At det står på annonsen at parkering var 210 per opphold, men vi måtte finne selv parkering å betale ganske mye Også vi var 3 vokse og et barn, men sengen i stua var for 2 små barn. Det var ikke noen gardiner i stua for å dempe lys, det var vanskelig å sove

Nous n’avons jamais trouvé la lumière de la cuisine. La question a été posé au propriétaire mais il n’a pas répondu. Pas de torchon dans la cuisine. Peu de vaisselle, les placards sont vides. La poêle est inutilisable, à remplacer. Le lave vaisselle était plein quand nous sommes arrivés. J’ai dû le faire tourner et le vider.

It was dirty and the furniture was very worn out. The shower had no door, the owner answered me that the door was ordered, but it should be in information or message by check-in, also the price will be corrected.

The apartment is old and broken, they donot even provide a bedsheet for the sofabed, and guests are supposed to sleep directly on the sofa. The blankets are under the sofa, wet and dirty. The owner is not helpful.

1.沒有浴室玻璃門 洗澡水濺至外面 容易滑倒 反應給房東 房東說還要兩週才能裝 後來我翻網友留言 原來在2025就有人反應 到現在 還是沒有裝好，還好有刮刀 洗完澡盡量把水刮開，如果真的跌倒 我一定要房東負責。 2.廚房備品不全 竟然找不到抹布 我必須去超市買一盒抹布使用 3.要洗衣服的 記得自己準備洗衣服或膠囊 民宿沒有 4.餐廳燈壞掉 5.沒有烘衣機 Stavanger很潮濕 衣服晾2天還不乾 6.車站到民宿其實有段上坡距離 推行李箱很吃力

Das Appartement liegt etwas oberhalb des Zentrums.

Bereits der Eingang ist schmuddelig. Es lag dicker Staub auf den Regalen. Das Geschirr war nicht sauber. Die Einrichtung ist abgelebt. Das Sofa hatte Flecken. Insgesamt ist die ganze Wohnung in einem ungeflegtem Zustand.

At det var sentralt. Og romslig leilighet.

Det var møkkete, manglet dusjdør, lampe på kjøkken fungerte ikke. Spot lampe under kjøkkenskap hang ut av festet, kontakt på badet var ikke ordentlig på plass 1 av 2. glassene og bestikket var så møkkete så vi vasket det før vi brukte det. Stekepannen var skikkelig møkkete, så den rørte vi ikke. Fett hang fra stekeristen. Inni kjøkkenskapene så man tydelig at det ikke var vasket på lang tid. Glassene drakk vi ikke av, fordi det var leppemerker og matrester utenpå noen av glassene. Det var ikke kjøkkenklut eller håndkle der. Og dørhåndtak inn til soverom var løst. Alt bør vaskes ned. Terrassen var bøssete og det sto en død plante ute på terrassen. Dette er meldt inn, så satser på at det blir gjort noe med før neste mann leier 😊

Linne var helt skrynklig både för sängar och handdukar. De var också omatchande vilket inte ger en ”rent” känsla.

Nous avons aimé la clarté de l'appartement. Il était lumineux et spacieux. Nous avons apprécié son emplacement à proximité du centre ville facilement joignable à pieds. Nous avons aimé la présence de la petite terrasse qui pourrait être un plus en été.

