Air con didn’t work as well

- Sehr gute Lage, alles vom Hotel aus zu Fuss erreichbar, es sind ca. 150m von der Busshaltestelle (aus Richtung Flughafen kommend) entfernt. Direkt am Hotel ist die Haltestelle des Touristenzugs ("mini train"), dieser verkehrt dann ca. 7 Mal am Tag. - SEHR nettes Hotelpersonal, egal ob Rezeption, Küche oder Reinigungspersonal. Beim Auschecken wurde uns sogar "early breakfast" angeboten - alle Seifen- und Schampoobehälter auffüllbar, keine einmaligen Plastikverpackungen -> es wird hier an die Umwelt gedacht. - Gute Schallisolierung Richtung Straße - Beim Essen hatten wir das Hotel vor der Buchung so richtig unter die Lupe genommen, da wir beide seit langer Zeit streng vegan leben und vor der Buchung uns akribisch die Rezensionen/Bilder angeschaut haben, was das Frühstücksbuffet so alles bietet. Diese Rezension gilt es ausschließlich unter diesem Aspekt zu verstehen - Würstchen, Joghurts und Co können wir nicht bewerten. Um es kurz zu halten - als Veganer verhungert man hier auf keinen Fall, auch wenn die Beschilderung der Speisen unleserlich/fehlend : 3 Fruchtsäfte+Tomatensaft, dazu paar Trinkwasserspender : Pflanzenmilch zum Kaffe, der Kaffee an sich war auch gut (zumindest verglichen mit dem spanischen Durschnitt, wir waren außerhalb des Hotels vom Kaffe leider nicht begeistert, hier hat das andere Mittelmeerland im Stiefelform klar die Nase vorn ;) : frische Paprikastücke, Möhrenstücke, Gurken, Cherry-Tomaten, "normale" Tomaten, angegrillte Tomaten, frische Zwiebelringe : Hummus (!) : Immer min. 2 Olivensorten + marinierte Gurken/Karotten/Kapern, Algen, Sprossen zum Selberschneiden : Viele Brotsorten und zuätzlich Crackers : Zum Nachtisch jede Menge vom verschiedenen Obst in Stücken geschnitten frisch wie konserviert, immer konservierte Beeren dabei. Auch ganze Birnen/Äpfel/Bananen/Pflaumen/Trauben anwesend.

Unser Hauptkritikpunkt gilt dem Zimmer selbst (wir hatten Standardzimmer im Bau über die Straße, also NICHT im Gebäude mit der Reception): - zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung (jetzt aber auch, Stand Sep26) fehlen hier jegliche Bilder der Zimmer. Hätten wir diese bei der Buchung geshen, würden wir uns es anders überlegen. - Am Ort zum Verstauen der Kleider von zwei durchschnittlichen Gästen extrem gespart - Kleiderschrank - Fehlanzeige, lediglich eine Kleidernische mit unbequemen Kleiderbügeln. Eine sehr kompakt gehaltene Doppelschublade an EINER Seite des Doppelbettes hat die Lage nicht wirkclich gerettet -> 10 Tage lang teilweise "aus dem Koffer leben" und der Koffer war nicht klein und hat die komplette Ablage belegt - das Doppelbett besteht aus 2 Einzelbetten, wo die Matrazzenhälften stets auseinanderlaufen und eine Lücke bildeten. - Im Badezimmer mangelte es extram an Haken bzw. Ablageflächen - wir waren gezwungen unseren Handtuch fürs Gesicht am Fön hängen zu lassen. Es hat nicht einmal für die hoteleigenen Handtücher gereicht, von eigenen Kleiderstücken schon ganz zu schweigen. - Eine festinstallierte "tropische Dusche" ohne abnehmbare Duschbrause macht es unmöglich einzelne Körperteile einzeln zu waschen, für Menschen mit kleinerer Körpergröße, insbesondere für Frauen mit längeren Haaren die Gefahr diese ungeplant nass zu bekommen. - Auf dem Balkon zu wenig Trocknungsmöglichkeit für alle nasse Sachen, wir hatten zum Glück eigene Reise-Wäscheleine dabei. - wir hatten das Zimmer im 4OG richtung Nordseite - kaum Sonne, die Sachen trockneten eher schlecht als recht, dafür nicht so heiß im Zimmer selbst. Die Nordseite, insbesondere die oberen Stockwerke schauen direkt in den Innenhof eines eines anderen Hotels - ab ca. 21Uhr wurde dort Livemusik gespielt, parallel und übertönend dazu DJ-Musik aus dem eigenen Hotelbereich Beide gleich laut und extrem störend, wenn beide gleichzeitig.

