JCzar Suites

The staff are hospitable and heartwarming. They even gave us a cookies as token of gratitude. Thank you so much❤️

Very kind staff , very accommodating and available 24/7. Very clean room , good fridge ,great aircon and lighting. Dressing table was a also welcome po.

Breakfasts could be improved and the water pressure.

Miła obsługa, śniadanie do pokoju w cenie, wszystko super.

The staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The location was also perfect for our needs since it is across the street from the city hall.

The room was exceptional

The hot and cold option of the shower was not working

The property very conservative for many stores and restaurants. The coffee shop downstairs very good to relax.

The staff and willingness to accommodate my needs

Very clean, secure parking, was easy to find and very modern. Staff was welcoming.

The location is good - easy access to restaurants and convenience stores. Place was clean especially the bathroom! Great water pressure and the heater was working. The room was also spacious and the staff was really helpful and polite. Overall, great place to stay in.

none

Clean, quiet, good neighbourhood , close to amenities, great friendly staff, great value. Bus terminal, marketplace near. 100% would stay again

Nothing to dislike!

Hmmmm I like the location and the staff were so nice.

Bedding was comfortable.

Climb two flights of stairs to get to lobby with no assistance, front desk associate was half asleep, the expensive room we checked into had no amenities including no refrigerator/microwave. When asked, we were moved to a larger room with a refrigerator, however were charged an additional 2800 pesos for the stay ($60.00). I wanted to leave the hotel immediately due to numerous other failures, but due to Booking.com’s no refund policy, I was unable to. Will never go there again.
