Had a wonderful stay at this resort. The overall ambience, beautiful surroundings, clean rooms, and stylish design were impressive. The food was delicious, the swimming pool was well-maintained, and the entire property looked amazing. The staff were friendly and the service was excellent. A perfect place to relax, enjoy, and spend quality time with family and friends. Highly recommended!

Nothing to dislike—overall, it was a wonderful experience.

The cable car ride and the view was nice. We also went on a small hike close to the hotel and saw a small local village.

The weather wasn't good so we couldn't see the mountains but there was a moment of clarity and we saw the Kathmandu valley.

Всі зауваження стосуються ресторану та обслуговування у ньому. Сніданки можна оцінити на 4. Це моя субʼєктивна думка, бо як на мене мʼяса та овочів було дуже мало. З приводу меню: я вкрай не задоволена позицією grilled chicken sandwich. Адже там ні грильованого мʼяса, ніякого листя салату не знайти. Там буде майонез, сир і мʼяса як приправи. Подадуть з картоплею фрі з фритюру.. Мені та моєму чоловікові було погано після цієї їжі майже 2 доби. І єдиний прийом їжі був в останній день виїзду. Звісно на фоні цього сендвічу: сніданок добрий.

The place is amazing, I wish I stayed longer as there’s space to walk around, enough attractions, beautiful landscapes to admire and take pictures and you just don’t want to leave

I wish I was offered spa services in advance as at 15:00 when I arrived the spa was already fully booked for the day, but there was no spa menu or working hours available online, or it wasn’t clear enough so I couldn’t find it. Also I couldn’t start the jacuzzi in my room as the water filling process took too long and you definitely need to put clears instruction on how to start it too.

This place is more than just a hotel, it’s an experience! From the cable car ride up and back, the gorgeous infinitely pool, shuttles to the temple whenever you want to go… this is really a once in a lifetime place to go. The property is in a unique and beautiful and the staff is friendly and accommodating and really make you feel taken care of.

We really enjoyed our stay at the resort. Cable car ride, zipline, skywalk, sky cycle etc were all included in our booking. From our first contact at the cable car reception, we were pampered with special treatment. Suttle service takes you from the top station to the resort. The staff, rooms, food everything was fabulous. Food was great and morning breakfast was a big spread of delicious food. Our room had great view and we loved everything here.

Very nice and a clean resort in a nice location in the heart of KTM. Highly recommend for couples. I love the food and enjoyed every moment in this beautiful resort. Very nice friendly helpful staffs are always available to assist you anytime.

THE MOST IMPORTANT INFORMATION IS MISSING HERE!!!! Do NOT try to drive to the property location!! You won't get there! Go to the chandragiri cable car base station, it is only accessible by cable car.(Or helicopter)

Everything is good. But the Zip line staff are fraud in chandragiri hills. They took money for video and didn't send any video. And the phone number they gave is wrong. When I called that number I got to know that the zip line people are doing this for very long time.

The service, the food, the staff were top notch.

Food was not on par with the resort - mostly western food and indian, buffet was unimpressive as was breakfast. Exorbitant food and beverage prices given the lack of taste. No bar, no outside dining, poor lighting - generally sterile

Breakfast was pretty good,location was being at the height pretty cold

Sheets on the bed,could have been better if it was more smooth,got provided executive suit but the sheet was pretty rough imo.