Je précise que cet avis ne vise pas le personnel, qui a été adorable et disponible, mais la direction, l’entretien et la qualité générale de l’établissement. À 210 € la nuit, nous attendions un minimum de confort, d’hygiène et de sérieux. Malheureusement, notre séjour a été très loin de nos attentes et a gâché une partie de nos vacances à Majorque. 🌡️ Climatisation inefficace : dès notre arrivée, la chambre était extrêmement chaude et humide. La climatisation soufflait à peine et ne rafraîchissait pas la pièce. La première nuit a été presque blanche. Même après un changement de chambre, le problème persistait. Les coupures de courant répétées rendaient la situation encore pire. 🪳 Des cafards dans la chambre : le deuxième soir, nous avons découvert un gros cafard sur le lit, puis un autre dans la salle de bain. À 5h du matin, nous avons quitté la chambre, complètement écœurés et inquiets pour nos affaires. À la réception, on nous a indiqué que l’hôtel connaissait déjà le problème. Le plus choquant : malgré nos demandes, les draps n’ont pas été changés et la chambre n’a pas été correctement nettoyée. 🏊 Entretien général décevant : piscine semblant mal entretenue avec des algues visibles, parties communes sales ou dégradées, plafonds abîmés et sols fissurés. L’état général ne correspondait pas à l’image d’un 4 étoiles. Rajouter a cela les LITS A ROULETTES ! Nous ne demandions pas la perfection, simplement le niveau de qualité correspondant au prix payé. Au lieu de profiter pleinement de nos vacances, nous avons passé notre séjour à gérer la chaleur, les cafards et les problèmes d’entretien. À 210 € la nuit, cette expérience est pour nous inacceptable. Nous partageons cet avis pour que les futurs voyageurs sachent réellement à quoi s’attendre avant de réserver.

La camera un pò tutto compreso impianto Clima non efficiente e con odori difficili da sopportare. Camera piccola e poco gestibile per un soggiorno lungo.

Le lieu est tout simplement magique ! Paisible et super cosy Mention spéciale pour Marina la secouriste de la piscine, que buena onda tía 🥰 Notre femme de chambre (au 5e) un amor de mujer ! Et le Chef de la Plancha au petit dej ! Siempre con sonrisa, un placer comer sus ricos pancakes, para chuparse los dedos 😋

Les gens sans gènes qui se font des gros sandwich para llevar au p’tit dej ! Et ceux qui jouent au ballon à la piscine comme s’ils étaient au camping.

El desayuno estaba bien! Con bastante cosas

Me sentí bastante timada porque para lo que pagas te mandan a un edificio enfrente del hotel en unos apartamentos que son súper simples, la habitación no tiene nada. No te ponen ni una botella de agua de cortesía. La ducha no tiene alcachofa y te tienes que duchar con el grifo de arriba que me parece súper incómodo porque todo el rato se te moja el pelo. En la habitación escuchas TODO lo que ocurre en el pasillo y los ruidos de los vecinos. Pueden mejorar un poco la limpieza, la verdad. La zona es muy de guiris y estaba bastante lejos de todo, tienes que moverte en coche sí o sí. No tiene parking tampoco. No lo recomiendo porque para lo que pagas...no vale mucho! He ido a hoteles mucho mejores y sin pagar ese dineral y encima tasa turística hay que pagar..20€ mi pareja y yo.

We love the pool and the view, the location. The food and desserts were absolutely delicious. The staff very so nice, polite and helpful. Beds were comfy. The room was always cleaned spotless. We loved our holiday.

Not enough wardrobes.

The breakfast and dinner is good and varied, tasty. Hotel located on busy street where you can find restaurants, shops, etc.

