Extremely clean!!! The hosts were absolutely lovely - welcoming, friendly and gave us excellent food recommendations. Amazing location in the Koukaki district. Was very quiet and the beds were very comfortable.

Lovely hotel in a great location in Athens. The hotel was nice and the location was very convenient for exploring the city (5-8 min walk to the metro station!). It was also clean and comfortable, with beautiful marble designs and a welcoming atmosphere. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it.

During the summer, if you want to use the air conditioning, there is an extra charge of €5 per day. There is no lift, which can be inconvenient when you have heavy luggage. In our room, there also wasn’t a table or enough surface space where we could put our things, which would have been useful.

Das Zimmer war für 4 Erwachsene viel zu klein. Die 4. Person musste in einem unbequemen zu kurzem Notbett schlafen und man wusste nicht, wo man seinen Koffer öffnen oder hintun sollte. Das Klo/Bad, das man mit noch einem Zimmer teilen muss ist unzumutbar klein, man kann sich kaum umdrehen und es gibt keine Möglichkeit, seinen Kulturbeutel irgendwo abzustellen. Soo eng.

Everything was exactly as shown in the pictures. The apartment is small but very well located and had everything we needed for a comfortable one-night stay.

Buon hotel in zona poco turistica nel quartiere di Koukaki, ma ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e con tanti locali e ristoranti nei dintorni. A due passi dal museo di arte contemporanea , comodo per raggiungere la riviera ateniese con il tram 6 o la metto. Acropoli in 20 minuti a piedi facilmente raggiungibile. Camere pulite, alcune dotate di bei terrazzi arredati. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Acabei por não ficar no alojamento uma vez que o quarto não tinha casa de banho privativa (mas sim apenas uma casa de banho partilhada por mais quartos). Culpa minha que não reparei quando fiz a reserva, ainda pedi para mudar de quarto mas não havia disponíveis. De resto o quarto era bastante pequeno, já antiquado e seria muito complicado receber 4 pessoas. Acabei por reservar e por mudar para um apartamento muito próximo, totalmente renovado, equipado e bastante maior, por valores idênticos.

Estabamos en la ultima planta, hacia un calor insoportable, el aire acondicionado no funcionaba, solo ventilador. En una de las camas habia bichos.

Service was excellent. Decent room at the right price

Hotel situé dans une impasse calme proche de tout : restaurants, market, laveries, transports en commun, église, boulangerie, 20 min en bus de la plage la plus proche. Chambres faites tous les jours par 2 adorables dames. Nous étions 3 donc chambre 2 lits jumeaux et un lit d’appoint au milieu. Forcément peu de place mais nous voulions juste y dormir car très occupés la journée et le soir, donc ça faisait le job. Très bonne literie ( matelas, oreiller confortables). Possibilité de petit-déjeuner en chambre. Disponibilité, sourire et gentillesse des personnes de l’accueil. Enregistrement et depart rapide et simple. Petit frigo, verres, ventilateur de plafond. Climatisation ( mais à payer en supplément, 5€ par jour)

Petite salle de bain, un meuble sous vasque permettrait de mieux ranger ses affaires de toilette quand on est 3 dans la chambre. Nous avions une salle de bain privée mais accolée à la salle de bain commune d’autres chambres et un matin tôt nous avons été réveillés par2 ou 3 personnes qui mettaient la musique fort sous la douche, se raclaient fort la gorge, parlaient fort entre elles. Là, c’est une question de vivre ensemble ( ils se croyaient seuls) mais ça montre que c’est peu insonorisé. Cependant pas de bruit de rue et calme quand il n’y a pas de départs tôts ou personnes égoïstes. Pas adapté aux PMR : 2 étages sans ascenseurr ( chambres au rez-de-chaussée, 1er et 2ème), pas de rampe ( 2/3 marches à monter) àl’entrée de l’établissement.

My favourite thing about the hotel was the place where it was. It was a very quiet place but yet it was close to the metro

The pictures are 100% accurate, there was a kitchen in the pictures but when we arrived the kitchen “disappeared” other that it was good

Communication was excellent, our queries were replied to very fast and we receieved detailed isntructions on how to get to the property. Our room had a small balcony and , although, small, didn't feel cramped. The hotel is in a quiet area but within walking distance of the main sites. John, the receptionist, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the local area - he is an excellent professional.

A senhora que nos recebeu foi muito gentil e solicita. Nos deu dicas de restaurantes muito bons, e inclusive fez a reserva para nós. Ótima localização e segurança, perto de mercados e pontos de ônibus, e de fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos. O banheiro estava sempre limpo, e tinha shampoo e condicionador de boa qualidade.

