Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Excellently located just a one-minute walk from the Central Market and the bus stop to and from the airport, this hotel is the perfect place to experience the relaxed atmosphere of Alicante. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos and in perfect working order. The room was spacious, spotless, and equipped with a jacuzzi, while the bathroom was bright and recently renovated.
It was a pity, and somewhat surprising, that such a spacious and beautifully decorated room (203) did not have a bedside table with a drawer on both sides of the bed. As a result, there was only a convenient place to leave personal items such as a phone, charger, etc. on the right side of the bed. Adding a small drawer or bedside storage on both sides would be a very welcome improvement. On another note, and although this is not the hotel's fault, we have to agree with other guests' comments regarding the street noise, which can be quite noticeable, particularly in the evening and at night.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026The apartment's equipment is ok - maybe some things for the kitchen - a knife for the bread..The bed is comfortable. The jacuzzi in the bedroom is ok, but the water flows all around, as well as in the bathroom in the shower. Very friendly and hardworking cleaners.
There was nowhere to hang a towel or swimsuit. There was no toilet brush. The apartment was on the ground floor where there was not enough light, not even a window to open. You could hear everything, from the opening of the front door, from the neighboring apartments, thin walls. There was no peace at all, even late at night - we stayed in a location right next to the market - calle pintor velazquez 3. The mini bar is overstocked, not needed.

Reviewed Jul 14, 2026Location was excellent, size of the apartment and comfort in general. Bed was big and we had everything we needed. Also great air conditioning.
Could have done with a draining board and some bowls to have cereal. Also a hob and cooker would have been a bonus.
