The best part is the host Nilima, she made every feel easy & comfortable. The house is fully equipped and also very well connected to the main Margao city n near by beaches. We are surely visiting again.

The only drawback we felt was the swiming pool timings for the evening,it closes at 7pm, which i would request if they could increase the timing of using the pool atleast till 9pm.

Host was very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Property is well maintained with an amazing pool. Proximity to a relatively less crowded beach is a huge plus.

lovely apartment big bedrooms, the view was ok and we kind of got used to it, looking out onto someones garden, didnt really use the kitchen only to brew up, beds comfy, the owner was lovely and very helpful, we found it was to far to walk to the beach , a good 30 mins plus, got lost on the first day and took us 1.5 hours !, plus no resturants nearby, so we hired a a car or got taxis to majorda beach, shout out to the mish mar shack had the best times there, next time we will stay closer to marjorda where most of the resturants are

to far from the beach , as walking down the busy road isnt nice, far to busy

Away from all the hustle & bustle of busy areas of Goa… slightly remote from busy crowded areas so nice a peaceful and full of calmness.

Being away from the resort meant limited choice of eating places and shops. A few cafes and shops within 5min walk but other restaurants within 20-30min walk also beach was about 35min walk too. But we didn’t mind walking so it was fine… if you have mobility issues then it could be difficult.

The property is really clean and peaceful.

We recently visited Goa and stayed at Majorda Coastal Homestay which is awesome place to stay and unforgettable destination for relaxation and rejuvenation. Such a huge apartment of two BHK with attached washrooms. The property maintained very well, very clean, well equipped kitchen. Swimming pool was so clean and surrounding pathway to walk after food. We just loved the property and surrounding. The best part is host Ms Nilima Keni. Prior our trip starts, she gave a good suggestions about sightseeing, the restaurants which she suggested as per our tastes the food were amazing. She was connected with us throughout our trip. The help of her is not stopped our end of our trip, due to some confusion and Vande Bharat train delayed, we forgot one of our handbags at Madgaon railway station. We requested her if she can help to get it back and she was so helpful that she immediately said yes and collected my bag and ensured that she will send it to my resistance as less as cost. She is awesome I never ever met such a cooperative host. Overall we had a blast vacation and without hesitating recommend Majorda Coastal Homestay at Goa.

Very good environmental stay

Beautiful location, plush decors and everything was provided for. It was hot outside but the rooms were cool and very comfortable, very spacious for our purpose. The host was super helpful and gave us tips for sightseeing, restaurants etc. The place is a few minutes drive to the beach. Truly worth the money. Would definitely recommend.

Wifi was not working properly but the owner mentioned they will be repairing it asap. As the network is very slow in the area, we struggled with connectivity. Otherwise no complaints

Cleanliness, guidance of property owner to find out location, Property owner Nilima Keni used to call me daily to check out everything id okay or not. She is very soft spoken and very helpful in nature. Her care taker Ms. Kira is also very kind of helpful nature and also she is very good cook as well. I recommend this property strongly if you are visiting south goa.

First of all the homestay was very neat and clean and all basic and necessary things were available. The locality was also quiet and peaceful.

Really nice apartment with perfect pool in the garden. Our host Nilima was really lovely and provided us many recommendation to the region for activities. Our highlight was the invitation to Holi festival with local people, really outstanding experience and lot of fun.

The WiFi worked really bad during our stay, but due to local SIM and hot spot via mobile not an real issue.

A spacious neat and clean apartment equipped with modern amenities like a washing machine, gas and burners, cutlery and crockery, fridge, AC's.

We liked everything in totality

One of the best serviced apartments that we have stayed till date. It is maintained very beautifully, perhaps due to the personal intervention and attention of the lady owner. Everything that is needed is provided, just like any 5-star hotel. Toilets are cleaan and provided with all amneties. Kitchen is well equipped with all required appliances like fridge, microwave, gas, mixie, water purifier et al and all required utensils and kitchen items provided. There is washing machine as well as ironing stand to take care of your clothes. Both open and basement parking are available. Entire property is maintained spic and span. Both the Sunset beach and Majorda beach are at walking distance. Good veg and non-veg restaurants are nearby. Stayed here for just one day with family of four; wished we could stay for a couple of more days. Definitely, will stay here during next visit to Goa.

It is an absolute pleasure to leave a review for Eeshan and his family. We are a family of four, with two children aged 17 & 9. We come from Australia and stayed at the home for 4 nights. Communication Eeshan and his mum were in constant communication with us. It’s the little things that matter, such as Eeshan using his Goa Miles app to book is a taxi from the airport to the property. As international travels we were not able to book. This was a wonderful gesture that allowed us to travel to the property without a worry. The Apartment On arrival the family had left us with fresh bread, eggs, milk, cake etc. again it’s the thought they put into making sure their guests feel welcome. The pictures do not do this property justice. The home is big and airy. The bedrooms have king size beds. The linen is beautiful and beds comfortable. We did not experience any power outages and the air conditioning in the bedrooms work really well. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking appliances. We did not use these as we ate out. The surroundings It’s a beautiful village and the Homestay, whilst nestled in a quiet quaint street is near enough to all amenities. We hired a car and amazing local restaurants, such as Martin’s Corner & Cota Cozinha are about 1km away. Cota Cozinha is a must visit for good Goan food. The property The pool was a hit with our kids. It’s big and clean. It’s a quiet and peaceful property setting. We were a bit apprehensive booking this trip overseas via the app. We could not be happier with our choice. For anyone local or overseas, if you are a family with kids, you will not be disappointed. The property is much better than it looks on the app. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Eeshan and family.
