Reviewed May 10, 2026Wonderful house to stay. Complete with basic amenities. Quick response from the owner and easy to check in. Parking lot is provided, but there is a lot visitor parking spaces available. Definitely will come back to stay when coming here again.

Adding a heater would be great, the shower is quite cold in the morning.

Reviewed Nov 12, 2024The 2-bedroom apartment is very clean. Sufficient kitchen utensils provided. Very close to UTP, less than 1km. The towels and bedsheet are also clean. We went there to attend our son's convocation ceremony at UTP. Since no new guest was checking-in (on our check out day), the property owner is very kind, he let us stay till quite late afternoon at no charge. The owner is also reply to messages promptly.
No living room but it's OK for me as we stayed for 1 night only. If the owner can fix a proper bidet would be better rather than using the plastic hose.
