Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt neben dem Haus Einfaches Checkin / Schlüsselübernahme Sehr geräumiges und stilvolles Zimmer, mit gut ausgestatteter Küche und grossem Badezimmer (leider kaum Stauraum) Wunderschöne Aussicht aufs Wasser (falls für jemanden relevant: es hat keinen Fernseher, von daher könnt ihr die Aussicht umso mehr geniessen) Ruhige Lage noch ausserhalb von Narvik Die Sauna befindet sich in einem Häuschen gerade nebendran, auch mit Blick aufs Wasser. Das Studio/Zimmer ist im Haus, wo es insgesamt 3 oder 4 Studio/Zimmer gibt.
Das Besteck war teilweise noch vom vorherigen Gast dreckig Das WLAN funktionierte nicht (respektive es war wohl gar nicht aktiv, da es von keinem Gerät gefunden werden konnte) Die Abdunklungsvorhänge wären gut, aber es fehlt noch wie ein Vorhang, da man nicht die ganze Breite der Fensterfront mit den vorhandenen Vorhängen abdecken kann - auch sind die Schienen an wenigen Stellen wohl etwas verbogen, weswegen man die Vorhänge nicht überall einfach durch ziehen kann Die Lichtschalter sind etwas speziell (da sie zwar dimmbar sind, aber je nachdem nicht ganz sauber eingesetzt wurden, weswegen das Abschalten teilweise ein bisschen Fingerspitzengefühl benötigt) Leider gab es keinen Haartrockner, obwohl es genügen Platz/Stauraum im Badezimmer hätte Es gab auch eine Fernbedienung für die Lüftung, eine Info dazu wäre gut gewesen (da wir uns zuerst nicht sicher waren, ob die Fernbedienung überhaupt dort hin gehört)

Bed uncomfortable, could not cook due to lack of implements, no coffee maker (lucky we brought our own!), people in other apartments were not loud but we could easily hear them. I would not stay here ever again.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Det var väldigt nybyggt och fräscht. Det var fantastisk utsikt. Det mesta vi behövde fanns och det inkluderar ett utrustat kök. Vi var nöjda.
Stället var väldigt nybyggt och det finns utrymme för förbättring. Små saker vi hade uppskattat är; fler krokar, badrumsmatta, bättre belysning och fler avställningsytor (exempelvis i dusch och sängbord). Gardinerna täckte inte riktigt fönstret om man ville ha det mörkt. Vi tror att det går att förbättra om de inte sitter fast.

Reviewed Jul 16, 2026Ein sehr hübsches und frisch renoviertes Appartement. Hübsche Einrichtung, sehr schönes Badezimmer, schöner Ausblick.
Die verschiedenen Appartements sind in einem Haus vereint, die Zwischenwände leider sehr dünn. Man hört das Türe öffnen und sogar das Vorhang schieben vom Nachbarn nebenan und die Schritte vom Nachbarn drüber, das ist nicht sehr schön. Beim Vorgänge Abmessen hätte man Chat GPT um Rat fragen sollen, Vorhänge müssen immer breiter sein als das Fenster selbst. Und die Betten, so hübsch sie sind, sind wirklich extrem weich, überhaupt die eine Seite. Man sinkt sofort 5cm nach unten, das ist wirklich seltsam.

Bed and pillows were too soft. For me sleeping was uncomfortable. But it can be my personal thing. Check in time is 17:00 in my opinion it is too late.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2026Incredible view, really. Even with all the other drawbacks of the room, we'd still book it again just for the view. The property line starts a meter from the beach and the view of the mountains and the sea is amazing. The sauna was a also nice and roomy, even had a shower.
As others have said in their review, it's crystal clear these are investment apartments, not too much thought has gone into the actual guests' stay. That's not inherently bad though, but up to a point. The worst for us was the second bedroom. It might be good for kids, but if you're traveling as a group of adults the second bedroom is tiny. It literally only has two beds in it, nothing else, not even a couple of hooks for our clothes or a nightstand. In the kitchen, it should be the bare minimum to have a coffee machine in your accommodation in my opinion. The clean utensils were also done in the first 24 hours, with no sponge to wash them. There was a dishwasher, though, so that's a small problem. Overall, almost all of these problems are solvable with a few tens of euros, so, again, it's a matter of how much the owners care about the guests' stay.

Tanulni kell a világítás, fűtés, szellőzés kezelését. Sajnos a berendezés olyan fejett, hogy okosabb mint mi, jó lett volna ehhez egy útmutató a helyszínen.

The bathroom was cold and I couldnt shut the curtains properly because they got stuck so it was bright all night. I had the apartment downstairs and the stairs didnt have any railing. It was difficult for me to carry my heavy suitcase down the stairs.

The living room features a large sofa and two armchairs, making it an ideal place to relax. It also has a large window and a terrace with stunning views of the mountains and the fjord. The kitchen area is bright thanks to its window and is well equipped, with plenty of space for cooking. There is also a large dining table. The apartment provides books about the region, as well as maps for exploring the area. The house is located right on the shore of the fjord. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet, with birds singing all around. Guests can also enjoy access to a sauna in the garden.

Like most places in norway service is low and price very high. You cannot check in before 17.00 hrs. Amazing. We arrived around 15.00 hrs and had to find alternatives to spend 20 hours waiting.

Durante il soggiorno il lavandino del bagno, insieme al mobile, è caduto durante il normale utilizzo, rischiando di ferire seriamente la mia ragazza. Solo dopo aver contattato Booking il proprietario ha ritrattato, dopo aver inizialmente messo in dubbio la nostra versione e chiesto persino i danni. Abbiamo lasciato correre su alcune mancanze minori, ma su un problema di sicurezza così grave non è possibile sorvolare. Non consigliato.

Las vistas hacia el fiordo son espectaculares, y la ubicación en un pueblo tranquilo a 10 minutos de Narvik lo hacen ideal para explorar la zona unos días y relajarse por las tardes. Tuvimos algún problemilla técnico pero los anfitriones respondieron rápido!
Las cortinas oscuras no cierran completamente, por lo que entra bastante luz durante los meses de verano (fuimos en mayo). Tal vez un tramo de cortina más ayudaría. Además, los ventanales que dan esas vistas geniales quitan privacidad si el apartamento anexo está en uso y pasan por delante. La importancia depende de cada uno!

Die Unterkunft war nicht wirklich sauber, vor allem der Kühlschrank war nicht zur Lagerung von Lebensmitteln geeignet und die Böden waren offensichtlich nicht gewischt und die Ecken nicht gesaugt. Ausstattung in der Wohnung war wenig bis keine vorhanden. Beispielsweise Handtücher nur für 2 Personen, obwohl 4 Gäste gebucht waren. Geschirrtücher und Spültücher waren nicht vorhanden. Auf den Hinweis an den Gastgeber, dies zukünftig zu optimieren, reagierte dieser nur uneinsichtig. Schade, wir hatten uns mehr erhofft.
