las áreas comunes del hotel muy bien cuidadas. Me gustaron mucho los muebles del área de recepción, todos enchapados con nacar. La habitación es super amplia y con buen aire acondicionado. Y por último, hicimos el check-in antes de la hora sin ningún problema ni demora. Y para el check-out nos permitieron quedarnos una hora más.

La comida demora mucho en preparar y los baños requieren mantenimiento.

Everything was great. Clean hotel, friendly staff and manager. It was nice and comfortable.

5-10 minutes from both the Pyramids and the Grand Egyptian Museum, both were incredible. About 30 minutes from Cairo and the Nile and room 602 has a great balcony and a nice view. The room was huge and having a water cooler was a nice addition. Pool was lovely and some of the cats were really cuddly (fluffy tail tabby and white, we named him catnip).

The shower pressure wasn't great and the bathroom extraction fan stopped working, we closed it to keep the bugs out 🙈. Air conditioner was noisy but very much needed as was averaging 35c 21/5-2/6. When it got busy, the pool was too small and loud, but still lovely.

Hotel perfeito em tudo, excelente e exatamente como na imagem. Me senti super feliz e satisfeita e voltarei mais vezes. Uma piscina grande e limpa, um jardim super bem cuidado diariamente, funcionários super educados e solicitos

Única coisa seria mais um alerta mesmo, porque no aplicativo na hora de reservar aparece que tem hidromassagem, e aí chegar no local é informado que não tem, então minha sugestão seria retirar isso pois pode ter pessoas que alugue por conta disso. E se pudessem embutir o café da manhã seria algo legal, pois é cobrado um valor à parte

Bahçesi çok güzel ve keyifli, çalışanlar çok ilgili her ne istersem yardımcı oldular ve çok naziktiler.. Esra hanım bize eşlik etti her konuda.. resepsiyonda Muhammed nebil bey tüm imkanlarını bizim için sağladı.. uçağımızın kalkış saati geçti geç çıktık ve dinlenmemize yardımcı oldu 👍🏼

Il personale è il suo valore aggiunto : ragazzi e ragazze giovani, sorridenti disponibili ed efficaci . La strada su cui si affaccia l’hotel è piuttosto brutta ma una volta varcato il cancello vi trovate in un bel giardino molto curato e una comoda piscina . Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo . Se venite , come me , per andare a visitare lo Gem mettete in conto di dover prendere il taxi perché la distanza è maggiore di quanto sia scritto su Booking e a piedi e estremamente complicato andare .

In realtà manca una semplice lampada abat-jour sul comodino , se volete leggere a letto dovete rialzarvi per spengere la luce solo centrale . Attenzione però agli spostamenti in taxi ecc: sarò stata sfortunata io ma tutti sbagliavano indirizzo perché nella zona ci sono tre hotel dal nome simile…

Virkeligt søde, hjælpsome, venlige, troværdige personale. De medarbejdere har værdi mere en 100 millioner dollars. Vi følte some en del a familien, ikke hotel gæster. Gode mad, smart kats.

Larm fra udenfor, fordi hotel er bygget lige ved siden motorvej. Værelser mangler kosmetisk renovering.

The noise of the cars when you sit by the pool was the only downside.

La chambre que nous avons eu donnée directement sur la piscine qui est très agréable et globalement l’hôtel est au calme, ce qui n’est pas simple au Caire.

Les draps étaient tâchées et les lits, pas très confortables. Les repas pris à l’hôtel ont été très très long à être servi.

The surroundings are not the quietest. But all in all it is a very convenient position for all kind of exploration in the neighborhood of Cairo and the different pyramid spots.

A warm and welcoming experience with amazing staff and excellent service. It was the perfect getaway from the city’s non-stop energy, and the sun-drenched balcony was the perfect spot to start the day. We'll definitely be booking again soon!

Misleading to advertise. No garden furniture as shown in pictures Garden is maintained but too much water is used to water plants and grass which leads to the grass turning into a muck Want to exchange money forgot it. Excuses that no money is available Hotel is very far from all amenities and outside a main street which is very noisy I would not recommend staying at this hotel at all and am not sure why the so many positive reviews

Piękny hotel, super miejsce, ogrodzone i ciche jak na Gizę, basen, przemiła obsługa, pyszne śniadania i nie tylko, ładne i przestronne pokoje, transport z lotniska, oraz bus z profesjonalnym i pomocnym kierowcą na zamówienie.

Można by trochę popracować nad czystością, nie jest źle ale mogłoby być lepiej, chodzi glownie o zapachy z łazienki oraz drożność kanalizacji, przydałby się remont. No i oczywiście punktualność jak to bywa w Egipcie, 10 min zawsze trzeba traktować minimum podwójnie (nie dotyczy transportu). Tak czy inaczej szczerze polecam

Very good value for money, especially for a family of six. The staff was also very friendly and pleasant, which made the stay more comfortable.

The hotel stairs were very dirty, which gave a poor first impression. It was also extremely noisy—there is a busy road right next to the hotel, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the neighborhood around the hotel is not very nice.

A circa 400 metri si può raggiungere a piedi un complesso con numerosi ristoranti e bar dove trascorrere una piacevole serata e cenare in tranquillità. La struttura è ben tenuta con piscina, camera spaziosa e staff disponibile.

Nel complesso è tutto accettabile..magari le finestre dovrebbero essere insonorizzate..

The pool is very nice. The service very good and the staff very kind. The location is in a central area.

Unfortunately the pool was only filled the second last day of my stay, so quite cold. But once filled clean and good. Also they had to fix the warm water in bath room. But finally it worked well. The hotel itself is very quite but due to the location near a main road it's quite noisy.

Lovely place for budget travelers. I enjoyed it enough to extend my visit a few times. You can feel the care and love that the management pors into the property.

Guter Zwischenstopp für eine Nacht als Ausgangspunkt für die Pyramiden und das GEM. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten für uns in Ordnung (fest, wie überall auf unserer Reise in Ägypten), der Balkon groß. Die Straße und andere Gäste waren recht laut, aber das ist es im Großraum Kairo sowieso überall. Bei uns wurde gerade der Pool geputzt, war also nicht nutzbar, schon bei Abreise am nächsten Tag war er aber nahezu voll. Also nur unser schlechtes Timing. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Prima war der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Eingang ist etwas schwer zu finden. Wenn man dann durch die unscheinbare Metalltür gegangen ist, tut das viele Grün des sehr schönen Gartens extrem gut. Die Handtücher könnten mal Ersatz vertragen.