The air conditioner didn’t work properly. First the staff was blaming it on failure, but even after they claim to have resolved the failure the lowest AC setting couldn’t get room cooled to below 30 degrees! And when it was +35 is Mallorca we were miserable, there was no refuge from the heat nowhere including the hotel or room. Staff’s advice to close the curtains and bathroom door (which doesn’t have ventilation, by the way), didn’t help and we were sleeping in sweat :( terrible experience but luckily, we were there only for couple of days and then moved to another hotel nearby with properly functioning AC. Overall, the room and all interior are very simple, nothing special.

Localização excelente , próximo às praias mais procuradas . A estrutura do hotel é ótima , com café da manhã variado , farto , tendo omelete feito na hora , jantar maravilhoso. Fica próximo de várias lojinhas , um calçadão gostoso para caminhar e contemplar a praia ! Cama ótima , chuveiro pressão é forte , excelente !!

Das Personal ist rundum sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, zudem ist alles sehr sauber gehalten! Beim Frühstück und Abendessen ist für alle etwas dabei, die Auswahl ist groß und wird einem 4-Sterne Hotel absolut gerecht. Der Kaafu Beach Club direkt angrenzend ist eine sehr nette Gelegenheit um etwas zu trinken oder einfach den Ausblick und die Zeit zu genießen. Die Lage des Hotels natürlich unschlagbar. Die Suite im Hauptgebäude ist eine absolute Empfehlung!

Das Einzige was man bemängeln kann ist der etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zustand der Suite (allerdings Kleinigkeiten warum ich dem Ganzen „nur“ 9/10 vergeben würde).

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub auf Mallorca im Atolon Hotel! Die Lage ist einfach perfekt und man kann jeden Abend ganz entspannt an der Strandpromenade entlang schlendern und hat eine riesige Auswahl an Restaurants! Der Poolbereich, sowie der direkte Strandzugang ist super und wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Frontal Sea View, was wirklich herrlich war. So konnte ich jeden Morgen den wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang genießen! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker - für mich als Vegetarierin wirklich auch perfekt - eine große Auswahl wie bspw. Avocado, Hummus, Oliven,.. etc :)

Der Kaffee beim Frühstück ist gewöhnungsbedürftig - ich konnte nur ein Milchkaffee trinken - Kaffee schwarz oder auch ein Cappuchino schmeckt aus der Maschine leider gar nicht. Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer von den Gästen davor eine benutzt Unterhose sowie Socken im Schrank ganz unten vorgefunden, welche wohl leider nicht beim Zimmer putzen aufgefallen sind. Wir hatten es dann direkt morgens an der Rezeption gemeldet mit der Bitte es schnellstmöglich zu entfernen (weil es einfach eklig ist). Leider lag es abends immer noch im Schrank. Nachdem ich dann ein zweites Mal in einem strengeren Ton etwas gesagt habt, wurde es dann abends endlich entfernt!

Me gustó todo. La limpieza era impecable, a las habitaciones no les faltaban detalle, disponían de champú, del de baño y crema hidratante y secador. También había una cafetera. Las salas comunes como el gym y la piscina estaban geniales. El desayuno bufet increíblemente buenísimo, había todo tipo de comida. Los cocineros y camareros muy atentos. Las chicas de recepción muy agradables y atentas. Solamente tengo palabras buenas para este hotel.

La piscina

L’albergo dispone di un corpo centrale (più nuovo ed elegante) e di uno distaccato (vecchio e dall'altra parte della strada). Il problema è che alla prenotazione non ti specificano dove sarai collocato. La nostra camera, infatti, era nel corpo distaccato: scarsa vista mare e camera talmente piccola che non potevi lasciare nemmeno la valigia aperta. Motore dell’aria condizionata funzionante al 50% e molto rumoroso come un trattore impazzito, arredamento molto datato e non curato. Alla seconda notte abbiamo chiesto un cambio della camera. La seconda camera che ci hanno dato quando abbiamo chiesto se era possibile farlo, era un po’ più grande ma sempre datata e sporca, per di più con ospite non invitato: uno scarafaggio che ci ha tenuto compagnia per la notte. Tengo a precisare che se volevamo dormire nel corpo centrale avremmo potuto farlo solo l’ultima notte con un supplemento di 65 euro logicamente a notte.

L’écoute, nous avons eu des soucis avec notre chambre, la journée même nous avons eu le droit à une solution. La vue tellement incroyable.