Compartilhamos o quarto e uma pessoa estava com frio. Foi solicitado uma coberta porém disseram que não estava disponível no verão

El personal muy agradable, muy amable.

Nous avons pris une chambre pour 4. C est simple mais propre et suffisant pour 2 nuits. Nous avons même pu manger sur la terrasse de l hôtel en bas notre nourriture. Le garçon de la réception est souriant et très sympathique et nous a donné de bonnes informations. Les femmes de ménage sont tout le temps au travail. Merci au personnel.

Avec la chaleur du mois d août une piscine aurait peut-être été appréciable mais ça n est pas le même tarif

Location and cleanliness

Very poor management and business practices that left me with little confidence in this accommodation. On the first day, they asked me to pay thr additional A/C charge upfront for the entire stay, rather than at check-out, when additional costs and bills would normally be settled. I offered to pay the full amount immediately by debit or credit card, but of course they refused and insisted on cash, which could only be paid during their limited reception opening hours. This effectively meant that, while visiting Athens, I was expected to arrange my plans around returning to the hotel during office hours simply to make a small cash payment, as if this should somehow take priority over actually being there to enjoy the city. Much more concerningly, staff entered the room and disabled the A/C by removing the magnetic key from its control panel. Thinking it was a technical problem, I raised that the A/C was no longer working, and I was told that the problem was due to something I had done. The magnetic key was subsequently put back and the A/C worked again for 1 night. The following day however, exactly the same thing happened: the magnetic key was removed again and the A/C was disabled for a second time. At that point, there was no doubt about what was happening. And despite having deliberately disabled the A/C, they still demanded payment when I had been unable to use it. They demanded full payment for an extra service, in cash, and in advance only. Out of four nights at the hotel, I spent two effectively unable to sleep because the room was over 32°C without functioning A/C. Again, all this was deliberate. After discussing the situation with local friends, I decided to appease them, pay and leave. I had one final corteous call with the front desk employee and ultimately left the cash they demanded in the room before checking out, as their handling of the situation had made me uncomfortable with what might happen otherwise.

Chambre très propre et jolie. Le service de chambre passe tous les jours. Idéalement situé à 20 minutes de marche de l’acropole, à 5 minutes de l’arrêt de bus Olimpiakē qui peux vous amener notamment aux plages. Il y’a également une station de métro à cinq minutes à pied.

La douche était un peu petite. Le bruit dans le couloirs très tôt le matin est dérangeant, nous entendions toutes les portes se déverrouiller et s’ouvrir. Nous étions à côté de la salle de bain commune et les personnes utilisant cette salle de bain étaient très bruyant et m’ont réveiller à ~6h du matin le premier jour. C’est un peu dérangeant car nous étions arrivé à 2h du matin de l’aéroport et nous comptions nous reposer un petit peu… Les autres jours le bruit est arrivé un peu plus tard heureusement mais toujours bruyant…

Perfect place to spend a few days exploring Athens. 15 min walk to everything we wanted to see. Plaka, Acropolis, National Garden, Panathenaic Stadium, With lots of great coffee shops, resteraunts and markets in the area, we liked Kalamaki Bar best! The mini fridge was great to store cold drinks and fresh fruit. Late night check in was accomodated with keys waiting at the desk.

Location, location, location! Perfect for all your adventures in Athens. The staff was really nice and gave us tips for what to do in the area that we actually did and loved! Would recommend this place to everyone!

La cama muy cómoda. La habitación la limpiaban cada día. El personal atento y simpático. El barrio agradable y con cafeterías, restaurantes y tiendas con buena relación calidad- precio. Al estar el hotel en una calle sin salida es zona tranquila.

No tienen el cartel de "No molestar" para poner en la puerta y a la hora de limpiar las habitaciones abren la habitación aunque estés dentro.

I loved everything

The location of property is Excellent! During my stay i barely needed to use a taxi, i did everything with just walking! Its also in a very safe neighborhood, so thats a huge plus too, as i was a lady and all alone! Miss Nancy, one of the owners of the hotel is a very heart-warming lady, and is very kind.🤍 Very friendly staff, and very welcoming! I would definitely recommend and will book again for my next visit to athens!!

The location of this property was amazing. You could easily walk everywhere you needed to get ie Acropolis and bus stops for hop on hop off bus. There were good places to eat and get food/drinks from close by. The hotel is up a small dead end road, so was quiet. Its a very small hotel, but nicely decorated. Our room was clean and there were little bottles of shampoo/shower gel left for us. Would stay here again.