- L'appartement est très humide et manque de ventilation. Peut-être que la VMC ne marche pas ? - L'isolation phonique des fenêtres est mauvaise. On entend beaucoup le bruit de la circulation de la rue avoisinante, très passante sur laquelle débouche Kingergata. - Dans la salle de bains, la cabine de douche était défectueuse (la porte manquait) d'où une difficulté pour prendre une douche sans tout inonder. Obligation d'éponger le sol après chaque usage de la douche. Un radiateur sèche-serviettes serait bienvenu, vu l'humidité de la pièce et le froid qui passe par la fenêtre mal isolée. - La poignée de la porte de la chambre était défectueuse. Elle restait dans les mains quand on voulait ouvrir ou fermer la porte. - Le plateau de la table du séjour était fortement endommagé. - Le linge de maison était insuffisant (pas de serviette pour les mains, pas de torchon de cuisine, pas de tapis de bain) - Il manquait des ustensiles de cuisine : un seul gros faitout et aucune autre casserole. Pas d'éplucheur à légumes, pas de couteau de cuisine, pas de planche à découper, pas de passette pour le thé ni de théière, pas de pichet pour l'eau, aucun saladier, pas de plat pour aller au four. - On aurait apprécié avoir une lampe de chevet pour lire le soir dans la chambre. Nous avons contacté le propriétaire pour lui indiquer qu'il manquait des ustensiles et du linge de maison. Il nous a remercié de l'information, mais, alors que nous restions 10 jours, il n'a pas remédié à ces manques. Les prochains pourront peut-être bénéficier d'un meilleur équipement ! -

Przestronny apartment z patio i dobrze wyposażoną kuchnią (lodówka z zamrażarką, czajnik elektryczny, ekspres do kawy, płyta grzejna, zmywarka, patelnia, garnki, szczućce, talerze itp) i łazienką (ręczniki, szampon, żel pod prysznic, mydło w płynie, suszarka do włosów i pralka). W mieszkaniu było dość dużo miejsc do przechowywania. Sypialnia posiadała roletę co jest plusem przy dobrze oświetlonej okolicy. Wygodna sofa. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Przystanki autobusowe 5 min. Nabrzeże 10 min. Lervig Local 5 min.

Za miekki materac w sypialni. Brak rolety lub zasłon w salonie.

Konum çok iyiydi. Merkeze 5 dakika civarıydı. Isıtma sistemi yerden ısıtma idi, iyiydi.

Yastıklar kötüydü, yastık kılıfları, çarşaflar ütüsüzdü. Mutfak eşyaları yetersizdi. Mutfak tezgahının üst aydınlatması yetersizdi. Davlumbaz çalışmıyordu. Ev sahibi pek ilgili değildi. Misafir için özenilmemiş havası vardı.

Kort vei til sentrum, 3 min å gå. Bra internett. Fint med uteplass på baksiden. Leiligheten var ren.

Leiligheten er i utgangspunktet fin, men den er litt "shabby". Men det er ikke så rart, det følger ikke med klut eller kjøkkenhåndkle på kjøkkenet, det er ikke oppvaskmiddel til oppvaskmaskinen. Vasken på badet er nesten tett. Speil amaturet ramlet av når man kom i nærheten. Senga var bra, men sengetøyet, dyner og puter ikke så bra. Hodeputene er bare sånn pute med kladder inni, dynene er kjempe tynn og sengetøyet syntetisk og litt ubehagelig. Dusjdøra var defekt og sto på uteplassen, når vi bare hadde 2 håndklær i sånn mellom størrelse så kunne vi ikke bruke de til å tørke gulvet. Moppen som sto der hadde lite effekt. Så da var det vann på gulvet i noen timer. Sofaen i stua er skikkelig ubehagelig og flekkete. Det er pyntet med masse plast blomster, fremstår litt shabby. Parkering er komplisert og dyrt. Alt i alt så er det ikke verdt prisen, vært mange plasser og er ikke kravstor, men her ble det bare for mange ting som ble irriterende.

Buena ubicación. Cerca del centro y del transporte público (tren y bus). También del puerto de donde salen las excursiones al Preikestolen. El anfitrión super atento y para nuestra sorpresa hablaba español.

Se debería mencionar que el aparcamiento en la calle es de pago. Nos pusieron una multa de aparcamiento por desconocimiento.

Zoek even uit waar je je auto kan parkeren. Er zijn verschillende mogelijkheden. Wij stonden in een parkeergarage vlak om de hoek.

