Reviewed May 23, 2026We liked this location just a bit out of Nelson in a quiet area but near to activities. We had everything we needed in the accommodation. The place was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable. Our host provided lots of tips for things to see around the Nelson area. Would be happy to stay there again.
Whilst there were all the appliances you need for meals, another power point could be useful. This is a minor problem.

Reviewed Mar 5, 2026Tasmin is a super nice and helpful person. She gave me plenty of valuable advice. Flat is very clean and well-equipped with different snacks waiting for you in the kitchen. There is also a pool and spa if you want for your use. Absolutely recommended.

This gorgeous spot has a lot to offer travellers, including a fully self contained unit, pool, bbq, friendly staff and a beautiful puppy 🐾 A coffee pod machine, breakfast supplies, milk in the fridge are really thoughtful touches too. This place is fantastic value for money! The birdsong and cicadas singing made this beautiful property feel very homely. The bed was SUPER comfy and would rival most 5 star hotels we have stayed in. We stayed while attending the Moutere Hop 2026 event. The location offered really safe, off-road parking right outside the unit. Thank you Tamsin and Andrew for sharing your beautiful property for such a reasonable price!

Difficilissimo arrivarci, google maps sbaglia, le indicazioni dei padroni di casa sono insufficiente. Sarebbe il minimo, per una struttura di ottimo livello come quella, mettere qualche freccia segnaletica ai bivi per arrivare, mentre queste sono totalmente assenti sino alla porta di casa.

The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful, especially by sending detailed messages with clear directions, since the GPS does not show the correct address. We felt very well taken care of and had a wonderful stay. ☺️

Heard lots of birdsong in the morning. Comfy bed and widescreen TV plus a flexible checkout time. All up awesome value for money.

Reviewed Sep 8, 2025Location was perfect with a 6 minute drive into Mapua. The unit was very clean & comfortable with parking provided and you can even use the pool or hottub! We were given privacy on our 2 night stay & the use of a bbcue too.

Reviewed Oct 22, 2024A beautiful lifestyle block overlooking the valley and sea. There was a pool and spa for our use anytime we wanted to use the facilities including a bbq. Very pet friendly with paddocks for our pooch to run around. The apartment was warm and comfortable and quiet at night we slept so well.
There is not one negative thing about the property and the hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed.

Reviewed Sep 14, 2024It was a home away from home, warm clean and tidy. The extra touches were awesome, milk, jam,honey,vegemite and marg in the fridge. Cereal, good coffee and teas to choose from. We had our dogs with us and they just loved it, made to feel just as welcome, they had a fenced off area for them to have a good run in, but also there is an area beside the unit to toilet them. I can't recommend this place highly enough if you have your animals with you.
It's not really a didn't like, but if you follow Google maps it takes you some where else and the lady did tell us that, we didn't listen lol, just rang her and found it fine.