We had to pay extra for A/C (which I would definitely recommend in the hotter months) 5euros per day. We paid for an en-suite bathroom, which was very small (although clean and perfectly serviceable). There were three adults staying in one room. It did feel like the whole room was taken up by beds, however if you viewed it as somewhere to lay your head, it was absolutely fine.

coffee machine did not work when I needed! Toilet cover is broke. Personnel failed to change the towel in bathroom in my 3 nights stay. i knew it because it soaked.

the location was great, could walk to much of what we wanted to see. It was close to rail and busses so accessible for much of the area and tours that departed.

We booked to have two single beds as I was travelling with a friend, unfortunately upon arrival there was only one room available which had a double bed. I had a fall that day and it was difficult to be in the same bed with a friend with my injuries as I was very aware of not disturbing them when trying to get comfortable. Management were very apologetic, but your room configuration cannot be guaranteed when you book, so don't rely on what you booked as this can change. Beautiful staff. valuable advise...take your own first aid kit:)

Bon emplacement. Personnel sympa. Nous ne sommes pas restés très longtemps. Arrivée dans la nuit et départ à l'heure du checkout. Les clés étaient prêtes et tout était super clair.

We adored the friendly staff and the great location. The hotel is in a quiet and safe neighbourhood, within easy walking distance to all the main sights in Athens.

There were ice cubes in the ice cube tray upon my arrival allowing me to have a cold glass of water, very nice! The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! There was a nice little private patio area outside my room.

Lovely family run hotel set right in the heart of the Koukaki area of Athens which is very safe. From the minute we checked in to checking out our experience was very good. The staff were super friendly and even took time out to chat and provide some recommendations. Access to amenities and locations was easy including food - Geor Olimpou Square nearby has some nice well priced places to eat and drink, gym and the centre and beach was easily accessible by bus. We will be back.

Hotel económico, para pasar una noche. El aire acondicionado se paga aparte, la ventana con un pequeño balcón daba prácticamente a otro balcón enfrente, el baño es diminuto (pero nuevo y limpio). Cumple para pasar una noche, para el precio lógicamente que está bien logrado

Recepción abre 9am, debería ser antes. El desayuno es muuuy caro, el baño muy pequeño con el ventiluz en la ducha que si lo abrís el agua sale por la ventana

Nice clean hotel at a very affordable rate. Room was small but very pleasant, on the first floor with a balcony and small shower and toilet en-suite. There was a fridge in the room, a coffee machine in reception for a small charge and breakfast was also available but we didn't take this option. Air conditioning was available at a cost of Є5 per night which we chose to pay as it was late June, however there was a fan on the ceiling which might have been enough for some. WiFi was fine and the staff were very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions of where to eat locally - we ate at Lolos and it was excellent! We found the location good and easily walked to the Acropolis, museums, Gazi and Monestraiki in the 3 days we stayed although there was always the metro option if you preferred. All good!

La posizione , la gentilezza dello staff, il frigorifero in camera , il bagno ben fornito e pulito.

Purtroppo nella camera , gia' di piccole dimensioni, c'era un letto aggiuntivo ( perche`?) , che rendeva difficile ogni spostamento. Sotto uno dei due letti c' erano varie cose che rendevano ulteriormente difficoltoso spostarsi, nell'armadio lo spazio utilizzabile era limitatissimo.

The hotel in all honesty is worth every penny that is priced. From the easiest check in I ever experienced, even as in our case after hours, to the cleanest shared bathroom I ever saw. The room is super comfortable, the beds are clean and soft. The staff is nicest possible from the cleaners to the front desk, very understanding, as in our case because of accidentally sleeping after check out hour, they never complained and were very nice. The location is fantastic very safe, one metro stop from the acropolis. The street where is situated is no return and so is very peaceful. The restaurants and supermarkets are 3-4 min away so very convenient. In all honesty have nothing to say baddly of the hotel, I will for sure come back to stay more days!!

Wszystko bylo super. Lokalizacja mega, 15 min pieszo do akropolu, prosta droga. Bardzo czysto, piekny taras.

Struttura accogliente e vicina alle attrazioni della città. La signora alla reception è stata molto gentile, ci ha aiutati e consigliati. Molto consigliata!

Das Zimmer war recht klein, aber dafür hatte ich einen Balkon, der so groß war, wie das Zimmer selbst. Es war sauber. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Christos was very helpful and was able to get us checked in early and have our luggage stored, which was very kind. Location is fantastic! Lots of cafes and restaurants were nearby and a short walk to the Parthenon!

Twin room was slightly small, and not being able to guarantee twin beds vs. a double bed was slightly anxiety inducing but it worked out fine in the end!
