very friendly host and very good location and surroundings pleasant stay!

The house is very cozy for family to stay. clean and neat. Got towels and necessary items in the kitchen and laundry. all facilities complete. Muslim friendly ada sejadah, semoga dpt pahala making it comfortable for ibadah. Also very Near to alamanda mall just behind the apartment. and petang2 ade nearest bazaar, so food is easy to find. Reasonably priced. Host is nice also! Very recommended! just the parking building is on opposite block. sebelah saja. so may need to just walk a bit, but still ok. got lift. will support again.

Excellent communication and helpful host. Spacious and clean apartment with everything you need. Good beds and facilities. Small shop, restaurant and prayer area downstairs.

Convenient, happy with the homestay facilities. WIFI and Netflix! Use the internet to access TV1 & TV2 only.

Parking. Separate building, but just next to the homestay block. So not much issue, except during raining season. Ensure you drop off your luggage and family members at lobby, before you park car. Still highly recommended to stay here.

Host is nice. Easy for arrangement

It's like coming home, the owner ready the tea/coffee pack even "Maggi Mee" for us to cook, it's really warm when we are delayed by the traffic jam and arrive at midnight, at least can have some hot food after taking a shower.

But there is no grill on the window. For guests with children’s safety, I really hope owner care about the safety.

Easy check in. Parking lot separate building but not that far. No washing machine but there is coin laundry near. Overall we had a great stay.

Just that there is ants at kitchen and master bedroom.

Great communication with host and easy self check-in. Clean and well equipped apartment, we were very comfortable with beds, aircon, fans. Superb self service coin laundry and small shop at the car park. Good security at the complex Amazing view and location.

Love the location, love the lake view. The unit is very spacious and tastefully decorated.

The parking is separated from the unit and you have to walk a bit. Not very convenient during raining. It is also rather narrow.

My family had a pleasant experience staying here. The house has a calming ambience and spectacular view of the lake. The rooms are spacious and clean. There are extra pillows as well. The bedsheets smell fresh and clean. The beds are very plushy and comfortable. There's an electric thermos and microwave in the kitchen. The owner has generously provided us some light snacks ie cakes, biscuits, instant coffees and instant noodles. The owner is very hospitable and kind. we were given suggestions of activities and places to go to in putrajaya. Thank you very much Puan Zarina, we will definitely come again!

There is only 1 designated parking. If you come with more than 1 car, you need to park at the visitor parking which is only for 4 hours. Then need to renew after that, which you may get a 24hr pass if the slots are still available
