Staff wasn’t helpful at all. The manager was rude and non of them couldn’t speak a word of English. There were no towels in the room. We were given only one towel after 2-3 times of begging them.

Reviewed Nov 16, 2024Bed sheets were dirty. Comforters were smelling bad When I called reception, no one was able to understand english, i used google translate to tell the reception that send the cleaning staff and bed sheets need to be changed.
Broken tap in the kitchen. Broken shower door in the washroom. Water on the Floor of the bathroom the direction of drainage was not right. No microwave. Dirty bed sheets. Dirty comforters.

1) Breakfast Not hygenie , indonesian worker not using hand glove while surfing breakfast. and he is sleepy mode in 8 am. 2) Sudani and saudi Receiptionist is very bad in day and night shift. not behaving well manner. 3) No wifi signal, Actual very low wifi signal strength and this not for hotel wifi, fact this was used to be in home for 2 -3 persons not for hotel commericial. please increase your bandwidth and plan of wifi 4) False information for the bus to madina daily prayers not punctual on time. 5)No water facility 6)Tap water cut down

It wasn't what was advertised, little bit runed out place, old furniture, zero amenities, no cleaning service. but this is what you will get. breakfast was good but cold. but tbh, they are trying hard. so give it a try.
