Breakfast was lovely Location was close to shops The area was peaceful with no traffic noise It was like home away from home Kitchen has basic amenities like cooking oil and spices, tea, coffee and sugar Host responded quickly to messages

This accommodation exceeded my expectations. Key highlights included: - Private access to the house - Delicious breakfast - Well-appointed amenities - Quiet location - Close to different shopping centre The self-sufficient setup ensured a seamless stay. I would definitely book again and recommend to others.

Was travelling and thought to take a pause. And this was a perfect spot for that. Great communication between the owner and her assistant. Smooth check in and check out. Great breakfast( freshly squeezed juice). I was convinced by the reviews and I’d say they were spot on from the kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and well thought out extras one need.. For runners, there’s 5-7km route from the gate, super quiet and in the evenings neighbourhoods also run around the blocks… Will definitely consider it on my next pause. Thanks for the hospitality.

Maybe TV for those that would like, but i didn’t need it.

I stayed for one night and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious and well-equipped the cottage was, especially considering the price. There were more than enough plug points for the whole family to charge all our devices, which was really convenient. The kitchen was impressively stocked—not with food, but with all the essentials like pots, pans, cutlery, and utensils. Everything was clean and functional, making it easy to feel at home. A great budget-friendly stopover, especially for single travelers or families Highly recommended.

Everything The host goes above board to make you feel welcome and cared for. Like ABOVE. Milk and water in the fridge, rusks, Dove soap in the shower. 4 extra tissue rolls. It was amazing. The way little details were catered for. A very nice DIY breakfast. WiFi available. The location is easy to access and safe. A parking space was available. Staff are super friendly and accommodating.

Nothing. The only downside for some may be the absence of a TV, but it's compensated by everything else.

What a wonderful place run by such a wonderful human! Lindie thank you for going the extra mile and being so lovely too. It really did feel like it was home for a few days and the breakfast was a wonderful surprise thank you.

Good location, very clean and the money worth the place to stay. Breakfast is also delicious.

Breakfast and the cooking facilities. I appreciated the washing machine and the quiet private space and area. It was homely, and I ate well.

It was okay for a week. If any longer, more human interaction would have been good. Good communication via text.

However very cold and no TV. A heater will help for the cold days and nights. Bed was squeaky with every turn but it was wooden so I guess it's normal however very comfortable nonetheless.

I liked that it was safe and that the staff made me feel welcome. The specially prepared breakfast was a treat, and they catered for me as a vegetarian. I will definitely be going back.

I loved everything about this apartment, its clean and very secured and in a safe location. The breakfast was also amazing. Checkin was perfect. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants peace of mind. You get the value for your money.

Her warm welcome and attentive nature made me feel like part of the family. The photos don't do this place justice - it's even more charming in person! Whether you're staying for a few days, a week, or a month, this is the perfect haven. I'll definitely be back, and I've already made up my mind that this will be my go-to home away from home in Johannesburg, South Africa. Highly, highly recommended!

Everything , the place , the location and the host . From arrival I received a warm welcome and the place was warm , full of calmness and relaxation. It is a home away from home . There was everything I need and did not yearn for much . Sufficient plates , cutlery etc enough for a family of 4 . Beautiful attention to detail from the host , there was a toaster and even an airfyer for you to use . Host added a personal touch by adding pop corn and some basic spices , oil and herbs that you might need to make a hearty meal . Different coffee and tea was provided and to my suprise the host provided complimentary breakfast for the duration of my stay - this was a beautiful and appreciated gesture. When I told her about my lactose intolerance and how I appreciated the milk she had provided but was unable to use it , she gladly provided me with lactose free milk . I almost shed a tear . I don’t see myself booking anywhere else again when I’m in the area . Thank you so much