Pool mit Meerblick

Zimmer in Wohnblock auf der anderen Straßenseite, sehr hellhörig. Personal mit wenig Befugnissen, was die Handlungskompetenz sehr einschränkt, intransparente Kommunikationsprozesse.

Das Essen (Buffet) ist wirklich der Hammer. Ich hatte selten in Hotels so ein Frühstück und Abendessen (Kleines Buffet, man hat aber immer etwas gefunden). Qualitativ echt Top. Die Zimmer sind zwar etwas kleiner, aber völlig ausreichend.

Die Parksituation in der Umgebung ist schwierig. Etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß ist aber ein größerer, kostenfreier Parkplatz.

Staff was okay

We booked Atalon and Kafuu Beach Club because it was presented as a beach club hotel, but the reality was very disappointing. We were also told that there was no space for hotel guests to have dinner at the beach club, which was surprising considering the hotel is marketed around this experience. The room quality was far below expectations. The room was old, had a strong moldy feeling, and lacked proper air circulation, especially in the bathroom. Our clothes became damp because of the humidity and poor ventilation. The bedsheets and general room condition also felt outdated and not at the standard expected for the price. The “beach club” is expensive and, despite being promoted as part of the hotel experience, it is actually separate from the hotel. This was misleading. The food was acceptable, but the prices did not match the overall experience. One positive point was the breakfast staff, who were friendly and welcoming. The hotel also offers transfers but does not clearly explain the travel time. We were told about the transfer service, but not that the journey would take almost 3 hours from the airport. The normal drive should be around 1 hour and 15 minutes, so this was a very unpleasant surprise after arrival. Overall, we expected a relaxing beach club holiday but experienced poor service, an outdated room, and a misleading presentation of the facilities. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.

El alojamiento es perfecto, la ubicación, el ambiente para descansar, las instalaciones, sobre todo el buffet y el beach club, y por supuesto el personal.

Die Mitarbeiter sind bemüht und nett

Das Frühstück ist wirklich nicht gut. Die Zimmer ohne Meerblick sind in einem Anbau auf der anderen Straßenseite bei dem man dann auf eine steinige Hausrückseite blickt an der Müll abgeladen wird. Die Badezimmer sind unbelüftet und werden zu einem warmen feuchten Biotop. Zimmer sind allgemein winzig aber vorallem so hellhörig dass man JEDES Gespräch von nebenan hört. Jedes Türenknallen morgens oder Gespräche im Gang sind so laut als würde man dort schlafen.

Great hotel on the ocean and located close to a sandy beach, restaurants and shops. Parking in the street was not an issue. Rooms are on the smaller side but the rest of the facilities are great. Included buffet breakfast was also very nice!

El desayuno, las vistas al mar, que nos adaptaron la habitación a nuestras necesidades (somos una familia con bebé) y el personal tanto del hotel como del restaurante, un 10 todas y todos.

El ruido de la música por la noche, el ambientador muy fuerte, no del todo limpio, aunque bastante bien, ubicación en un lugar de masificación turística (ya sé que Mallorca en general es así, pero hay que decirlo) y por último muy caro.

La comida excelente y el personal también

Que la bebida no estuviese incluida en las cenas (no digo toda pero al menos agua )

Schön gelegen direkt am Meer, dass es keinen Sandstrand hat störte uns nicht, wir waren täglich mit dem Schnorchel im Meer. Sehr leckeres Abendessen im Hotel - mit das beste Buffet das wir in unserer umfangreichen Hotelerfahrung hatten, eher klein und trotzdem viel Auswahl. Tolle Abendstimmung an der Promenade mit Eisdielen in Gehdistanz und vieles mehr.

