Reviewed Aug 26, 2026雖然叫Motel且外觀看起來令人卻步，但實際上是很不錯的住宿，地理位置非常好，離釜山車站很近，且旁邊就是草梁市場，非常多餐廳。 奶奶人很好，雖然語言不通但有任何問題奶奶都會盡力協助！住宿中沒有電梯，但奶奶都會幫客人提行李（雖然跟她說沒關係但奶奶還是會幫忙）若需要幫忙叫計程車奶奶也會協助 每天出門後都會有人收拾房間，補上瓶裝水、毛巾、衛生紙等，把被子折好並收拾垃圾，很貼心。
小缺點是隔音沒有很好，聽得到隔壁的聲音但不至於太吵 整潔方面雖然有小瑕疵（毛巾、床單有少許污漬但床單上還有墊保潔墊是乾淨的），不過畢竟不是住飯店就不強求了 整體而言是值得推薦的住宿

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026帶了一位剛會走路的一歲小孩入住，小孩很喜歡韓式暖房，可以在房間裡走來走去，然後老闆和老闆娘非常熱情，充滿人情味，主動提供了很多協助，離開的那一天早上下大雨又要趕飛機，所以匆忙離開沒辦法好好跟老闆和老闆娘告別，只好在這裡跟老闆和老闆娘說聲 謝謝您們四天的照顧了~

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026老闆好像是阿嬤的樣子，原本是訂雙人房，結果阿嬤升級讓我們住三人房，我們才兩個人而已哈哈哈，房間很大，因為是為了看BTS的演唱會，才住一晚而已，但非常好睡！！阿嬤也很好，我們隔天下午回去取行李時，還問我們有沒有吃午餐，然後要推薦我們釜山好吃的食物，還說要請客來著，但我們因為要趕飛機，所以就沒跟阿嬤多聊了（感覺阿嬤很喜歡跟人聊天），住宿就在釜山車站對面，非常方便！！推薦大家可以訂～但住宿沒有電梯，所以要扛著行李走樓梯

Reviewed May 24, 2026La proximité de la gare de busan. La gentillesse et le sourire de la petite dame qui s'occupe de cet hôtel, nous demandant toujours si nous avons besoin de quelque chose. Elle nous a même fait un early checking car nous avons une excursion le jour même.Notre chambre était propre, le lit comfortable , la clim qui fonctionne bien. Salle de bain très vieux mais propre et fonctionnel. Un petit frigo très utile pour mettre vos boissons...petites bouteilles d'eau mise pour les clients . Malgré que la dame ne parle pas un mot anglais on comprenait sa gentillesse.
C'est un très très vieux hôtel de l'extérieur comme intérieur situé dans une ruelle un peu sombre et froide, limite qui vous met mal à l'aise. Notre chambre avait des parties de plancher qui était enfoncé à certains endroits rien de grave mais assez déplaisant. Et puis les escaliers que vous devez monter étaient pas top avec 2 grosses valises très lourdes . heureusement on était au premier étage.

However, the room was not the cleanest ever and the shower really not practical. Water was everywhere.

因為是舊式的建築，所以沒有電梯，但老闆會幫忙搬行李上樓。

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Die Unterkunft ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber die Besitzerin ist so freundlich und süß, dass ich mich auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt habe. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, alles was man braucht ist da. Die Lage ist sehr nahe zum Bahnhof und zur U-Bahn, das bedeutet aber auch: Es ist ein klassisches Bahnhofsviertel, mit allen Vor-und Nachteilen. Gleich ums Eck ist das Restaurant Choryang Milmyeon. Ich bin zufällig dort gewesen und habe köstliche geeiste Nudeln und Teigtaschen gegessen, erst später entdeckte ich, dass mein Reiseführer dieses Restaurant extra erwähnt, unter Einheimischen ist es legendär und ich fand es auch sehr gut!

Reviewed Nov 18, 2025La gérante est incroyablement gentille ! Elle est présente à l'hôtel à toute heure, prête à vous aider ! L'hôtel est très bien placé, à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la gare de train et à 5 minutes du métro et des arrêts de bus. Mais une rue derrière la rue principale donc au calme. La chambre était confortable et au calme. Merci beaucoup pour votre gentillesse. Je recommande !

Reviewed Nov 2, 2025L’accueil et la gentillesse de la gérante du motel. Très aidante pour notre installation. La situation a 10 mn à pieds de la gare pour le train et les bus. Des petits restaurants et cafés aux alentours intéressants.
Le couchage où nous avions un futon très mince , nous avions l’impression de dormir sur le sol.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Le séjour à Prince Motel s’est très bien passé : Comme il restait des chambres libres, nous avons été surclassé (3 nuits), a dame qui gère l’hôtel est vraiment très serviable et a tout fait pour nous aider, a été très attentive, durant tout notre séjour. Également, les fenêtres de la chambre sont occultants, parfait pour dormir. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel si vous allez à Busan, ne cherchez pas plus loin !

The location right next to the Busan station is a major upside, there are also convenience stores, restaurants, clubs and a place to exchange currency nearby.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2024Although it is a love hotel, you have the privacy and the silence you don't have in other hotels. It was comfortable. The room was very dark at night. We slept good. The lady downstairs was very nice !

The bathrooms are quite small (with many tiny towels) and the property not renovated. The nightlife in the area might not meet everybody’s tastes (but always super safe).

The bed was comfortable. I had the double room and it was a large room. The bathroom was a good size. As it was cold outside the room was very warm.
