First and foremost, the host was lovely and dis everything she could to make my stay in Ninh Binh as successful as possible. Although she does not speak English, communication via Google Translate worked perfectly fine. She helped me plan my activities and I could rent a scooter and bicycle right there for the whole day. She also helped me with booking tickets and on my departure day, I could leave my baggage there and could even take a shower in the evening before leaving for the bus. The room was very spacious and basic but equipped with everything you need. The motel is nicely located a bit outside the city center of Tam Coc but within walking distance or easily reachable via scooter/bike (approx. 2km). And overall, what you get for the price is unbeatable.

The only thing that could be improved is the cleanliness of the room. While it wasn't unhygeniec or extremely dirty, there was still some dirt on the floors.

La personne qui tient l’hôtel est vraiment très accueillante et a fait tout son possible pour nous conseiller et nous aider. La chambre était propre et les lits confortables.

Nhà nghỉ rất mới, nội thất đơn giản nhưng tinh tế. Sạch sẽ và thoáng. Nói chung mình không có gì để chê cả. Rất hài lòng so với số tiền bỏ ra thuê phòng, nó rẻ hơn rất nhiều + phòng đẹp và mới hơn trong khu Tam Cốc.

Convenient and cheap. They opened up at 1am for us and were very friendly and was close to the bus drop off. It is a super simple place but great to sleep like dafter an 8 hour journey while we waited to check into our hotel

Really nice room with a lot of light. It is kind of in the middle of the two popular areas so you will need to rent a motorbike. They offer a very good price at the Motel. It is next to the road so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs I guess, other than that amazing! The staff sooo kind and helpful, (you will need to use Google Translate), they helped us with everything, early check in, motorbike rental for 2.5 days, booking busses. They even offered us towels and the opportunity to have a shower before the night bus even tho we already checked out that same morning. Really lovely place and family!

Very friendly and helpful hostess. Covered parking for motorcycles. Large clean room, wardrobe with hangars and shelves, nightstand next to bed, large comfortable bed, big windows, curtains that blackout exterior light, hot water with good flow at shower and sink, bright room with multiple light options.

There was apparent coffee stains and toothpaste in the sink. Not soundproof as advertised. Tile floors and open stairwell let whistling, singing and talking carry from reception up to room. Stair climbing, hall walking and door locking was loud in room, but exterior noise not bad. All was quiet after 22:30 so afterward sleep was peaceful. Need a vehicle or 20 minute walk along busy road to Tam Coc center.

A very nice homestay at the entrance to Tam Coc. Room is new, bright white, very very spacious, very clean and includes a/c cooling/ heating system and other facilities. I loved that it was out of the tourist area thus price was much better, and that i could rent a motorbike at a fair price. An, the woman who is in charge, is the nicest woman ever. She was very cordial and caring like a mother, and took care of every special need i had. The whole family is very very nice. I highly recommend this homestay

It was very cold in the room and the A/C did not work for heating