1）フィヨルドクルーズや、高速バスの集合場所、旧市街やスーパーも近くにあり、便利な場所だった。 2）部屋がきれいだった。 3）スタッフの事前の指示が分かりやすく、適確だった。 4）食器も綺麗だった。 5）物干しもあって便利だった。 など。

1）カーテンが薄かったので、外から見えてしまうのではないかと心配だった。 2）電気の付け方がやや難しかった。 3）タオルの数が少ないので、フェイスタオルもあるとよかった。

中心地から徒歩10分ぐらいで立地がよかった。 物価が高いので節約のため毎日自炊していたがキッチン用品は一通り揃っているし、食洗機が使えたので何も困らなかった。 あと洗濯機や洗濯干しスタンドがあって助かった。

部屋の入り方が画像で送られてきたが正直分かりづらくて部屋にたどり着くのに時間がかかってしまった。 キッチンの電気の付け方がわからなくて困った。

Non c'erano tende nella zona soggiorno e può essere difficile dormire quando il divano viene utilizzato come letto. Materassi e divano macchiati

It was within walking distance to Stavanger shopping district and supermarkets.

1. The lights were dim so the place at night is not adequately lit. 2. As mentioned in other reviews, parking is a problem. Parking along the road outside the unit is only allowed for a maximum of 2 hours from 8am-6pm. After 6pm, parking is free. We wasted some time driving around searching for places to park from 8am-6pm and finally found that we could park in Comfort Hotel (opposite the apartment) for 20NOK per hour. The host seemed unfamiliar with parking and was not helpful. 3. A big problem is the bug bites we got from the place, usually after a night’s sleep on both arms and legs. We stayed for 3 nights so we got a lot of bites. Whether the bites came from the bed and sofa bed or from the opened windows, we do not know. While the place is good, I won’t stay again because of the bites. The host should do something about the bug problem.

Location is very good and convenient. Apartment has everything you need. Staff was helpful.

The rooftop is not very nice as it’s not maintained (whole on the floor, rusty chairs, not clean).

Location was good, walking distance to all main points in Stravanger. The kitchen is well equipped, you can make breakfast at the property.

Bed was really uncomfortable, very soft. Corridor leading to the apartment was dirty and smelly, I know it’s not a part of the property but something could be done especially that the town itself is quite clean.

It was nice flat with all you need for short stay

We found dirty underpants in bedroom drawer. I have informed the host and send picture. Resource was - thank you I will let cleaning staff know. Not good enough!!! Small towels. It was 2 adults and a child but actually child did not get bath towel just 2 small towels. Heating was odd. It was floor heating but took almost 24h until we could feel the floor heat…. Heater was offered but I kept repeating that heater was nowhere to find. Also we knew parking was paid but it was not mentioned on the post that only 2h is the paid allowance and after 2h end you need to move to another street. We even spoke to a hairdressers just opposite the flat to confirm this as I didint see it mentioned on the description

Wonderful, clean and spacious apartment

Where the key box was located was described well and was easy to access although not quite so easy at 3am. Actually we had a problem which was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nice outside space. Super close to the centre and short drive to airport.

Lack of information on the parking, where and how it works would have been helpful. I had a lumpy pillow. The outside doesn’t do the inside justice, the main front door to the apartments is uninviting.

Just a 5 min walk from the city center of Stavanger. The apartment itself if clean, modern and well-equipped. Plenty of parking options on the streets nearby. There are a few restaurants on the main road.

The bathroom door creaked almost like in horror movies! If you're a light sleeper, you're definitely gonna wake up if someone else is going to the bathroom.

Everything was great in the apartment starting from the hostess and explanations of how to get into the apartment. The apartment is newly renovated and has comfortable beds, we stayed in the 4th and had a great time here and slept well during our long trip, we felt like home. Everything was clean, the apartment smelled nice, everything you need was there. The location is great, five minutes to supermarkets and the center of stavanger. If you are still thinking about staying here, my advice to you is a confident yes!