Die Zimmer Richtung Meer verfügen über keinerlei Aussenbeschattung, was dazu führt, dass die Sonne morgens auf Fenster und geschlossene Vorhänge brennt und das Zimmer zum Backofen macht - die Klimaanlage hat keine Chance. In der Woche wo wir da waren hatte das ganze Quartier Probleme mit dem Strom, aber unser Eindruck war generell, dass die Klimaanlage sehr schwach ist - wir haben die Betten jede Nacht feucht geschwitzt.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt im Atolon & Kaafu Beach Club auf Mallorca und können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen. Die Lage ist hervorragend – direkt am Meer mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Morgens bis abends konnten wir den Blick aufs Wasser sehr genießen. Das Essen war insgesamt sehr gut, vor allem das Abendessen hat uns jeden Tag überzeugt. Es gab eine gute Auswahl und die Speisen waren abwechslungsreich und lecker. Ein großes Lob geht auch an das gesamte Personal. Alle waren stets freundlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, sodass wir uns jederzeit willkommen gefühlt haben. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gepflegt. Besonders angenehm fanden wir, dass das Hotel nicht so groß ist. Dadurch herrscht eine ruhige und entspannte Atmosphäre, und es waren vergleichsweise wenige Kinder vor Ort – ideal, wenn man einen erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte.

Das Fitnessstudio könnte etwas moderner bzw. besser ausgestattet sein, für ein Urlaubs-Workout hat es aber völlig ausgereicht. Außerdem ein Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre der Kaffee an der Beach Bar. Hier ist aus unserer Sicht noch etwas Potenzial vorhanden. Mit einer kleinen Barista-Schulung könnte das Angebot sicherlich noch einmal deutlich aufgewertet werden.

The staff at the buffet, mostly 16/18 years old were very hard workers and polite. The location to the hotel is close to a terrible beach. Very dirty and smelly. If you don't mind walking 10-12 minutes under the sun to get to Cala Millor. That is the closest decent beach.

We have been going to Mallorca on Holidays for 10 years and never had an experience like this one. Terrible management. Rude with staff and the guests at the hotel. You could hear one of the managers yelling at their staff from the reception. People from the Kaafu Beach Club came constantly to the swimming pool with cocktails and glasses of champagne. Apparently they pay a lot of money so they have priority over the actual guests of the hotel. The female lifeguard was never at the pool, she preferred to be chatting with the girls at the restaurant. A couple of days the air conditioning didn't work in the whole hotel. Not what you expect from a 4 star hotel. Very poor standards. You can read more reviews in Google and Trip advisor to see there are a lot of unhappy customers.

La ubicación de 10 , sitio tranquilo pero con todo a 5 o 10 min. Buffet tanto desayuno como cena espectacular, comida riquísima y de calidad. Piscina no muy grande pero suficiente para la gente que hay y hamacas de sobra. Personal joven, muy majo y servicial. Limpieza muy buena. Si buscas relax 100% recomendado.

pyszne śniadania w formie bufetu, kucharz robi na bieżąco omlety, naleśniki, duży wybór serów, owoców, deserów, pieczywa. W hotelu codziennie wieczorem do 23.00 muzyka -DJ, pyszne drinki, parking publiczny bezplatny ok 500metrow od hotelu. Wymeldowanie do 12.00 -b.komfortowo, bo śniadania są do 10.30. W pokoju super działająca klimatyzacja. Codzienne sprzątanie i wymiana ręczników.

Goście hotelowi rezerwują leżaki na basenie od porannych godzin, kładąc na nie ręczniki, a przychodzą dopiero popołudniu, więc nie udało nam się nigdy skorzystac. Woda w basenie chlorowana, a nie z morza (czesto w hotelach nadmorskich w basenach zewnętrznych jest woda z morza -słona).

Ottima posizione, sul lungomare ed a pochi minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia bellissima piscina vista mare, abbiamo sempre trovato lettini liberi, a qualsiasi ora ottima colazione con prodotti di buona qualità staff molto gentile e disponibile

migliorerei alcune piccole cose, ad es. fornire una bottiglia d’acqua di benvenuto in camera per il resto tutto ok

Lo que no me gusto fue la ocalizacion de la habitacion,se encontraba en un edificio justo enfrente,habia que cruzar una pequeña callecita y era una planta baja.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel and staff were amazing, the food excpetional (we booked with breakfast and dinner and would highly recommend). Our room was very clean and spacious, and we couldn't hear the people nextdoor to us at all (unless they were on the balcony.) We had a lovely and relaxing week here, can highly recommend!

Perfect spot, nice room and bathroom, food was very good appart from the hot buffet in the evening, which was cold, we had a lovely stay and would return

Just the cold food on the hot buffet, appart from that the food was very good maybe I would say the fresh cooked food in the evening was over cooked I had salmon and it was barbecued, also they need more chairs for the beech bar
